This is my 3rd vehicle I bought from st.albert dodge.
Normally I am happy with the service I receive there. Until now.
Had oil change done in Nov.... advisor told me shock needs to be replaced... its under warranty. Part will be in in about a week..... will get a call when part is here.
Call back a month later to see where the part is.... told part won't be in till Feb. Waited till end of Feb to call back
Still no part. Spoke with service manager who said its the first he is hearing about it....
I asked about a rental as my vehicle will be in the shop and I get rental coverage that I paid for when I got the jeep.... every time it's an argument to get the rental and when they check into it after fighting with them I get it .
Now I'm being told the axle is leaking and the rad needs replacing also.
Sorry guys but I'm not waiting another 3 months for a part you tell me I need asap .
I am in the market for a new vehicle right now but I won't be getting it from st.albert dodge.
