HORRIBLE service. I've spoken to 3 of the ladies who answer the phone since I've had the misfortune of dealing with this company. Erika is a treat, the older lady is ok, and the third young lady was horrendous! How she is allowed to deal with customers is beyond me. After reading some other post and speaking to one of the drivers, she seems to be the majority of the issues. If i could, I would never deal with this conpany again. Deal with them the least possible. And if you call and do not get 2 of the 3 I mentioned in my review either ask to speak to someone else, or just hang up and call back if you absolutely have to. Trust me youll save yourself a huge headache.
