I have called at least three times to update my billing information for my current address. (This is separate from the vast issues I've had with autopay, a very standard system that an operation of this size should be able to handle) SSC has contacted my landlord claiming that I have not had service since March, despite getting email confirmations for payments and despite the fact that my service literally wasn't stopped. This company threatened my living situation because od their own incompetence when I had fixed this issue at least three times.
I don't know if this company's billing system is absolute garbage or if the representatives who take our information are so incompetent that this keeps happening.
