We had been thinking about getting a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a little while and after a friend recommended Brent at St.Albert Dodge we decided to check them out.

We knew what we wanted and spoke with Brent right away, after a test drive and falling in love with it, Brent quickly set us up with a phenomenal purchase and we were on our way.

St.Albert Dodge is very lucky to have someone like Brent working with them! I am very happy with the service we were given and with how they treated us. If we need another car in the future while living in the area we will go back to Brent in an instant!

I am a pretty skeptical shopper and I really hate car dearships but I gave St Albert Dodge a shot because I had a good experience with their service department since the new management. Even though I gave these guys a hard time the salesman Shannon and the Sales Manager Brandan didn't put a lot of pressure on me but were more than willing to negotiate. Even the finance guy was friendly and efficient. I can't speed for anyone else's experience but I appreciate people who respect you enough not to BS you and are willing to give you the bottom line. I knew what I wanted to buy, did my research and only wanted to find a dealer to work with. I had a bad experience with the old management in the past but I am convinced that the new management is willing to work to get my business back. If you are in the market for a Chrysler product you should give them a shot. If you are in the market for a Ford I recommend DK Ford in Leduc.

The staff is always pleasant and always go above and beyond to accomidate me every time i am there, if they dont have what im looking for they will do everything they can to get what im looking for, i have purchased 4 cars from St Albert Dodge and i will continue to go back, i have recomended this dealership to everyone i know and will continue to do so.

St. Albert Dodge over all was pretty decent, I gotta say. Within the last 10 years I've bought 5 new Dodge products from Dodge dealers. And this one takes the cake. We got a decent amount on our trade in, the vehicle we bought we received a decent discount on, and when I pointed out my dissatisfaction with an item about the vehicle,
they changed it. Right away. And I have to say, that JT, the sales manager made this most recent purchase experience the most laid back one yet. I was sure to inform him, that if I receive the same service and deal I got this time around again in the future, that I'll be back in a few years to buy a truck as well.

He explained everything to us and was there for every question we had. He, along with the finance dept, including TJ and Rob worked really hard to get the finance for us. I went looking for a new van after I was in a collision and my Dad and I went to about 10 different dealerships. It was welcoming atmosphere from the beginning then we were greeted by Dari Mahfouz and he was wonderful from the start. I just purchased a brand new fully loaded 2019 RAM 1500 Rebel from them. Ask for Chad, he is a fantastic guy to deal with! Overall the service is beyond awesome, even better than many German car dealerships I have dealt with. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. I must to admit that I am very impressed.

I fought for days to try to get lower price on the 2019 rebel at another Dodge dealership. The other dealership only offered me $2500 off the MSRP which is the current promotion offered by Dodge manufacturer. The other dealership even never mention the promotion until I found out by myself. However, when I came to Chad at St Alberta Dodge to see if they can give me a better price, I was totally shocked by the awesome discount they gave to me!!!!!!! Awesome price right up front!!

Purchasing our new Jeep through St. Albert Dodge was a stress-free, no pressure experience thanks to the G O D of car sales (haha!), Adam Fayad (who is a man of his word, professional, friendly and takes great care of his people sense of humour was a bonus!). Rob Horner in finance was great as well smooth, quick process.

Blown away by this dealership! Started dealing with them once again because of new ownership and nothing has changed. Brought my truck in for some warranty work and everything was great, they had told me they fixed everything and I was happy. Picked up my truck after hours and didn't even make it out of the parking lot and the issue was happening again. Got stuck out of town for a few months and came home to resolve the issue, at this point my warranty had expired and this time they had magically found the problem but figured it was gonna be 800$. Talked to multiple other dodge dealerships and was told if I had dealt with them in the beginning they would honour the warranty because they failed to fix it the first time while it was under warrenty. Then the service manager said he would talk to dodge and see if he could help me. Said there is nothing they could do. I called Dodge Canada two weeks later to find out he didn't even call them. On top of that they wanna charge me 800 dollars to put in a part that would take 15 mins to do and the retail on the part is under 300 bucks. I understand shop Tim but 2 hours for this! Would highly suggest no one dealing with this dealership. Usually most dealerships are the same but this one is much worse.

