Brought in my Jeep for airbag recalls. Done in a timely fashion. Wish they would have told me when making the appointment that I would have to leave my car all day. Ended up taking an Uber home which cost me 25 dollars and then an Uber back in rush hour cost me 35 dollars. Then waiting to pick my car up took longer than it should have. Waited 20 minutes.

I just bought my Jeep here. Ray Torres was the real G. This is my first car so it took me a while to decide on what to get. He was so patient and helpful !! I would recommend him to anyone!
I m extremely disappointed that I chose Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership to buy my new car. Car was making really loud noise and broke down in two days of purchase, had to towed to nearest Acura dealership to fix it. I was told to have 90 days or 4000 miles Acura warranty but that didn t happen. After being run around from one person to another for 3 days I had to pay out of my pocked to fix the car. Chris Major sold me the car, he did nothing but lying. He absolutely ignored me after the car is sold. I also had 2 cashier s check made out to them which was $490 over Chris told me he will mail me that $490 check which now they even refused to give me my money back. I m being disrespected, cheated & humiliated. If you got to this dealership be very careful and don t believe anything they say.
UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE GROUP, THEY COULDN'T ABLE TO FIND THE PROBLEM OF MY 2019 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE, THE VEHICLE COULDN'T START. 4 TIMES BEEN IN THE SERVICE STATION AND WASTE MY TIME AND COULDN'T ABLE TO GIVE ME A LOANER CAR. NASTY MANAGERS.
They okay. They always packed and take a long time to service your car. It took a good couple of min to be acknowledged and ask a simple question even though I'm 100% sure I'm not invisible.
My wife and father-in-law recently purchased a used 2010 Dodge Journey at this dealership. The tires were run down but "supposedly" passed expectation, so they refused to supply new tires as a courtesy. An extended warranty was purchased. Issues were found with the truck, the truck was brought in twice to address the issue and the it was never fixed. Theresa, the woman in charge of making appointments for any vehicle to be fixed, never remembers anything. The man that claims to be the manager of the service department, Steve, spoke to my wife in an unprofessional and rude way. My wife was asking for a loaner or rental for the day because we have kids to travel with, and Steve's response to her was "after 5 months, now is that you tell us there's something wrong with the car?" Meanwhile this is our third time that this truck is being turned in to get fixed! The funny thing is that the issues were never fixed the first two times the truck was turned in!!!! No one seems to have their facts straight. Unprofessional attitude. Now it appears that they are trying to run down the warranty coverage to have this truck fixed or many at this dealership can care less about the conditions of the car before selling it. All they care about is sells!!! All this and we spent $15,000 on this truck.
Always a great experience with this dealership. Vanessa (sales person) was extremely helpful in helping with choosing the vehicle as well as explaining all the extras. Vanessa even extended herself, inviting me to contact her if I needed assistance.
They finance me a 2015 grand Cherokee an never was told or gave me car fax that the truck was hit on the rear wat a shame. Sold it to me for $53.0000. .also they sold me a 2012 Jeep witch it would over heat took it 8 times to the dealer an still. At the end they jump me to the 2015 that I m talking about. Smfh.
