St. Albert Dodge is hands down the best car dealership I've ever walked into. The staff are wonderful and welcoming right when you step foot in the door! Hubie helped us out with our truck, and I can't say enough to express how wonderful he was. Knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic, he was enjoying our experience right along with us! I would (and will) recommend that everyone visit and see Hubie about buying a new vehicle!

Haven't purchased from them but the service we got when we looked around was excellent.

My experience with St. Albert Dodge was second to none. From the moment I began looking on line for competitive pricing St. Albert Dodge was the best. There was no pressure and tones of knowledge during my experience. I am the kind of customer that is hard to please and this team of sales, management and financial administration made me walk away feeling as though I got a great deal and was well taken care of every step of the way. In short I am one happy customer! The team at St. Albert Dodge made my experience a breeze from finding the perfect Jeep to making my 15 year long dream of owning one a reality. Mark Ammar (my favourite sales guy), Doug Caldwell (the best of the management team) and Perry Macfarlane (the superstar who made the numbers even for me) were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new (or used) vehicle.

These chowder heads tried to charge someone i know 2hrs to install a window switch into her vehicle.....it was a 10min job.....literally. do not use these people unless you like to be financially raped!!!!

This is my 3rd vehicle I bought from st.albert dodge.
Normally I am happy with the service I receive there. Until now.
Had oil change done in Nov.... advisor told me shock needs to be replaced... its under warranty. Part will be in in about a week..... will get a call when part is here.
Call back a month later to see where the part is.... told part won't be in till Feb. Waited till end of Feb to call back
Still no part. Spoke with service manager who said its the first he is hearing about it....
I asked about a rental as my vehicle will be in the shop and I get rental coverage that I paid for when I got the jeep.... every time it's an argument to get the rental and when they check into it after fighting with them I get it .
Now I'm being told the axle is leaking and the rad needs replacing also.
Sorry guys but I'm not waiting another 3 months for a part you tell me I need asap .
I am in the market for a new vehicle right now but I won't be getting it from st.albert dodge.

I called them this morning in a pinch, after my only car key was stolen last night. They were able to cut me a new key based off the VIN, and I only had to wait about 20 minutes. The staff were extremely helpful and compassionate, plus the cost of the key was WAY less than I had expected (under $100 to cut and re-program for my 2000 Jeep GC).

Staff very pushy and when asked to explain the numbers behind a sale they kept changing the subject. Found a truck that I wanted to purchase but they wouldn't break anything down unless I bought the vehicle. Were asking way too much.

As an ex military member looking for a new Grand Dodge Caravan GT for my 82 year old mother found this dealership was exceptionally outstanding. A special thank you goes out to Adam Fayad, the owner and all the staff. St Albert Dodge is to be commended for their commitment to sales and service.

I went in looking at a 2015 Jeep Wrangler that had no bells and whistles. Thinking I wouldn't get it, I met with Matt Dufour for funzies. And am I ever glad I did! Not only did I get a jeep, but I got a brand new Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited Sport S with waaay more then I thought I would!!!! And the price was amazing! They even helped me close my personal loan that had a higher interest rate then what they offered!!! I am so happy that I went to St Albert Dodge. It was the easiest most pain free service I've ever had! And we'll, I completely am in love with my Jeep that I have had for a month now!!!

Bought a basic 2016 Ram 1500 from them for around 43k and within 6 months you could buy the same truck if not slightly nicer for 32k... they blamed it on the ever fluctuating incentives. I ended up selling it after learning a valuable lesson about spending and trust, and years later I am still paying for it! :D The kicker is they sold it to me without issue or hesitation whilst I was making minimum wage, renting and supporting myself. I will never buy a new vehicle again, poor investment! Priced right, right up your ASS!

Found a great used truck @ St Albert Dodge. Jason & the staff made our buying experience very easy. The truck was missing a couple of extra's that I was hoping to get & Jason made it happen. We were also please with Clint in financing. He got us a great rate & saved us some money on warranty. Overall, a very good buying experience.

Went in yesterday around 8:00 pm. Close to their closing time Simon Singh, a sales associate here at St. Albert Dodge jeep and Chrysler stayed an hour after his shift to help my with my problem. Back in October two years ago Go auto west I traded in my vehicle for a 2011 jeep which they had way overpriced, about twice as much in fact and had slapped on a crazy interest and tricked me into leasing the vehicle instead of financing like I had been less to believe. Simon and his Manager Matt Maclean have gone above and beyond to help me rectify the situation while saving myself, the buyer, the most money possible. Putting the customer first. They both saw that I needed help recovering some of my debt and though I didn t purchase a vehicle this time around. I will be back forsure to purchase a vehicle from these amazing people. 5/5 would recommend them and anyone at St. Albert Dodge to help them find exactly what they are looking for. And while it would of been easy for them to take advantage of me like Go Auto did. They took the time to compare different price points and make sure I understood exactly what I was getting myself into while not pressuring me the least bit to make a purchase. They truly put the customer before themselves and I will be recommending them to any friends new to the area or looking for a new or pre owners vehicle. Thanks again guys!