Our Sales Person (Mike) was fabulous as was our Finance Manager. Mike Found us wondering around the lot and there was an instant click of being welcoming. He is super genuine and down to earth. He stopped to greet us and get to know us even though he was in the middle of another task. He worked with us and truly listened to what we needed and what our concerns were. If I could give Mike a higher rating I would but 5 is the most I am able to give.

The receptionist on the other hand was not welcoming. She was busy on Facebook on her phone and ignored us when we arrived. She only
Acknowledged us once one of the other Sales Consultants came up and welcomed us into the store. She then refused to page our Finance Manager because he was in his daily sales meeting (He was aware of the time we were arriving and informed us to have him paged) staying she would only send him a text. Waited for 20 minutes past the time of the end of the meeting. We were never offered seating in a lounge or anything. She ignored us from that first interaction on. If our deal hadn t already been signed and done it would have been enough for us to reconsider purchasing from this dealership. The receptionist is the first point of customer service. 1 Star for the Receptionist.

I was told to pay my bills. I was told I could only get a bike with no wheels or handlebars. He would bet his life savings I would never get into a vehicle. I was treated very poorly . And the company does not care how I was treated. I was treated like I was a piece of s***. Literally I feel like a piece of s*** . That's how they treated me like I was a piece of crap. Have all the messages to prove it. And at first he was the nicest guy. Just because I said the payments were too high I got treated like s***. Thanks for my good customers experience. I recommend if you go there to buy a vehicle. They do have really good vehicles there. But do not say no to them or else they will treat you like s*** like I was. I thought I got treated like s*** from the first company I bought my truck from. But I was wrong this is the worst experience I've ever had. Acura saskatoon is a good. Go acura saskatoon. My niece & I just bought a used car together from Chad Davis. Daylan was our finance contact. Both men went above and beyond to help us get what we needed at a price that was right for us. Due to some incorrect data on my nieces' credit report she was having difficulty getting financing anywhere. NO other dealership would tell her what the issue was. I came in to see about trading in my vehicle and getting in a new 1 ton. I met with Terry Vader and he was very easy to deal with and threw the best numbers of the other 3 dealers I had visited for a better truck! Sadly, it was not financially wise for me to make this purchase at the time and despite the work Terry had done for us, he was understanding and supportive. I have found a dealership and sales person that doesn't treat me like a paycheck but an actual person. I will be changing my service work to this location because of this positive experience.

These guys are the real deal! I just bought a Ram Sport from Terry and he was more helpful, genuine and honest any other salesman I've ever dealt with before. He made it incredibly fast and easy buying the truck!

I work out of town and I wasn't able to go and see the truck before I bought it and so I had it delivered to me. When I got the truck there were a couple minor things that weren't exactly perfect. Terry went completely out of his way to fix everything and make it right. It would have been very easy for him to say tough luck and walk away, but he didn't. I really appreciate him helping me out even after all the paperwork was signed and it was no longer his problem.

You can have full confidence buying any vehicle from these guys without seeing it first!

Chad Davis has given me absolutely the best sales experience I could have asked for. I felt he worked so hard to get me into what I actually wanted. I will never purchase another vehicle from anyone else in my lifetime other than chad. What an inspiration it was just sitting with him, it was more than just a vehicle purchase.

In general, an excellent dealership. Sales staff, service staff and reception are pleasant and easy to deal with. I'm leaving this one star review because the business practices in the finance office are borderline unethical. When they present your invoice look closely for a line item called "WHEELSAVER" it will be a charge for $499.00. They will not point this charge out, it will have been added to your bill without you having asked for it. Once questioned, the finance person will assure you that "it is part of every deal" and will imply that it is a required charge. IT IS NOT. Read you invoice closely and always remember that you don't have to pay for anything you don't want to.

