I booked appointment for Oil Change. Dropped the vehicle in the morning at 7:30. Requested to be done before 12:30 on the phone and in person when left the car at the dealership. Finally called at 1:00 to inquire and at that time i was told it has not been taken in and will be going for oil change within 10 min. I requested them to cancel. I picked up the vehicle went to Country Hills Toyota and got the oil change plus service 2 lubrication in 40 Mins and went home.
