Cant pay via card over the phone anymore but their system says my address validation failed. I have checked rechecked and checked again. It is correct and it's the same as always. But I cant pay my bill. I keep having issues with their pay system and the acct system 8n general. My password wont work half the time and when I try to reset it theres always an error there as well
I live in city limits so I'm required to have this service. Someone need sto fix their system so I can pay my bill. I'd certainly rather go to the dump once a week than to use them it costs a ton less
