The new ownership here is building a big new shop on the North end of St Albert but outside of that all the stuff that used to make this a great dealership seems to be gone. Phoned them over 2 weeks ago looking for a new truck. Talked to the salesman and gave him full particulars, he was to check and call me back. To date, nothing, nada, butkess for a response.
After no response in a week, found one somewhere else after one call. Gave the salesman the same info, he called me back in an hour with the information I was looking for. Used to deal at St Albert Dodge, not any more.

Buying a Dodge Journey from this dealership was the biggest waste of money. I paid the extra money for the rust prevent, under coating, paint and leather and my vehicle was given to me with paint chips on the front bumper that weren t showed till it had been washed and when I showed concern they just gave me a touch up pen. I had an after market DVD player put in and again nothing but problems. The screws scratched my sunroof cover then the DVD player wouldn t work, it fell off the ceiling, and when I took it for them to fix it they told me a fuse was blown so they hooked it up to a different one. It s now coming loose again. Had to get a new battery, had to get my air conditioning fixed on one side, my Bluetooth no longer works, my head light is falling out and there is rust bubbling the paint under my door handle and multiple small rust spots. I have had this vehicle for 2 years this summer. I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.
Great atmosphere in there. The staff are always friendly and inviting with the kids (can t leave there without popcorn and balloons) Matt Dufour helped us trade in our truck and didn t pressure us into anything. He also keeps in touch just to see how the kids are doing!!

This is my 6th new vehicle purchase, but my first North American brand. All my previous purchases have been with the same two dealers and (2 motorcycles and 4 cars), as such I was used to a certain type of experience. So this purchase I didn't know what to expect.
Daylan handled the sale and he was excellent. Very accommodating and straight forward, I never felt that I was being over promised, or pressured. Everything that was discussed in the sale was followed through with. He communicated very frequently while I waited for the vehicle to arrive, giving me frequent updates about arrival time (truck showed up 2-3 weeks early). He has reached out a number of times since I took delivery to see how I was liking the truck, it was nice to feel like my satisfaction mattered.
Vince handled the finance part. He explained all the options available to me and helped me get the very best finance terms he could. I never felt that I was being pressured or misled on things like warranties and other added value packages. I felt that I was able to make an informed decision that was right for me.
Overall the experience was excellent and exceeded expectations, I would recommend St Albert Dodge to anyone who was in the market and point them in the direction of Daylan and Vince.

I needed a quality truck that is able to handle rough conditions as I commute back and forth between Fort Mac and Spruce Grove. They were able to accommodate all of my off terrain needs and not pay over Ticket Price! I was very nervous about the financing portion of my Vehicle. I lost my job because of Oil Prices (of course), I am a derrickhand and have been for the last 3 years. I dealt with Anthony Martinello, he was able to explain to all my options as He deals with these situations all the time. It was great to put my financing needs with a professional, I felt very comfortable considering my situation.

I find the entire team to be knowledgeable and helpful. John especially has been so great to us and a pleasure to work with. They didn't engage in high pressure sales with us and gave us the impression that they genuinely care about what's in our best interests.
I went here to purchase a vehicle and was greeted with a very friendly staff and were quick to help. After back and forth over the phone and getting an approval, I found out the were selling me a truck I didnt even look at. Not to mention, when they told me the monthly payments, cost of the truck, interest rate, and length of the term, the math didnt add up. The payments would have put me at 95% over top the cost of the truck itself with a down payment. My interest rate was most definitely not 95%. Long story short, the finance rep refused to tell me over the phone why there was $14,000 in the price, after the finance rate, that was unexplained and made no sense. They wanted me to pay $39,000 total on a truck listed at just under $20,000. Nobody is that stupid... very unprofessional and very disappointed in this dealership that was recommended by someone who is very respected in the industry. I will never purchase from here and for those who do, make sure you go in with more knowledge than faith in good people.

I went to St. Albert Dodge with quite a hard ask but I ve heard a lot of things about them and I figured that they would be one of the dealerships that would be able to do it. I had a lot of negative equity on my vehicle so I went into it thinking that nothing would work out and if it did, I was expecting to get a Ram 1500 with maybe a touchscreen but not many features in it and it turned out they got me a fully loaded Ram 1500 sport which I didn t even think was possible to get. Stephen Lam was very helpful and was always letting me know how the deal was turning out. I can definitely say that I m finally 100% happy with my new truck and it will be the last trade for many years. They went above and beyond and I m sure they got the short end of the stick when it comes to making money on the trade. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Booked a week in advance for remote starter installation only to find out that they didn't reserve one for me and so it was a waste of my time. Usually the service is excellent otherwise I would have given them a lower rating. Hopefully it never happens again.
After two weeks of trying to buy a new vehicle with them, we gave up chasing the salesmen ( meaning they NEVER returned phone calls). We took our buisness elsewhere and bought a brand new truck within 3 days. We live fairly close to this dealership but will NEVER deal with them again, not even for service. We would rather drive to the south side for a new vehicle/service rather than dealing with them. Bad experiences, one after another. If you don't value your time and love to be jerked around, St Albert dodge is for you!!!
Under old ownership in June I was very screwed over. And now in November with the new ownership they've already been 10x more helpful with resolving the issue I've had with the old staff and owners. I originally started looking at other dealerships, I got lucky enough to stumble into St.Albert dodge and meet Adam Fayad. Everywhere I went I was hustled, and taken advantage of I kept being told "this is the best deal you'll get" oddly enough someone always had something more to offer, but I knew it wasn't "the best." Adam Fayad treated me like I was the only person in the dealership, every want and need I had was met and exceeded, he blew the other dealerships out the water. If it was not for Adam Fayad, I would not had gotten my dream jeep and that would have been sad. It is extremely difficult to buy a vehicle and feel you are able to trust the person selling it, Adam did more than that, he made me feel like family. I will continue referring people to him, the way he treats you, everyone should have that same experience. Customer service was fantastic. The best customer service at any dealership or auto body shop I have been to. Vehicles were clean and staff is very knowledgeable. Willing and able to work with your schedule and also with your budget. Vehicles are affordable. The only downside is that they don't have as many vehicles on the lot as some of the larger dealerships. Limited as to what they have on hand to look at and test drive at the first visit.