Dealt with a sales person named Ralph who was great. The lincon we went to see was not in great shape but the sales person Ralph was great and helped us look at something else which I'm seriously considering. My experience with Ralph is probably the best I've had in my search for a SUV and if I come back I only want to deal with him.

Picked up my 2021 Jeep Rubicon today at St. Albert Dodge. Firstly, the minute to enter the showroom, you are left alone to do your browsing and no pressure was added to the experience. Secondly, if your looking for a sales consultant with a wealth of knowledge and will bend over backwards for you, Matt Dufour, is the guy. From sales to finance to pick up my Jeep, the experience was seamless. I will never shop at any other dealership or work with any other sales consultant. Wow! What a difference from the old dealership 5+ years ago. I used to dread taking my vehicle to their (anti)service department. Now they have people like Glenn in Service (absolutely outstanding) and Andrew in Parts (the partsmeister) who actually care. Good guys. I m a believer.

Live far away from this dealer but found a Dodge Dart on the website that me and my wife wanted so much. Did some talking. Asked afew questions. Within days. Got told we were approved. Within a week we had our dream car. Got great help. Everything was fast and easy. I Recommend this place to afew friends cause there looking. Geez!!! Where to start!! From the moment we walked into the dealership to when we purchased & left with a 2018 Demo Grand Cherokee to when we brought it back 4 days later and left with a brand new Grand Cherokee, I can"t begin to tell you how friendly, professional and accommodating these guys were!! And it wasn't just our salesperson Quentin Watkins we were dealing with. We ended up dealing with both Sales Managers Matt & Jay then in Service Dan & Searle and finally Jerry Joseph. Came in for a FREE peace of mind inspection. Dealt with Kaidy in the beginning, and as always she is super helpful. However this time I dealt with a service advisor by the name of Trish. And she was rather pushy and just wanted to get me out the door.

When it came time to go over the inspection paper work she didn't really have much information other than what the mechanic had put down. Nor did she seem to want to answer any of my questions. The whole thing just felt rushed.

Good thing I don't bring my truck here for servicing because the prices are outrageous!

It dose not take 7 hours to go in for an oil and fuel filter change when my apointment is booked for 10am also missed the fuel filter. You guys just lost a lot of fleet busness. And you did not bother to sanitize during a pendemic I suppose I should have went to ford

St Albert Dodge is staffed by an amazing team of awesome people. From my first phone call for service on my old vehicle to the purchase of a new vehicle within a two week period, I have met several employees at St Albert Dodge. They serviced my 2012 Ram as well as my 2012 Chev Equinox. I purchased my 2020 Ram Limited edition here at St Albert Dodge and I absolutely Love it. From now on St Albert Dodge will look after all my vehicle needs.
My initial phone call was for service on a late model Ram. Nick took my call and handled it beautifully. This first point of contact with Nick has changed my perspective on dealerships and service. I was leaving another Dodge dealership at the time of my call and I was none too pleased with their lack of service. Nick assured me that St Albert Dodge would look after my vehicle service needs. I made an appointment for the following day and am 100% pleased with this decision. Upon arrival Matt registered my 2012 Ram for its service needs and the mechanics quickly solved the problem at a reasonable cost. I had the vehicle detailed and it was cleaned inside and out beautifully! I could hardly recognize the old Ram without all the rust across the front bumper. Unbelievable clean at a reasonable cost. Forget Bubbles!!
About 10 days later I found the need for further service on the 2012 Ram which I had purchased only two weeks prior from a car lot. Back to St Albert Dodge for an inspection and detailed report. Again at a worthwhile cost and with the professional, friendly and amazing service personnel. By this time I had wondered into the show room and found the most beautiful truck ever.
The shuttle driver and super expert car detailer are also top notch. During the course of two weeks and having my old truck serviced twice and having my old SUV detailed I met several staff at St Albert Dodge. I had the experience of friendly, courteous and interesting shuttle driver and getting to meet the fellow that details the cars. Wonderful people from one end of this dealership to the other. I had both of my vehicles detailed and the 2012 Equinox shines like the day I purchased it almost 9 years ago. Wonderful.
A midnight Blue 2020 Dodge Ram Limited is now my ride I am thrilled and surprised and extremely happy with this rather unplanned purchase.
