Good!!

Beautiful and luxurious hotel.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel.
Bad food, even the Italian geese who give you breakfast have bad tastes, and their creativity does not give them more than eggs all week

Very elegant lobby that has been refurbished. The rooms need an update. A pet peeve of mine is a bathroom with a pedestal sink and no counter space. Should not be the case in 5 star hotel. Shower was oversized and could easily fit 5 people. Use some of that space for a counter and then I'd have no complaints.

I stayed at the hotel when it was going through a major facelift, So many areas were closed off including restaurants and the main lobby but that didn't matter as the staff were just so lovely, caring and professional during my stay there.
My room was really large and spacious and extremely comfortable. During the first night I got an allergic reaction to the bed linen, the receptionist saw my hives and said it could of been the detergent, that day they removed all the linen and towels and remade everything in a sensitive detergent for the skin which helped allot. I was very thankful to them allot.
A small bar was made up in the grand ball room and there I was able to eat dinner. Everything was perfect.
If I return to Rome I would stay again. Location was also good. Very close to museums and landmarks.

From the moment you walk in the St. Regis you are on the red carpet and treated that way! We were lucky to have Giovanni as our butler who made sure my husbands & my clothes for the day were ironed (no charge) and opened our champagne in our room at arrival.

The room had a beautiful view, the brunch was delicious with many selections and tea time was a fine experience too!

Our last evening was on a Sunday and we had dinner while a lovely man played every song we requested on the violin. He was a very talented voice and also plays the flute!

I had a very nice and relaxed breakfast in St. Regis Rome. It was beautiful, the space, music, food, atmosphere and the service staff make you feel just like home. Always smiling and asking to help and host you as much as they can.
Ariana from the breakfast was such an active and cute lady, her smile with the guests make you smile. BRAVO..

Without doubt one of the best hotels in Rome, luxurious and of a high standard. Prices obviously not for everyone, maximum attention and courtesy from the staff! I cannot add information about the rooms as I have never stayed there

Italian excellence, a historical residence that only for that would be worth the visit, excellent cuisine and the young and highly qualified reception staff that makes up for the scarcity of personnel, the only flaw of this fantastic place.

Spectacular hotel as well as extremely elegant and refined in short as you have certainly understood very nice, worth a visit to the hall where you can want to take a coffee at their spectacular bar counter ... inside among other things there is a beautiful corner of Larusmiani MontNapoleone Milan. It is worth ... enjoy

The first of the year I lived the experience of an afternoon tea. Excellent service very good sandwiches and macarons. The tea served several times in the two and a half hours after 18 from a very pleasant musical accompaniment of a piano played live. The price of 28 euros adapted to the experience. If you wait until 1930 you will see a very nice ceremony I recommend it

Beautiful hotel and wonderful service. We were only here a short time, but felt it difficult to leave our beautiful hotel room to explore the streets of Rome! We were even greeted with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon.

Incredible hotel conveniently located within 20 mins walk of major attractions and Roma Termini. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was an oasis during the scorching Roman summer.

Pros: incredible rooms, amazing staff and very impressive decor. Large gym with free weights and beautiful garden for breakfast and drinks.

Cons: None; but the price reflects that.

This hotel is one of my all time favorites, for opulence, fantastic service, multilingual staff, benefits, SPG points, the butler! I could go on and on. And a wonderful area too. Concierge goes out of their way for you too, even ahead of your visit.

We had the BEST experience at the St. Regis Rome. The service was exceptional and the room was gorgeous. We experienced their afternoon tea, and had a lovely time. The champagne sabering at 7pm in the lobby was a blast. We ll definitely return next time in Rome.

Dear Martino

I just checked out this morning and had the wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful but the your team make it outstanding. The welcome, butler service, gorgeous room and champagne ..... everything just far beyond expectation. Never can ask more. Thanks so much! Wish I could come back in the near future.

Just redeemed one night in December. It took me a while to choose between G-Rough and St. Regis. However, the reviews here are too good to resist. Wish me a fabulous & memorable stay.

This may be my favorite hotel I've stayed in around the world and I've been to many places and stayed in many hotels. From the greeting at the door to my wonderful person helping me at the check-in desk I felt so well treated. This extended throughout my stay including the waitstaff for every meal and the maids and just anyone I came into contact with.

The hotel is beautiful and has a nice mix of everything you want out of a modern hotel with this Rome historical charm. My room was just a standard king room but was so beautiful. There have been recent renovations which may be part of it but I can't explain how nice it was. My room was also very quiet and so comfortable.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I was able to walk to all the sites I wanted to see. It's a bit far to the Vatican but I was up for it. I found it very convenient.

We had a great stay at the St. Regis, when we came to Rome in February of 2017. It was in the midst of being renovated in one wing, but the noise from construction only started after we were already up and out of the hotel. Didn't really notice it at all when we were in the room.

The decor of the room was somewhat opulently dated, but still very comfortable! The amenities had everything you'd expect in a 5* hotel. Lots of nice little tidbits showed up each day, which were much appreciated. There was also an old style lift where you have to manually open/close the metal doors to operate it. Hopefully, they won't remove this feature during the renovation work as it's really cute.

As others have commented the lobby renovation is absolutely spectacular. One downside was that due to the renovation work the restaurant dining room was closed, but they did setup a temporary space with some tables for dining service. The food was very good.

Overall, a great place to come back to after doing tourist things and the staff were very pleasant too. I'm sure it'll be even more sumptuous once the renovations are complete.

The service is impeccable. The rooms are comfortable and elegant. We stayed in a suite on the 3rd floor (208). The bath had a relaxing deep tub and a shower stall with rainshower and handheld. We had dinner in the lounge/bar with live music by a very talented Pino, who played the violin and flute. He was affable and enjoyed requests. There wasn't a song he couldn't Play! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the St. Regis.

The room was beautiful and we got a free upgrade from deluxe to a Jr Suite thanks to our starwood rewards. The service was generally prompt and very kind. Their prices are a bit high but you should expect that from a 5 star. Requesting a private car is very overpriced, as is the room service. If it weren't for the high price this would easily be the best hotel. The plaza is beautiful with a nice shopping street. It's just a minute walk from Termini station and has a good selection of places to eat in the area.

They have a good price for Internet usage.

They have a dining area and a restaurant. The dining area is okay with a bit high of a price. The restaurant is touted as one of the best in the city and it is no doubt. It may seem expensive, which it kind of is, but the food is amazing and the price isn't really that bad for a full 3 course meal, wine, and immaculate service for a romantic meal.

Good
