My husband and I were looking for a summer car and travelled from Whitecourt down to St.Albert Dodge. We were greeted immediately by Dari, Who was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to find us the perfect car for the perfect price. We shopped around, but ultimately came back to the first place we went to..St.Albert Dodge and Dari our awesome salesman. If you are looking for a vehicle I highly recommend St.Albert Dodge and definitely ask for Dari. No one could match their inventory or provide us with the customer service that he did. 100% satisfied!!!

I will refer anyone/everyone to Chad! He listened to exactly what I needed and hooked me up with an even better deal than I thought was even possible. He made the process SO easy for me but made sure every choice I was making was explained thoroughly to me and always gave me the cold hard truth. I had to contact Shannon as I could not find our middle seat belt in our new Jeep Patriot that we had purchased in February. Although we are now June, Shannon remembered who I was and he currently was off and not in until later in the day. He had no issues with helping me figure out the seat belt issue. He responded right away and with no hesitation did some research and was able to find the middle seat belt. Although he was not working he provided good customer service and maintained professionalism through out the call.

He put in a lot of time and effort, but he also gave me a ton of advice on they best way to get our payments lower. My boyfriend and I bought of vehicle recently from Brandon the general manager there and we were treated with nothing but respect and had an amazing experience purchasing a vehicle as this rarely happens anymore. He was up front with the price when we asked didn't beat around the bush or avoid the question gave us the straight answer and the real price not plus plus plus price. I referred my family to see him and I wouldn't buy another vehicle unless its from him and his store. Travelled over 10 hours -due to bad experience in home town buying- to purchase and well worth the travel due to knowing my vehicle purchase with honesty from the team at Maxx auto as well as a price that wasnt even comparable with other dealerships

I purchased my first car a few months back and Matt Dufour was such a great help! He went above and beyond and out of his way in order for me to purchase the car immediately the next day! He worked around my schedule, was easy to talk to, made me laugh, and we just got a long great all while he maintained a professional persona. By far the best experience I've had at a car dealership. Chad was my salesman and he spent the day helping me find the perfect vehicle with a lot of patience. Jerry did my financing and was also amazing. I couldnt have asked for a better place or better people to have bought my jeep from!

We decided to downsize our ram 2500 to a 1500. After not being able to find what we were looking for in grande prairie, we decided to look in Edmonton. St Albert Dodge was the first and only site we looked at in Edmonton and found the perfect truck in a few short minutes. Shane O. was wonderful to deal with. We were a little apprehensive at first due to being so far away. He quickly reassured us and answered all the questions I had. The hardest part was waiting the 10 days that my husband still had to work till we could go pick it up. Thanks again Shane, Daylan and Rob.

I just purchased my 4th vehicle from St.Albert Dodge but the circumstances we're a little unusual with this purchase.
Through a series of unfortunate circumstances I found myself with a vehicle that did not meet the requirements I originally purchased it for.
Where other dealerships would have said tough luck for you the sales team at St Albert Dodge....namely Adam and Brad worked out a deal for me that got me out of a very complicated situation that could have cost me thousands.
It was one of those situations where you imagine a best case scenario to get out of a pickle and it happens!
That doesn't happen every day.
Can't say enough about the way they came through for me.

This location had a long history for me of not being the greatest - but not anymore! I had 2 previous purchases at Sherwood Park Dodge, and now that St.Albert is under new management, I couldn't be more happy! They have far exceeded any previous dealings I have ever had anywhere else. My "deal" was I wanted to be in and out within 2 hours around this budget and they made it happen. It was so refreshing to deal with someone like Barry who was so down to earth, helpful and honest. Both Barry and Ravi made us feel like they really wanted to help us get what we were interested in and not once did we feel pressured. Being in sales myself, too often the customer feels like it's about the bottom dollar and sale - but both Barry and Ravi really are amazing people that made us feel great about our purchase. Perry in finance was polite, friendly and had me in and out within minutes. I am simply blown away by everyone we dealt with! This is now my preferred dealer location and am already sending family members their way!

