Probably the best dealership I have ever been to, with amazing staffs and professionals, from dealing online and in person to close the deal on the purchase of my new 2020 dodge durango r/t. Terry Vaters one of the sales rep was on top of the game to complete the deal. I would definitely recommend St Albert Dodge to anybody that wants to buy, sale or trade a vehicle there.

John Smith, the salesman I dealt with was great, he really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Im sure the other sales people are great as well as I had the opportunity to chat with a few but I would definitely recommend John Smith. . Gave me a great price right from the beginning. Didn't need to sit there and haggle.
Unfortunately you still have to watch the finance guys, Vince tacked on a 388 tire warranty fee without even asking. When I returned to ask for a breakdown and explanation of the fees. He was like what? I thought I told you about the 388..?? He did not. Scribbled some numbers down on a sticky note and slid it at me like I was some kinda dummy wasting his time. Which I was, I signed papers without asking for a complete break down. I was so pissed off I just left. But not before Vince printed off the tire warranty papers which I unknowingly paid for. Thanks I sleep better knowing my tires are insured.
Over all still very happy, definitely ask for John.

Easy going and all around good experience with the dealership especially after not so good experiences at other dealerships. Went in looking to purchase paint to match our other jeep and came out purchasing our purple jeep.

Unmotivated service department. Was told id be in and out in under a half hour. Nearly 1.5 hours later still sitting in an empty waiting room. Its a nightmare to lose the better part of a business day in town waiting for something i can do myself in less than 15 min. My GM truck i am in and out in less than 20 minutes every single time, with a car wash, and if i need to drop the truck off they give me a rental or loaner to do my running around.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying an out of province vehicle as we weren t able to come view it in person or do a test drive before committing to the purchase. My sales representative, Chad, as well as his associates all did an excellent job providing me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. I can definitely say that when we did arrive to pick up my new Jeep, my expectations were more than exceeded!

I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new ride both in and out of province.

I recently purchased a new 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Matt Dufour at St. Albert Dodge. I cannot recall having a better experience buying a new car. I actually hate buying a new car. Haggling over trade in values, new car discounts, extended warranties, etc. is exhausting but I was subjected to none of this by Matt, or his colleagues. I was treated with the utmost respect and received the trade in value that I was looking for, making the deal possible. How refreshing! Buy your next vehicle from Matt and you won't be disappointed!

me and my wife don't like car shopping.. we just don't enjoy it..
but Simon Singh and Adam the manager made it a good experience. The two of them did their utmost best selling us the 2020 Durango Hemi.. Adam even ordered us coffee when i mentioned "where is the coffee pot"?....., which was greatly appreciated and the subway sandwiches tasted great too.

I can definitely recommend for 100% Simon Singh and Adam Fayad to anyone. You will enjoy the way how they are doing their job, lot's of enthusiasm in presenting the product.

We originally went to St Albert Dodge to trade in our jeep. We ended up getting a very basic Dodge Journey. After a day we were very unhappy with it and expressed our disappointment with Daylan our salesman. He did EVERYTHING he could to try to make us happy and put us in more of a fully loaded Journey. He was a delight to work with through our ups and downs in this process. I would strongly recommend going to see Daylan if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and overall we were impressed with his desire to want to make this the car we were going to LOVE to drive everyday.

Our new sales man has actually bent over backwards literally ! my daughter went to St Albert Dodge to talk about some options to save a bit more money on gas with her 2017 ram 1500, unfortunately not a lot more could be done without extensive and costly modifications , the best option was a new Jeep Trail Hawk , I must say that is a smart little suv ! The financing was so quick and easy with an un heard of interest rate. I then found myself buying a 2019 ram sport crew ! With the most up to date options that impressed me so much I had to have it ! Looking to upgrade the family vehicle for some more space. We were greeted by Dari who helped us look at a van while we had our two small children in tow. He was beyond accommodating and explained all the car perks in the vehicle we were interested in. My husband and I were both shocked and delighted when he said let's go for a test drive with the kids...he truly went above and beyond helping us transfer over car seats and then amuse our 5 month old while we both got to drive the car. I loved his comment of "you have to make sure it fits your family and life".
He went through every aspect with us and worked hard to keep the price point we wanted. After all this we even drove it home to truly try it out for 24 hours to see how it worked for us. Dari was personable, diligent and focused on what we were really interested in. Dari was amazing with communication, texting and calling which worked so well for us, I was able to ask more questions that we thought of after we left the dealership. Best part was we never felt pressured to make a decision. St. Albert Dodge staff was great to deal with and made the process so quick and painless.

