Great night out seeing Kevin Bridges sound and seating fantasy

Expensive drinks and the design of the place is somewhat flawed compared to the Armadillo - stage for all the comedy gigs I've been to is too low for a good view when seated at floor level. Staff are always helpful though.

Massive and impressive concert Venue. Always enjoyed concerts here.

Great show but the running of the venue is shocking....

No matter where u sit, there's a good view and sound.
Drinks a bit pricey and not a great choice.

An excellent large venue. Bars are well laid out to keep waiting times down. Lounges are good if you get access. Sound is always down to the band that is playing - I have heard excellent sound in here so I know the venue itself can handle it. Seats are well laid out so all views are decent. Plenty of toilets scattered about the building.

It's a good enough venue but not enough supplies at the food kiosk for the amount of people.....ran out of everything!

Great conference hall, saw Status Quo here recently. Clean and tidy, friendly staff and easy access to parking

Great venue for gigs if your standing and near the front or middle, if your sitting too far back its pretty rubbing as you can't really see much, food and drink prices are not the best, everything is over priced in my opinion

Great venue but I feel that it is becoming more impersonal. The Armadillo allowed for gigs but feeling as if it was just for you

Saw Metallica here. Absolutely brilliant. Will never forget it. Queues for the food and drinks were crazy.

By far the best venue I ve been to, the only downside is the bars, staff are not organised so you will be waiting a long time when it s busy.

Was here for a concert and up the very back (up in the gods), they had screens for us so that those furthest away from the stage can see the artist.

Great venue , easily accessible . Would give 5 stars but the price of food and drink is a fortune. Usual with venues but well over priced especially the measures of drink....shocking !

War of the Worlds 40th Anniversary Tour. Brilliant night out. Well staffed and clean toilets.

Excellent place for a convention of about 8 to 9 thousand people

Very nice museum inside, full of interactive educational activities! The construction itself is very special.

Only went to the outside of the place but it is lovely. Nice and clean and very photogenic.

Like the way the seating is set out because no matter where you are in the hall, you're never too far away from the stage.

Venue is great, but the parking is terrible, a system is needed to get cars out of the car park safely and in a timely fashion and to ensure no accidents or fights occur

Great sound but some difficulties with access because some seats block walkways.

Good view from seats. Plenty of food and drink outlets inside the building.

Snow patrol were awesome. Dont ever think the sound here is the best tho.

Had the most wonderful time at hydro seeing Andre Riue concert

Obviously an amazing 5 star glasgow attraction by the bonnie Bonnie banks of the clyde. Don't use the clyde for a swim though no matter how inviting it looks.....there's lots of other attractions close by all in one place so check them out too.....there is an actual.costa coffee house attached to the premier inn so give it a visit too.

The disabled parking is criminaly far away. I cannot believe disabled parking half a mile away from a venue is acceptable. Parking; you pay for 1 hour or 8 hours !!

Lack of consideration for less able bodied people. No seating available in the concourse to allow a break from the trek to get into the facility in the first instance.

The parking available close to the Hydro is for premium guests, whereas people with wheelchairs, walking sticks etc have to endure a trek to a car park across a main road or up a lift and across a walkway over the main road.

They will now not allow anyone to be dropped off at the front entrance whilst their driver goes and parks. Now you have to go to a drop off point to be bussed in.

A fantastic venue for everything, however sadly lacking in their consideration for us who are less mobile.

Went to see Paramore here at end of January - great venue, helpful staff, good food and lines went down quickly. Great night!

Expensive parking and the pints ain't cheap either.

Service was really good, got VIP tickets and my party was walked to the restaurant by a member of staff. I couldn't fault the service level in the place, however for VIP ticket settings I was expecting a little more comfort and room as it was pretty tight, which for me was the only thing that kept it from getting a 5 star rating

Loved Ignition at the Hydro - great venue for a car show...

Went to see Muse here and was very happy with the overall experience. Place is well built to cater for thousands of people and we did not have long to wait for anything. Would happily see something else here.

David Essex stole the show. Suzi Q amazing. Hot Chocolate=cold turf.

Easy to get to n from this place...atmosphere is electric

Terrible sound quality. Sat in seats for 30 before complaining, everybody in my section requested to be moved due to poor sound quality. Staff were useless, disappointed, won't be back.

Amazing place for gigs etc, fab sound and atmosphere.
