Awful customer service. They didn't pick up our recycling for a full month, didn't communicate with us about why they weren't picking it up, then charged us full price for the month anyway, even though we eventually transported and dropped it off ourselves. We emailed and asked to be credited the appropriate amount and they didn't even respond. We called in and they blew us off, saying WE messed up the process by dropping it off ourselves. Refused to refund us for a service they never provided.
