This location had a long history for me of not being the greatest - but not anymore! I had 2 previous purchases at Sherwood Park Dodge, and now that St.Albert is under new management, I couldn't be more happy! They have far exceeded any previous dealings I have ever had anywhere else. My "deal" was I wanted to be in and out within 2 hours around this budget and they made it happen. It was so refreshing to deal with someone like Barry who was so down to earth, helpful and honest. Both Barry and Ravi made us feel like they really wanted to help us get what we were interested in and not once did we feel pressured. Being in sales myself, too often the customer feels like it's about the bottom dollar and sale - but both Barry and Ravi really are amazing people that made us feel great about our purchase. Perry in finance was polite, friendly and had me in and out within minutes. I am simply blown away by everyone we dealt with! This is now my preferred dealer location and am already sending family members their way!