Stopped in this morning to have my tire pressure adjusted. Richard came over and asked if I needed a shuttle ride- let him know that a ride wouldn't be needed. While the tire pressure was being worked on, he grabbed a snow brush, scraped off my frozen rear window, cleaned the wiper blades and side view windows, all the while with a smile. Thanks so much Richard-you brightened my morning! Also, Kaity (Service Advisor) is always a pleasure to deal with- very helpful, straightforward, and efficient. Both Kaity and Richard deserve raises-it's this kind of service that will keep customers coming back!

I recently had some major repairs and maintenance there and they went above and beyond. Everybody from the Service Receptionist to the Service Manager were fantastic. The new shop is great!

In late June 2020 my wife, son and I went from Millwoods Edmonton out to St.Albert Dodge as we heard of the amazing service from some of my Coworkers. We went in looking for brand new (but open to used) 5+ seater with all wheel drive/ 4x4. We ended up speaking with Jason in the fleet department but also met a few other salesmen and service staff through our process. Everyone was very tentative to us being there and took great care of us.

We got to test drive a half dozen vehicles and even were able to take one home for a weekend to see how living with it would be, we went back and forth narrowing down the vehicle and specifics and They were very helpful giving us answers and patience while we figured it all out.

The Financing guy was very knowledgeable and fast at getting us an amazing deal put together with cash back and extras.

We still go all The way out there for servicing on our 1 year old Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in red. Thanks to them and their amazing service we will be buying future vehicles from them and referring everyone to go there to purchase and maintain vehicles.

Awesome to deal with in the service department. Monica was my service advisor and she kept in touch as they tried to determine what was wrong with my truck. I had it in another dealer before that wasn't as "great" as their name claims. 4 times in there and replaced parts and problem never was fixed. First time into St Albert dodge with it and they went the extra mile to get the problem solved the first time. And they delivered as my truck is fixed!!! They did what the other guys couldn't do. So St Albert Dodge kicked Great West Chysler butt. Go here for the best.

My reason for this 1 star review is as follows:

May 2nd I contacted this dealership to seek preapproval for a Jeep, taking into consideration that I was trading in my Ford F150 that I have owned for 8 months and has under 5,000kms on it.

I was contacted by the salesman and after info was given a preapproval came through. At that time I made an appointment to go into the dealership. I am not one to waste my time or that of others, therefore the preapproval was key to my going in.

When I arrived on May 12th one of the first things I did was grab a brochure they had for the upcoming Gladiator in 2020, as my man has interest in purchasing one.

My appointment went well, the salesman was super helpful. Once I left we texted back and forth for a couple of days while we hashed out a payment that would work within my budget. I had him literally double check everything he came back to me with, to ensure no misunderstanding. The final deal was for one of their fleet clearance vehicles, a brand new 2017 Jeep Sahara.

An appointment was made for me to come in at 9am May 18th for a test drive and signing off on papers. I was super excited and talked of little else. On Friday less then 24hours before my noted appointment I received a text while at work from the salesman informing me that he was forwarding me an email from his sales manager.

The email in short was rescinding the offer made and offering instead a lower end Jeep with less options then my truck has. The following is a copy and paste from that email.
"would result for a $14,350 loss to our company and that s just a bit to aggressive. I am willing to loose max $8000 and place $2000 more then the trade is worth to make the deal go away". So he was willing to lose $10,000 in total but his bottom line that had him treat a client with such disregard was $4,350??!! He in his own words wanted to make the deal go away.

When I got that message at work Friday it truly ruined my day, I was crushed. It goes without saying that my man will not be coming to your dealership for the Gladiator. That said it would seem that you have no issues with losing one client so what's another right? Clearly honoring your word and client service are not high on your agenda.

