We were there only two days and we were very happy. Very nice place with great view. Very elegant hotel, clean and welcoming. We will gladly return again.

I spent 15 days in this beautiful hotel left to fall, a pity because it's beautiful.
An oasis of peace and tranquility, some discomfort past due to neglect, compensated with the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff that was splendid.
I take this opportunity to greet them all, especially the reception.
Overall a great hotel to stay at, really spacious rooms.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and cheap for this standard

Very bad hotel, and a total disappointment for one year end, we took 3 rooms at 170 euros each, and in all three there were problems, the smell of sewage in a bathroom, malfunctioning television, mini bar in a void and in another frozen, heating on arrival turned off, and turned on after various complaints with the person at the reception with the overcoat x the cold, taps full of limestone, and I do not add anything else, the dinner a real disappointment, I state that I was in the restaurant for 45 years , we were crammed in like sardines and in the part reserved to us, he burst from the heat with the exit door blocked by a sofa, things that if he passed a check would probably have fined the property. Very cheap food, almost cold, poor staff and even dry dishes, I won't add anything else otherwise I don't know when I would finish, but with 350 euros that night, it probably wasn't a 4-star hotel as they call themselves. Very bad in everything. To be avoided absolutely at least x of the year.

Cleanliness excellent, very friendly waiters but the reception is a Po ignorant !!!

Pictures do not completely match the rooms. The TV in the room was not working, were given another room on request, in the morning there was only cold water, a few minutes later none at all ... Uncomfortable at 30 degrees plus not being able to shower.

Hotel Ok service very nice minus for breakfast information for drivers who come with groups is parking for buses at the hotel

Beautiful structure, large but dirty rooms, I moved the bedside table to clean it full of heaps, they put the bedside table back on the wall without cleaning us, on the floor rice grains for which we don't even have a vacuum cleaner and this for two days ..... . for dinner for 8 people there were 7 slices of bread to our request we were told that it was finished, I am lactose intolerant I asked for fruit instead of dessert I was told they didn't have ...... ...

The hotel is well presented with a car park (unfortunately in a dirt road), otherwise the hotel is located at a higher level than the car park which can be reached by 2 stairs.
The hotel is elegant and at its base has two large rooms used for meals and for passing time.

A 4-star hotel, very nice on the outside, with a nice panoramic view, but when you enter the room there is no minibar (we are talking about a 4-star hotel), the suction in the bathroom does not work (without a window), the toilet drain once activated does not stop (if you do not kick the Geberit box for exhaustion in the middle of the night), the hairdryer does not work and there is no laundry service ... you draw your own conclusions (we are always speaking of a 4-star hotel ...

As soon as we arrived the facility was nice on the outside but it looked like the hotel was closed.
I booked a family room with a double bed and found myself with two single beds pushed together and a separate single bed, the single bedspread was dirty and so it remained the next day, opening a drawer under the TV I found a pair use of white briefs that I immediately reported to the hotel as the problem of the wifi in the room was wrong and that the next day they have not solved

The panoramic view of Rome is its strong point. 4 star hotel you don't deserve. Dirty room (under the bed and on various points on the floor). In a double bed 2 single mattresses that were not held together even with a mattress cover (missing) and there was not even a topper on the mattress (also Barbieri says that in a 4-star hotel should not be missing) a miserable sheet that was not at his placed, showing the mattress with spots on the edge. Much marble but that had lost its shine. To work on ...

We celebrated the baptism of our daughter in this facility and it was all perfect! great food and very kind staff, nice and clean facility!

Gorgeous hotel! The room is huge, never seen such a thing. Very clean and maintained. There is also SKY, a fabulous thing. Suitable for anyone who wants to make a love escape.

Nice place, kind staff, the room we got for a couple was very small. The wifi didn't work and we had to sit in the lobby to have internet. The food was varied but there were no vegetables, rolls and eggs in any form. Overall a pleasant but slightly streaky experience.

A nice hotel in a very good place. The friendly staff. Medium rooms but bathrooms below expectations. A hearty breakfast with a large selection of dishes on a Swedish table. A place just right for the night during the wine festival in Marino. Close to Ciampino, castel Gandolfo and Frascati.

The hotel is very nice seen from the outside. Interiors are less interesting. More dated, it seems to be still anchored to the 80s. I would like to refresh the rooms and eliminate some slightly dated furnishings. The view of Rome from the outside is very beautiful. Good breakfast although the lack of a toaster is sorry.

