I went here to purchase a vehicle and was greeted with a very friendly staff and were quick to help. After back and forth over the phone and getting an approval, I found out the were selling me a truck I didnt even look at. Not to mention, when they told me the monthly payments, cost of the truck, interest rate, and length of the term, the math didnt add up. The payments would have put me at 95% over top the cost of the truck itself with a down payment. My interest rate was most definitely not 95%. Long story short, the finance rep refused to tell me over the phone why there was $14,000 in the price, after the finance rate, that was unexplained and made no sense. They wanted me to pay $39,000 total on a truck listed at just under $20,000. Nobody is that stupid... very unprofessional and very disappointed in this dealership that was recommended by someone who is very respected in the industry. I will never purchase from here and for those who do, make sure you go in with more knowledge than faith in good people.