Be careful of this place they will make you sign for warranties and free oil change which is not free at all this place is a rip-off I waited for 5 hours to buy a used vehicle and got scammed for $2,000 they said it's deposit for the vehicle instead it was warranties that I don't need

I have been in serval times and am truly amazed at the outstanding service each and every time I go. Staff are amazing!!!

I highly doubt that the service department is very great. I brought my 2013 jeep in to get the right front signal light replaced and got told within 5 minutes that it was the wiring in the light, and it would cost me over $500 to get it fixed because of the supposed wiring problem. News Flash, it was just the bulb that needed to be replaced, I had taken it down to a mechanic I knew that dealt with electrical issues and found to no surprise that there was nothing wrong with the wiring, it was in just a bulb replacement to the cost of a whole whopping $25 including labor, bulb and taxes. I had heard rumours that the new owner of St. Albert Dodge had instructed his service team that if the repair was not more than $300 then they were supposed to fudge the facts to make more money. This is a very disgusting way of doing business, I did not believe it at first but with the experience that I just had with them, the rumour is in fact true. Let's see if the owner of the company will be man enough to step up and take accountablility for the less than reputable experience that I have just underwent with these crooks. SHAME ON ST ALBERT DODGE.

Put a deposit on a vehicle that they don't have on stock salesman Derek Mounzer stated that it will be refundable if i dont buy the vehicle. then i found that the vehicle they quoted me is overpriced. So i phoned them to cancel my purchase and refund my deposit. The General sales manager Stan Mounzer told me its not refundable and said Derek Mounzer never said its refundable.

When shopping for my most recent vehicle I first tried St. Albert Dodge. I was in the market for a brand new Jeep Wrangler. The staff were all really friendly and didn't make me feel like a dollar sign. The sales staff took the time to get to know me and help put me in a vehicle that matched my needs and budget. I am happy with my new Wrangler and the service they have provided since my purchase.

Mike Mercer hooked us up with an unbelievable deal and he went the extra mile following up and making sure we got the options we wanted. He made himself available and even called back right away after leaving a message. I understand sales reps are busy with many customers, but some juggle their priorities better than others and Mike was the most responsive by a mile. Highly recommend dealing with Mike. As for the finish line, Rob Horner in finance was also impeccable and was very thorough and patient when going through the numbers. Some places rush and try to gloss over details but not this team. Will shop here again.

3 weeks ago, I was out with my friend, taking his ex to an appointment in St. Albert. Needing to kill about an hour, we went to St. Albert Dodge to kick some tires...

While there, we met Steven Riley, one of the salesmen there. Knowing we were just killing time, he nevertheless took the time to shoot the bull with us.

I will admit, I was kind of looking to get out of the van I was in, and was KINDA looking, but after the experience I had in the past, I was really disillusioned with the car buying experience (a dealership on the north side of Edmonton had REALLY taken advantage of my mom and I).

I told Steven my story, and he immediately referred me to the finance department for information, NOT to buy a car, but just for advice.

Well, 3 week later, a LOT of hard work on the part of Steven Riley, Kevin Genest and the rest of the staff at St. Albert Dodge, and I'm in a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Altitude that is EXACTLY what I wanted, with an interest rate I NEVER thought I would qualify for, and couldn't be happier!

Service was great! My salesman Jonathan D. was very helpful and made my first purchase from a dealership very comfortable. Will recommend to my friends and family as well. The reason for the 1 star missing was upon getting the vehicle home I had noticed that the detailers did clean the "plastic" parts of the interior and the seats and floor carpet but, the roof has alot of hard to get out fingerprints as well as the DVD player was quite dirty as well seems like greasy finger prints. Minor stuff though. The important part was the vehicle and service which were both top knotch! Thanks Jonathan.

Pretty good, sales manager Mike was a ton of help I made him work extra hard to find a vehicle that I was content about and I was terribly fussy and he was absolutely polite and patient all the way till the end I'm super happy with my choice of an SUV and though its second hand with a bit of mileage it drives like new. Defintley recommed this sales manager and the dealer ship!

