10 stars!

10 stars!
This hotel is everything a good hotel should be. It's stylish, modern, classical. Our room and en suite were out of this world. Every detail and attention were taken care of. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive, always happy and willing to help. The hotel is central so good for getting to all the sights to see. I could go on for pages, but, suffice it to say, if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Rome The St. Regis is the ONLY place to stay. Loved it, loved it, loved it!!!!

The St. Regis is not only a wonderful hotel but also a splendid location for an evening with friends. The Lumen bar with the brand new outdoor garden creates an exotic location, outside the box. The staff (we were followed by Maitre Valerio) is hyper competent and attentive, we felt really pampered. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable experience at the most beautiful hotel in Rome. From the moment you arrive you are transported to a world of luxury, history and impeccable service. The recent renovations have brought modern conveniences to the guest rooms without taking away any of the historical feel. Breakfast at the St. Regis is an event not be missed along with the evening champagne sabering. Centrally located it is easy to get to everything and you can walk to Termini station in minutes. When in Rome, the St. Regis is the place to stay, you won't regret it.

One of the best Bellinis ever. Amazing service and the tiramisu is not the typical layered one. The St. Regis has a lovely atmosphere and apparently the afternoon tea ( 28) has some really nice dessert offerings. Will try more next time.

The condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The first day we had no hot water. After several visits from maintenence, the second day we had no cold water. After another day of visits from maintenance their "fix" was lukewarm water which couldn't be adjusted. If we wanted a working shower we'd have to move to a smaller room. The staff was eager to help, it wasn't their fault. The concierge was excellent and made wonderful recommendations for dinner every night.

Perfect location, outstanding experience from start to finish. This hotel also has one of the best gyms in all of Rome (or Italy or that matter) as well as one of the first original elevators in the city still in operation. Staff goes out of their way to make sure your time in Rome is truly unforgettable, we couldn't recommend more.

Beautiful hotel. It was a little unfortunate we were there during the major renovation. I'm sure it must be done by now. If you're in Rome, this hotel is near the train station and a good place to stay.

I have known this establishment for many years, as they often commission me work for their guests. Very professional and elegant structure. Absolutely to be recommended for both professional and leisure events

My absolute favorite hotel anywhere. Nice rooms, great restaurant on site (worth going to, even if not a guest at the hotel). Glorious lobby, best lobby bar anywhere. Breakfast buffet was fantastic! If you like omelettes, the chef makes the best you'll ever have! The staff is very friendly, very helpful. It's expensive, but no more so than many places in Europe or New York, many of which don't come close to matching the experience of the St. Regis in Rome. Oh--almost forgot: ideal location in city centre, 300 yards from Termini, easily walkable to the ancient ruins.

I was able to visit the hotel lobby where I found a care for the smallest details the friendly and helpful staff. The structure is really wonderful especially in this Christmas period where nothing is left to chance

Although it is not on the famous Via Veneto, it is very close to the center to walk and the value for money for a five star is fantastic. It has parking (for a fee), massages and a good restaurant. The best of all is to have tea or your famous bloody mary in the afternoon, listening to the piano. And see how they uncork champagne bottles with the saber, a show.

Last June while in Rome we ate at Vivendo the restaurant at the St Regis. We have been to many top notch restaurents around the US, Europe and Asia, however our dinner at Vivendo was without a doubt the most amazing dining experience we have ever had. Make sure you get the chefs special menu with wine pairings. It is costly, but you will not mind as you will cherish the memory for the rest of your lives.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The hotel is gorgeous with top notch service. The area around the hotel is very quiet but close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The restaurant in the lobby, Lumen, is phenomenal. Many thanks to Gianluca at Lumen for the wonderful service and conversation.

Dear St Regis Rome,

Dear St Regis Rome,

We are very pleased that we chose to have our wedding at St Regis Rome on 08/06/2019, it was more wonderful than we had ever imagined. Everything about this hotel is luxurious and elegant, it is the best hotel in all of Rome.
Thank you to the Director Giuseppe De Martino for making our dreams come true and being accommodating to our every wants and needs, you are a true asset to this hotel.
Thank you to Lucia and Roberta for organising the event, you both were very patient with us. We appreciate everything you organised for us.
Thank you to Michele, you worked tirelessly to make sure everything ran smoothly on the night. You have a wonderful personality and were such a pleasure to deal with.
Thank you to the kitchen staff for the endless supply of delicious goodness. The food was the best we have ever had and all our guests still rave about how incredible the food was. Everything was cooked to perfection (the Cassata torta was to die for).
Thank you to all the staff, you all work so hard and it doesn t go unnoticed.

The rooms were stunning, they have recently been renovated and the interior design is spectacular, the rooms are so accommodating. We felt like Royalty, the service they gave to us is the service standard they would give to Royalty.

Our guests say it was the best wedding they have been to in their life, and it is because we chose to have it at St Regis Rome.
We wish we could do it all again. We cannot wait to return to Rome so we can come back to the St Regis.

THANK YOU
Mr & Mrs Ostuni