We delt with Mark and get was just fantastic, when we picked up our vehicles he went over all the options with us and answered any and all questions!

I have never used this dealership because I never got the chance.
I went in for an oil change, but I was told that because there weren't enough staff that day, and because they had prior engagements, I would have to leave my vehicle there for the rest of the day and they might be able to squeeze me in.
I live out of town and I had to work later that day so there was no way i could just leave it there. He said I could try back in a couple hours, but I didnt have time for that.
A week later I wanted to give them another chance, and I called beforehand to make sure I would be able to get in. I called 3 times with no answer, and the 4th time I left a message. Never heard anything back.
I then called Crosstown Auto in Edmonton and they answered and said they could get me in right away, and sure enough I was in and out within 25 minutes.
I don't like giving bad reviews but I also dont like receiving bad service, or no service at all.

Awesome service and staff. They went beyond the means of customer service as well as getting my trade finalized. Thank you going the extra mile. I highly recommend going there for anything you need.

Well. It seems after purchasing a vehicle form there. There is still some work to be done on communications via email or text with individuals that work there. They should remember they are a customers first person of contact. Seems like the sales department do not share paperwork with the parts and or service department. So be aware you will have to fully explain yourself to the parts service department if you have an issue with your new vehicle when your making your purchasing agreement.

I have found them to sort of be thank you for the money now we dont know who you are and or do not have any info why your contacting us. Maybe thats wrong for me to think like that. But even contacting my sales guy after the purchase i have not been responded to. I mean great responses before the purchase. But after the purchase he doesn t even send a text back now. To help a customer get his stuff fixed up and or sorted out.
I will say he did have a scheduling issue upon delivery which then the items discussed were not completed for the delivery of vehicle. So i had to explain to the stand ins what was missing and felt like that really should not have been something for me to tell them. It would have been 5 star had this all been done for delivery and checked on by the original sales guy.

I emailed a person twice about my repairs to be done. No response from the person. Then i called and they did know of my issue and they did book me in. My question is seems alright for them to email me questions. But if i email back. Its best to call them. You will have to keep on top of them for work to be done. Its really not something they are 5 star about currently.

Lets see how service goes and maybe an update to the review will come.

I dealt with Matt over at St. Albert Dodge after looking locally (Ottawa) for a truck for a couple months. St. Albert Dodge had the truck I was looking for and the service was exceptional. I bought my first 2 jeeps from St. Albert jeep, but unfortunately will not be a returning customer. I had a cold call from a sales associate about upgrading my jeep, he was going to look at a few options and get back to me. I then get an email saying my credit was ran without my permission. No one once asked if they could run my credit. I spoke with his manager and the owner with little to no acknowledge that it is illegal to run credit checks without consent.

As my partner and I waited for my brother to finalize his deal, Chad spent that time with us chatting and we aren t even looking for a new vehicle. He didn t have to, but he did and he seemed like a sincerely decent human being; I like that. I live in Lloydminster, but I will seriously consider going all the way to St.Albert to buy a vehicle from Chad when I m ready for a new one.

I recently traded in my old jeep for a new one and while I was cranky at first trying to accomplish what I needed to do before a night shift and a bit of phone tag once the staff realized I had very little time to finish everything the staff was amazing! I got a really great deal and they worked to keep me in my budget, Jay rushed everything he could to get everything done before I had to get to work.Jerry got everything on the paperwork end finished in record time and they had my vehicle brought in within 2 days plus I still made it to work on time!! Very happy with the new management I have serviced my jeep here after bad experiences at another dealership. They have been quick, courteous, and resourceful. I just traded in my jeep for a new one, and Shannon gave the same service I have come to expect. Very rarely do I leave ratings but I find ppl only post if it's negative, and credit is due for a job well done