Purchased a truck here in 2012, way late on the review here as I never submitted. They did all aftermarket work and said they would honour all warranty. ECM went at 44,000km and they wouldn t warranty. Then I was out over $2000 after getting the most expensive bumper to bumper warranty. If you buy a truck here just don t get the warranty, good prices but don t honour warranty when they lift and delete trucks. However they had just been changing management so I raised the stars to what I had before, it could be much better now.

First of all, the atmosphere of this dealer ship is amazing! Everyone is incredible friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! but hugest shout out to my salesman Simon Singh! He did everything he could to make me happy and even though I had them scrambling on a tight schedule they got it all done and more! Purchasing a vehicle here was so simple and I will definitely deal with St. Albert dodge in the future for any vehicle wants and needs! Thanks!

My sales guy was nice but I'm leaving a bad review because I took aprox. 2 hours out of my busy schedule to go see a used vehicle and was only told once I got there that it was defective and would need $2,000 of work, they of course had other options. Wish this was just in the ad, felt sort of like a bait and switch.

St Albert Dodge is the WORST Dealership I have ever dealt with!

I have given them multiple opportunities to fix their mistakes and spoken with the sales and service managers multiple times over the past few years and enough is enough. I have dealt with many different dealerships this far in life and I recommend avoiding this one. I wanted a jeep in 2012 at the end of the year and knew exactly what I wanted before I went in. I decided on St Albert dodge because I was told they had a military discount and I found their dealership to be dishonest and conniving. Unfortunately I had already made the down payment and was locked in on the sale. So I continued on with the deal. They took far longer to deliver the jeep than they had promised. They even called me in to pick up my jeep and brought me out to one which had the wrong transmission trying to tell me that is what I had ordered. I have a bit of a background in mechanics and trades and their service department talks to me like they are explaining rocket science to a 10 year old.

When I had made the deal for my jeep, I had purchased the undercoating I believe it cost $1000 Their service department was to spray it on. 1st attempt at the undercoating was only over a sticker. I peeled the sticker off brought it in and they booked me in and re sprayed it. 2nd attempt they must have been scared to get any on the jeep as they sprayed a piece no bigger than my hand on either side. I then rebooked and took more time off work 3rd attempt they added another inch to it. Every time they sprayed it I needed to get time off work and organize a ride for a couple days without a vehicle. So I told them I was unsatisfied and gave up.

Since I have owned the jeep every winter for 3 years in a row the heater quits. The 1st time is under warranty. However, it took multiple visits that year to get it fixed. I think the first time that year they just topped up the coolant. In my opinion if you tell a customer you have fixed something should it not at least work on the way home. I drove home on a warm day only to realize I still had no heat. 2nd year they flushed it did it and said not to worry about it I had good enough heat. This year for the 3rd time they tell me it's out of their hands as the warranty has expired and want to charge me a full inspection fee to figure out what is wrong. Well I can tell you what is wrong the same thing you haven't fixed properly the past three years and multiple visits.

Don't get me wrong, there service department did successfully change a light bulb under warranty. However, I feel like that's the best they can do!

I also assisted my past girlfriend in purchasing a Jeep around 2013 from them as she was set on using them against my recommendation. She said she wanted hers form the same dealership as me. So she factory ordered one only to be lied to and paying way more than she should of. Unfortunately we had broken up and I later found out they took complete advantage of her.

Great group of people to deal with, very comforting atmosphere as soon as you walk into the dealership. Everyone was very helpful and made me confident in purchasing my Jeep Wrangler.

Would definitly recommend these guys to anyone looking for any Dodge product. Keep up the good work!

I really wanted to buy our vehicle here, but i ended up buying from Crosstown who was just as bad!

I have had our vehicle serviced here at St. Albert Dodge the last couple of three times and the service is Excellent! Both parts & service and the professionalism is in my mind top of the line!

Staff not wearing masks. Sitting waiting for my vehicle to be ready, another customer walks in sits down with no mask on and other staff walk right on by not saying anything to him. I finally spoke up in front of other customers telling him he needs to be wearing a mask in here. I'll never be back to this dealership.

No one there was pushy, they just listen to there customers and ensure that they receive the vehicle they asked for.
