Classy, modern decor with excellent service, clean rooms, nice breakfast.

Often for work I have the pleasure to cuddle in this splendid structure. Staff very kind and prepared for any eventuality, all accompanied by courtesy and sympathy.
Breakfast ..... you can't wish for better. Clean and welcoming rooms. Parking bag service ... adorable and indispensable.
In the heart of Rome the best of made in Italy in terms of professionalism.

Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights in Rome, it's ok other than internet down on the 3rd day and still downed on the day we left. Inconvenience. Also, sound proofing is not on par with the bed directly facing the door.

Very welcoming hotel. Close to the train station and the subway. Spacious, well furnished and clean rooms. Large restaurant hall. Good food. It has rooms of various sizes for meetings and conferences. Highly recommended.

Great bathrooms, great breakfast buffet, phenomenal service

The hotel is very elegant and the staff are outstanding and always ready to please. We thought the breakfast was first class. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished. The bathroom fittings and the shower were ultra modern.

Overall, I was satisfied. Breakfast has a wide variety of breads and all other foods are compliant. Room was warm and facilities were not bad either. It is recommended because it is clean! However, I think it would be nice if you fix the water in the toilet shower :)

This is not the first time we have been to Rome. This time we settled in this hotel.
- Good varied breakfasts
- the station is within walking distance (this is convenient)
- polite staff
- good cleaning (cleaned while we were at breakfast)
- availability of a gym
- The hotel is closed at night
- in the evening you can sit with a cup of coffee in comfortable chairs near the reception.

1- very polite and friendly staff specially young Simone at receiption.
2- The noise of other passengers who were coming or going to their room at midnight was an annoying issue because the inlet door did not have a good insulation for sound. Also the inlet sound of door lock was long and loud!
3- The floot of bath room did not have a good drain system and usually it needed to be dried by towels! Also the drain system had problem which produced extea loud noises some minutes after coming out of the room. although the bath room was sparkly clean!
4- The lady who was responsible for cleaning the room did her job perfect. Everyday she folded my daughter's dress very beautyfully and in a new shape. We enjoyed her manner.
5- the breakfast table was great but it had less items relative to our Novotel hotel at paris. In all our other hotels(even in itally) baked egg was free. Also the fruit joices were fresh. I think it is better to add these items to your free menu. However like the other areas in hotel staff were great specially thier friendly young mamager.
6- Hotel was sparkly clean!

Good hotel a stone's throw from Roma Termini station. Spacious rooms, modern bathroom is equipped with tub / shower. kind and friendly staff (for example, they provided an adapter in no time taken). International breakfast in a large dining room

The Metropole fully confirmed my expectations; excellent from all points of view. Fantastic location to visit the center, structure at the height of the services, excellent quality and variety catering, comfortable and well air conditioned room. Very good general cleaning.
Efficient, helpful and polite staff. Efficient and functional business area.
The only flaw: the weak room wifi and the small fitness gym compared to the hotel receptivity (often crowded even in the early morning ...).
Overall rating is still GREAT.

Overall, the Starhotel Metropole in Rome is a good structure close to the Termini railway station, suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I am a mistery guest with disabilities in a wheelchair, the hotel has rooms for the disabled of unacceptable size, I had to ask for a free uograde to have more space, I was assigned a recently renovated Junior Suite, large and to my taste but the bathroom is not equipped for wheelchair users, I choose the space because I don't need special equipment. Good and very punctual in-room breakfast but with too little choice of dishes, I had dinner in the hotel, good food but bad restaurant environment; it looks like a meeting room, sad. The lounge bar located in the lobby is very nice but it is not accessible as there are three steps without a slide to access it, the hotel has a small portable ramp which is somewhat uncomfortable and aesthetically "ugly" for a structure of this category.

Kindness, courtesy, professionalism of the young dining room boy (I don't know the name but he wasn't in uniform but in a gray jacket) really, really extraordinary.

Being welcomed by smart guys like Daniela or Chiara always available and with a huge smile is like being at home. And the breakfast served by Andrea opens the day with something extra. Bravi

Loved to stay at this hotel. Double executive room was spacious and even had a separate dress room and balcony. Breakfast was delicious too. They served breakfast from 6:30 which is helpful for us. Very clean and luxurious 4 star hotel. It is close to Termini station and various tour meeting places, and there is a carp around, so it is easy to eat water and fruit. It was good for the early days of the tour because it was breakfast from 6:30. If you can't eat, you can ask for lunch. Breakfast includes champagne on various breads, hams, cheeses and fruits. The double executive rooms have separate dressing rooms and balconies, which are recommended for holidaymakers or those with a lot of luggage.

Very good experience. Room very clean and staff very attentive. The proximity of the metro and the train station is a plus.

Twice written off for accommodation. They have no cancellation of the reservation, written off immediately from a bank card, when leaving the hotel after a couple of days they wrote off again. Now you need to do a gesture for a refund. . While I do not plunge.

We loved starhotels metropole...it was very ideally located. Breakfast spread was nice. Restaurant staff at niggt were especially accommodating for my daughter. Overall a very good experience. Spacious rooms and great service.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean, and the included breakfast was really good. There is a restaurant right across the street that stays open pretty late and there are quite a few things you can walk to from the hotel. It was also very easy to have the front desk call you a taxi to go anywhere in the city.

comfortable hotel near Termini station. The location is strategic especially if you take the metro to Repubblica. clean and quiet rooms. As soon as you leave the hotel there are several trattorias and restaurants for all budgets and tastes.

The sound of the outside sounds like a window open, so it's hard for sensitive people to fall asleep. Close to Termini station is an advantage.

Hotel in the center of Rome with comfortable rooms and always available staff. The structure is really efficient.

The bedding was nice and clean.
I do not know about other rooms but I do not expect a single room view.
Breakfast is simple.
I kept my luggage and I was able to travel happily until the last day.

Excellent breakfast buffet with local selections. Room was clean and shower was big. Lighting in the hall is a little dim, but not a problem. The front desk was very helpful with getting transport to some of the major monuments.

Lovely hotel, upgraded to exec lounge for free as it was my wife's 30th birthday. Exec lounge slightly small but can't complain as it was free. Very ver clean, would definitely come again

We chose hotel which was near from station, and it was very satisfied with spacious and comfortable lobby, bedding that can sleep peacefully, and very delicious breakfast.

Well located, close to the center and transport.
Good breakfast, with quality products, although there could be more variety of fruit.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable.
The interior temperature needs to be adjusted because it was 36 degrees on the street and 16 degrees inside the hotel, too cold to be comfortable.

Staff are nice, breakfast was decent. The bed was 2 singles put together. The toilet holder was almot breaking off. We were kept up at night as the walls are thin and everything could be heard. As for location though.... can't complain.

Firstly, the staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. They all deserve 5 stars. However, the hotel itself is a little older, the lobby has charm but the rooms are a bit out dated. Our air conditioning did not work the whole week we were there so we had to sleep with the window open. There is a restuarant that is situated directly across the street from the hotel which is quite loud. The bed was not very comfortable, my husband and I slept in two beds pushed together. The breakfast buffet was just okay. The croissants were overcooked and the execution of all the food was just so so. The buffet was plentiful with lots of options though!
The hotel isnt in the best location, however it is still not too far to walk to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain.

Hotel in very good location very near the station terms and Republic Square. Clean rooms and very friendly and professional staff. The con is that overlooks a fairly busy road and there is much noise in the night. Very nice rooms and large.