St.Albert Dodge....Dodging on a Deal

**Edit to original post. I decided to run the numbers myself, seeing as this Sales manager Jay seemed so sure he was losing money. $311/bi weekly X 26 pay periods in a year = $8,086 x 7 years = $56, 602 x 11% = $62,262.2 + whatever extra they were going to make on the resale of my trade in. The vehicle is listed at $35,590 online, so right off the bat...without the trade-in resale they would be making $26,672.2, but your losing money?! What a joke. Not a trustworthy establishment at all!!!

He even ended up recommending me to an insurance broker that ended up even saving me more money. I highly recommend checking him out if your looking to buy! Purchased a new Jeep in March. Was told a part would be sent to me soon as possible for the headlights. Never received it, followed up multiple times. The parts man I talked to last let me know nothing was on order and he would look into it. No call back. Specifically said what time of day I would be there to get my new vechicle and wanted to be in and out (covid-19 had just hit) and waited over an hour and a half for them to finish detailing . I requested to be pre-approved, my credit wasn t pulled until I was in the waiting room. To buy more time, salesman told me he would have to gas up the car during the test drive which I declined. My dad took a day off and ended up having to leave before everything was done as he had meetings. Had they been on time this wouldn t have occurred. For such a nice building, and spending so much money on a car- I am extremely unimpressed. Debated for a long time on whether to write this or not, and after not receiving parts for 2 months I chose too. No extra things were thrown into my purchase, which I was looking forward too (details/ swag/etc) as everyone else I know has gotten something with thier vechicle purchase.

Amazing location & staff!

I had come into the dealership looking to get out of a very bad car loan I had gotten myself into! I was lucky enough to have their sales consultant Simon that was able to help me out. Not only did he take care of the situation I was in, he was understanding and had taken the time to educated me properly when it comes to financing which was beyond helpful! Over all, he put my situation and myself first to get me into something affordable and new!

I appreciate the help from Simon! and most definetly recommend anyone who visits here to see him. I cant thank you enough!

So Brandan Hebert, Brent McRae, Clint Plante, and Vince Lee proved the last time was no fluke. Over the Christmas break, we traded in our old car for a new one, and the St. Alberta Dodge team came through once again with flying colours. Let's face it: Parting with a lot of money is never truly pleasant but when the transaction is handled as respectfully and professionally as these guys do things, the pain is eased considerably. And it's not just the sales team; the service gang, Roch, Kaity, Jessica, and Jennifer, are just as terrific, in addition to being much better looking than the new car guys--sorry, Brandan, but the beard has to go. Overall, I can't say I've ever had better dealership experiences than those I've experienced with the new iteration of St. Albert Dodge. If you're looking for a place to buy a vehicle or have yours serviced, seriously consider giving these guys a shot. And no, I'm not related to any of them. When I'm not happy with service, I'm just as vocal; but when things are this good, then the positives must be acknowledged, too.

Recently we decided to trade in our truck for this year's model. Given past experiences, we had previously decided never to return to to St. Albert Dodge but Brandan's work on our tires convinced us to give them another chance. What a freaking difference. I didn't feel like taking a shower after I left the showroom. Brent, our sales rep, was awesome--professional, down-to-earth, zero BS; Brandan took the time to come out of his office for a quick chat; and sales manager Ravi, one of two holdovers from the previous administration, was his usual exuberant, fun, brilliant self. It may sound like I'm being paid to write this but nothing could be further from the truth. I just feel it's important to support local businesses and I want to acknowledge that St. Albert Dodge has been transformed into a prime example of what a car dealership should be: A place you go to buy and service vehicles, hoping to be treated respectfully and with integrity. Good job, guys. Keep it up.

What a difference this ownership group makes. While our service experience at St. Albert Dodge was always been first rate, it was the only reason we stayed with the dealership. What we'd gone through with some of the sales staff left a lot to be desired, reminding us at times of caricatured used-car salesmen from movies--think Bill Paxton in True Lies.
Happily, that's all in the past. I had the distinct pleasure of working through an issue with the new General Sales Manager, Brandan, and his approach was terrific. When the time comes for the next new vehicle, we won't be taking our business anywhere else.
Tip of the cap to the new owners for instilling such a complete change in corporate culture so quickly.

