My son and I stayed here and had a great time!!! Nice location, clean rooms and nice staff. I would recommend if you plan on going to Rome.

Tiny bathroom. Provide only slippers but no bathrobe. Provides only shampoo but no conditioner, no tooth paste nor toothbrush. Shower area so tight, have to rotate on spot while bathing. Breakfast spread normal.

Nice hotel. Walking distance to a lot of good sights. Room was nice. Breakfast was very typical of Europe and was good.

I stayed six nights a month ago. The tap and the pot of the bath were broken on the first day, so when I made a phone call in ugly English, I immediately fixed it.
Because the safety box is a heavy duty type that opens and closes the 4-digit code number securely? is. I walked for half a day and was tired from the heat, and I had a lot of rest in a cool room and I left every day again.
The refrigerator is very small and has little cooling capacity. The room is probably twin but the ceiling is large and calm. The location, Termini station and Repubblica station and bus stops of various routes are also close, and I used the bus and the subway.
There were a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance, and I was able to drink and drink Darjeeling Tea which was cleaned and cleaned every day.
I want to stay here again.

We stayed for about 4 nights, but it was comfortable. The sightseeing and warm showers can be used almost everyday during the day, and the beds are ample environment to rest your tired body.

We stayed for a week in July. The hotel was welcoming and rooms a good size. We had a family room (so 3 of us in one room) and did not feels on top of each other. The rooms were cleaned well and always enjoyed returning to a fresh, fragrant smelling room. The breakfast buffet was wide ranging and would cater for a variety of needs, although I think the hectic pace and volume of people wanting breakfast at the same time did put a strain on those serving.
Our overall experience was very good and we would definitely stay again when visiting Rome.

Excellent professionalism with which we were welcomed, kind, smiling and professional staff. The services have been qualitatively high, beautiful and spacious rooms with attention to every detail. Breakfast with a huge choice for both sweet and savory lovers.
The location is priceless, a stone's throw from all the main monuments

Friendly staff, helpful. Good location. The WiFi is very poor... Currently I can get 0.2 Mbps in my room... Feels like the bad old days of dial up. Hotel is very generic without much to distinguish it from similar hotels all over the planet.

Hotel situated in a strategic location, but needs a makeover.

My name is Adrian Parrilla and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights from September 9 to 14, when I had actually paid for my stay until the 19th.
The reason for this criticism is because I feel very disappointed since I had to return early to my country for health reasons and the attitude of the hotel was very bad, not only did they not give me back even a part of the amount of the remaining nights I stayed but they charged me the room upgrade for the nights I was there, the truth is that I expected another attitude from you, but it was good that way. I must add that the level of the hotel is very good, not at the human level, because I retired early due to a force majeure.

A nice hotel with high ceilings in American style. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Bed making was solid, and the front desk of the hotel was also polite. Thank you for your support of English in a nutshell.

Perfect location! The hotel has been very comfortable, the staff lovely and help in what they can. But I have to say that the bed we stayed in was amazing !!! The best bed where I have slept! We were suit and really a pleasant rest! It is 5 of roma termini, and 10 of the coliseum and other tourist attractions!

We stayed for 3 nights, this hotel charged us full price few days before check-in and one more time few days after checkout. Also full price.

I would stay here again. Great access to the metro and lots of great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to trevi fountain and Spanish steps and collesium. The rooms are very hot so you want a higher floor and open the window. You can also ask the hotel desk to turn the heat off. The gold package gets you free snacks and non alcoholic drinks, breakfast plus a discount on alcohol.

Breakfast is available from 6:30.
You can apply for lunch instead of breakfast.

It's conveniently located near Roma Termini, which is great if you plan to use trains as your main means of transportation in Italy.
Also very close to two metro stations that give you access to all Rome has to offer.
15 minutes walking to the Coliseum and a few other interesting sights.

Very high standard hotel! Comfortable rooms, excellent bathroom, most savory breakfast we ate in Europe, varied menu, great selection. It is located in the center of Rome, close to Termini Central Railway Station.
It is highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, but when I use the bathtub, I come and go water. I keep the key card in place, but the power goes out and it works like removing the card. I paid a parking fee for 40 euros a day.

The AC is working, the bed is comfy, there is a safelock and a mini fridge. The only negative part is the light stopped working the day we arrived but we had to go out and when we came back they fixed it.

Stayed at this lovely hotel around New Year's, probably the most crowded time in Rome. After tens of kilometers of daily walk and hours of staying in lines at various museums, there were two things that ease our pain: lunch (or an evening drink and dessert) at a restaurant terrace and the comfort in the hotel room.
If I had to describe the hotel in just one word, that would be definitely "COZY". Clean, good looking and comfortable room. Kind and responsive staff.
What I would improve: the breakfast. Not to be misunderstood: it is okay. But I would definitely put a personal touch, with a few original home cooked dishes. And - on the hallway of each floor, I would place carpet just as sound insulation. Some people on heels like to come and go often (mostly during the night) and, if your sleep is not deep, you can easily hear them.

Stayed here with Gate 1 tours. Our room was not ready when we checked in. Though staff was friendly. Clean, Basic room. Great location. Breakfast and hotel bar was great.

The location of this place is amazing. Only a few minute walk from the Main Roma terminal and the Termini metro was a three to four minute walk. There are several great restaurants in walking distance and other smalls shops around.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly as well. While they had a good variety of options for breakfast buffet, not much was available for vegetarian option beside the pastries and bread.

Convenient hotel for touring Rome, close to where most tour busses start and close to the main train station. The rooms are quiet and spacious.

We arrived from NYC at about 8am our room wasn t ready. Reception said we could upgrade for an immediately available room for another 35 euros per night-we declined. We were able to check I. At about 10:30am, which was good.

The room came with non-alcohol beverage which we had tonight. However, after two night the bottle of Chianti still had not arrive in the room. We asked a second time this evening-still hopeful derive will dial it up a bit. A call to front desk inquiring on the wine makes a third request. This is why we moved the review from a 4 star to a three star.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy walking access to a lot of locations, bars and restaurants.

Room was clean with a good shower and bidet-which is a nice change up.

The breakfast is well laid out, while light, is a good balance of sliced meats and fruit. The coffee was strong and the espresso on request-we enjoyed.

We d stay again.

Part of my Costco package. Location to great restaurants was fabulous!! Breakfast was good not great. Staff was super nice and helpful. Was able to walk to Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, took a cab to Vatican.