At 7.30 pm today the reception calls me to tell me that they have had to close a plan and therefore have no room for us. I note booking made on 09-12-2017. This is a justification that they have already given me another time. I am in Genzano offer me an alternative hotel in Rome. But do you think it is a correct way to manage an (if true) emergency? From me you can be sure that they won't have a penny anymore. With this behavior they don't even deserve a star !!!

Bad location hard to find. When we came in the rome there is no quilt no cups. We had to go to the reception to find quilt. And the quilt is dirty and it doesn't has a cover Wifi is terrible. Chairs were very dirty rubbish hotel

We stayed here for part of our trip to Italy. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. The only downside was the WiFi, which worked on and off.

Hard to get into the hotel through the wheelchair accessible entrance but the rooms are covered in marble.

Excellent structure in a convenient position to visit Castel Gandolfo and other places of the Roman castles. The large room complete with every comfort including Sky is what you want for a 4-star hotel. Excellent choice that I can strongly recommend.

Pleasant location in the middle of the green with a spectacular view of Ciampino

Surely it must have been a spectacular place some years ago and surely those days are gone...

But it generally still is a nice place to stay.

The view from the room is fabulous! The area nearby is nicely arranged. The whole facility is clean and neat.

The only negative impression I got was about cold rooms and the overall need of refreshing the interiors.

Good, large room, some problems with Wi-Fi, sufficient breakfast, kind and friendly receptionist, some problems even with the air conditioning that worked at times, cleaning ok but the bedspread was stained inside as well as the blanket found in the 'wardrobe, the position of the TV was uncomfortable because, once lying on the bed you could not look at the screen in full. All in all a good experience.

The location is not central, but it is strategic. Poised between Ciampino Marino is both easily accessible. The staff is very friendly and always available. The rooms are neat and clean. The structure is very elegant and enjoys a wonderful view. Breakfast, although including the international and our local typology, was not very well stocked. The wifi had some problems but it was probably related to the fact that they were renovating the network.

Mediocre and very scruffy structure (TV not connected, poor wifi network, little cleaning). Add to this the lack of availability of the staff in my request to have needs to leave early and to want to anticipate breakfast. They didn't want to hear any reason and I paid for a breakfast that I didn't eat.

The hotel is clean and tidy and the rooms are also pleasant, the rates are average, the view over Rome.
Flying over the style of the interior that you might like or not, in our living room we noticed that elegance compensates for quality, in particular the table service and the kitchen proved insufficient to meet simple needs (such as those of children, allergy sufferers, etc.).

The hotel is nice, even if not in my own style. Too bad for the lack of maintenance and the smell of sewage that comes from the bathrooms. In the bathroom of my room there was no shower door, one light bulb was burned and the other was flashing, the mattresses a little uncomfortable and even on the elevator burned light bulbs! With little care it could be an exceptional place.

Very attractive older hotel. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is typical European but it is delicious. The restaurant has some amazing dishes. The rooms are large. The hotel does show it's age a little, and it is best utilized with a car, however for the price point it is a great deal.

Booked this hotel for one night. Surely the view and the location are suggestive. But the structure is not like in the picture. Fairly decayed. The rooms are dated. Only an outlet in the room, the hair dryer does not work, the internal telephone does not work, the Wifi does not give signals. We personally shared the night with several bugs that were flying around. Breakfast is not bad but nothing that. Not entirely fresh cakes and croissants. Coffee at the vending machine. Nothing to say to the kindness of the staff

After the New Year at the Villa Domus Caesari. New Year with good food. good quality for money compared to other situations. The only flaw we were 14 people and they divided the table into 2 from 7. Music after dinner a bit disappointing.

At the reception in the evening a girl with very cold manners welcomed us ... unlike the girl in the morning who was very courteous. Some little ant in the room ... but there is ... it is a magnificent structure in the middle of the countryside. Breakfast to forget. There was a group of Chinese who brushed everything and we were unable to get anything ... breakfast should be correctly sized a priori ... among other things, breakfast with very little choice.

Excellent hotel, refined and quiet. The rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Two event rooms are available, both beautiful. The view on the outside terrace is lovely, you can see most of the beautiful Rome. The menu is excellent and well served, abundant. The buffet is generous and full of delicious dishes. I highly recommend this place.

Dreadful experience - stay away! The only positive aspect is the nice view of Rome. The rooms have a very strong perfume smell. Wifi is practically non-existent. Breakfast is okay. The receptionist while friendly seemed utterly incompetent in getting a cab booked for the airport transfer suggesting that if we arrive the same time as boarding time we would have plenty of time to reach our flight. The overpriced transfer to the airport was obviously a scam which the hotel seems to be involved with and seems to approve of (since they arranged for that specific cab).