Bought my truck off the dealership in 2012, and came back to see what I could do about getting something newer now (2017).

Will was the most amazing finance guy I've ever dealt with, and Ravi was the best sales man a girl could ask for. I will be back for all my future cars/trucks simply because of how I was treated by both these guys, the service staff over the years and everyone else.

They truly made me feel like they were working to help me out and had my interests at heart vs other places.

My daughter and I went into St. Albert Dodge last week to purchase a vehicle. I was very surprised at the high level of service and professionalism at this dealership. It has done a complete 180 since the new owners of the Sherwood Group have taken over. My daughter ended up purchasing a new Ram 1500 with a salesman named Evan Burrow. He is very educated with the Chrysler products, and takes the time to listen to his customer's needs and wants. Just an all around great experience! Thanks!

In no time at all Steve replied and in we went to the dealership (which is beautiful Clean and comfortable) couple hours and a few signatures later we were out the door happy with our purchase, the price and the service. Highly recommended.

Staff at St.Albert Dodge were great to deal with! Brad and Chad made the transaction easy when we bought our new to us Ford Explorer Sport. We live in Saskatchewan and didn t have a chance to see the vehicle before purchasing. They delivered the vehicle to North Battleford which was appreciated. The only issue I had with the sale was that there were 2 small dents on the passenger door that I was unaware of. Just wished they would have mentioned them even though this would not have changed our mind on the purchase. Also, could have had an oil maintenance change before sending it out to us. Overall, it was a good experience. I would buy additional vehicles from St.Albert Dodge in the future.

I was at St.Albert dodge a couple days ago looking at a used 2008 car as my next car, i ran into constant issues with this. to start i did like the car very much and probably would have bought it, and the salesperson WAS amazing. But while on the test drive i glanced at the odometer and noticed it was as they advertised at 84000 kms but closer looking at it you could see they converted it to miles. so in the parking lot i changed it back. simple as holding the button thats between the dials. it now read over 136,000kms. they denied this being their fault and stuck by their price of $19,000 so i asked to take it for an extended test drive still liking it, and like any other dealership they said it would be no problem, they just needed a small deposit and to sign some papers. Within 2 minutes i was presented with a paper and told that i would only be allowed to take it for an exteded test drive if i signed a bill of sale and bought the car right there. and its their policy to only give extended test drives if you own the vehicle.
i would stay away, they are nice but had i not read through the papers they handed me i would have bought a car thinking i was only test driving it

St. Albert Dodge over all was pretty decent, I gotta say. Within the last 10 years I've bought 5 new Dodge products from Dodge dealers. And this one takes the cake. We got a decent amount on our trade in, the vehicle we bought we received a decent discount on, and when I pointed out my dissatisfaction with an item about the vehicle,
they changed it. Right away. And I have to say, that JT, the sales manager made this most recent purchase experience the most laid back one yet. I was sure to inform him, that if I receive the same service and deal I got this time around again in the future, that I'll be back in a few years to buy a truck as well.

After getting unexpected news that my car was no longer in great shape, I went to see Rob at St. Albert Dodge and am so happy with my new vehicle!!! As it was my first time purchasing through a dealership, Rob made the experience great! Not pushy, made sure I was getting the best deal and that the vehicle was the right fit for me!! Definitely recommending him to everyone I know and will be back to see him for my next vehicle!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dealership. Have been dealing with them for maintenance the past year, and just traded my 2017 Durango for a new 2020 Grand Cherokee with them. Worked with Chad Davis on this sale, and he was very professional to deal with. He went the extra mile to ensure we landed on a price that worked for both parties, and worked to ensure my overall experience was positive. Will always drive a little further to support these guys as opposed to the nearby central Edmonton dealerships.

I bought a suv else where and unfortunetly it was not upfront company. St albert dodge not only fixed my suv but where beyond helpful and understanding. My husband ended up buying a truck he wanted from them too that we didnt think we could get. Wonderful customer service. Would recommend them to anyone.
