I placed an order and my promo code did not work. I contacted customer services regarding my issue. And somebody called chelsea got back to me. She sorted out the promo code and resent my free gift!! Great customer service aswell as fantastic products. Always happy with my products!!!

Absolutely awful online store service. To order one simple oil for 50 bucks, I have to answer a dousen of questions. Then they asked to call them, after I refused and provided my current phone number, they said that they were unable to call me, my number and all apps are available all the time (whatsapp, viber, telegram, line). After all just suggested to cancel the order !
Money was charged at the same moment after order was placed.
Lets see, how it takes for them to refund. :) maybe it would be a Christmas present )
