I have been trying to reach out to them by email and phone calls. No one ever got back to me at all! And the only people who I was lucky to speak with were the answering services, they couldn t even let me finish talking before transferred me to someone who never responded to any of my voicemails. Wow! Updates: finally got my emailed forwarded to Jim, I waited at least 1 month for him to tell me no additional parking (only one for each unit?! Wow!) and no vent can be cut for us as Chinese we cook a lot, have no idea where we re supposed to stir fry most of our meals at. No references put on there like which policy said no parking, why policy said no vent cut available! I don t under why it took Jim so long to give two NOs to my questions. Don t know how to deal with them in the future.

I really needed the HOA statement updated today and I had no problem getting the information. It was a pleasure speaking with Bianca, who was very helpful and responded to my request promptly and professionally.
I have ordered HOA statement of accounts and updates from your company two or three times, and every time it has been very efficient, which is not the case with a lot of other HOAs. I am always relieved when I see you are the HOA to order from! Thanks for making our job easier!
They are incredibly agressive towards homeowners. I have been told that I am not allowed to call to speak to the property manager. I have talked to the owner and he just laughed in the phone at me.
Whisper Walk has been with Creative for a number of years. Jeff has always been hands on and very active in all aspects of the company! ..I think that is a true example of an owner operator that cares about customers. Tim is active and conscientous about our property and we appreciate his interest and willingness to listen and action to complete requests and meet the needs off WW. Worst management company in all of Houston. Spend hours a day trying to get manager Lance Williams to follow up, do his job, finish what he started, go to the property to see first hand what is going on, assign work orders in a timely manner, file letters with homeowners who aren't following rules and regs. It is like I am baby sitting all the time. There is an excuse for everything or just NO response. I have to start emailing the owner of the company just to get a response out of Lance. I can't believe they have allowed this person to stay on as Beringwood's property manager for so long.
Examples of reasons why he isn't doing his job: Won't respond to requests (will take months to get action or a response). When you complain he actually has sent an email with someone praising his good work... the email was a 'thank you' from a homeowner who had been trying to get him to do his job for over a month when he finally responded - her 'thank you' was sarcastic. Came to our annual meeting with clickers for homeowners to purchase and none of them worked. He tried to tell me they did and then when I walked out side they didn't. Blamed it on a girl who was 'fired'. This is after other homeowners in the previous months couldn't get working clickers to the gates after they bought new ones. Says he is on property once a week - he isn't.
Really sad that the Tech guy for the company is a property manager - he doesn't have the personal skills for the job. Classic 'left brained' and doesn't prioritize, must piddle around during work, doesn't communicate well, and gets angry and defensive when told he isn't doing something correctly. The worst experience with any of the 5+ property managers we've been assigned over the last 5 years.
I could go on for pages on how pittiful the service and the manager Lance Williams has been for Beringwood. After almost a year, I figure it was time to share.
You all have responded efficiently every time I have called. As late as yesterday Tyree replaced our patio lights along with 3 other patios near us. We appreciate the notice of water shut offs even in emergencies. Keep up the good work.
CMC is a great company that has loads of resources that guide us through all types of challenges. I have been president of our Board of Directors/Association for a long time (more than 10 years for sure) and have been involved in the community since 1993. Our Association switched from a previous management company to CMC. My Association has used CMC for over 10 years and I always know they are available to provide great input, advice and valuable resources. We have had the same property manager (Jim Miller) this entire time and he has provided great guidance, good advice with budgets/financing, and is always available to take my calls. They have a very well organized "infrastructure" that handles all aspects of our business including quick access to legal advice. There is no perfect management company as it is impossible to make ALL homeowners happy ALL the time. However, CMC employees do a great job minimizing issues and handling homeowners so I can take the time to look at the big picture for the community and plan the future. Bottom line...... I highly recommend CMC!
I wanted to write a review to share my experience on the excellent customer service from Caley Douglas. Why am I not surprise there's others who did the same? Ms. Douglas was professional and very polite over the phone. She answered my questions of concern and assisted me in reaching a resolution. In addition, she made it so convenient to resolve the issue over email. Thank you Creative Management for being innovative with the use of technology and hiring pleasant people like Mr. Douglas. Please continue to share your kindness and never let others who are not as nice melt your Golden heart. Thank you again Caley Douglas!
Kayleigh and Monique were great!!! They were able to turn around my order in no time! Positive attitude and great customer service. Not very many people remember to call back when they say they will but they sure did! Thanks to them we are able to close a loan we were working, on time! A pleasure working with them.
Thanks to Creative for years of service to our community. I'd like to give a special commendation to our property manager Sharon and Judy in the maintenance department for going above and beyond their call of duty.
Judi has always gone the extra mile and should be highly commended and recognized for her excellent performance. Although it is only a telephone call, I can tell she always has a smile on the other end of the call and never minds helping with whatever issue may arise whether it is a small one or a major emergency. She always responds extremely quick. I have many years of experience with properties and I can honestly say that Creative is the best management company and they have the greatest caring team!
I appreciate their quick follow-up and being so professional. I run a small business and in my normal day activities most companies I deal with are not very service oriented. Creative did a great job.

I had purchased my gate opener sometime in May 2019 but couldn t get them to have it programmed in the last 8 months. I called several times within these months to resolve this issue, but got no resolution till date. DO NOT USE THIS company.
In the limited interaction between our association and your management company, your company has performed well. Your monthly financial reports for our association are well-detailed and very good. We have had no problems with other services, such as sending out letters to all residents in our complex and mailing spreadsheets for recording water usage in each unit. Keep up the good work.
I have worked with Sharon Crutcher and the team at Creative Management for many years. Sharon is a true professional and has always been responsive to any of my requests. She is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to many more years of working with her.
My mother is in Houston and I'm in California, Judith has been a huge help for my mother's townhome, every time when my mom calls me I contact Judith, and she always get things done, even when things are become complicated, she will still contact me and won't put things on hold or keep us waiting. I always get an answer from her no matter what.
Staff named Yolanda ( if that truly is her name when she finally said it, since she kept saying creative management when i asked for her name) need to work on her communication skills and active listening. Instead of really listening to the inquiry, assumes and direct the call to automated message or hangs up the call. Really rude. I hope the rest of the company makes up for her lack of professionalism. Fyi the female staff working on 9/17/2020 from 8 to 11am in case management wants to follow up with the staff.
Previously my experience a decade back or more was good. Ec Cheek is the worst property manager I have been involved with even when I was on the board. I had to threaten to sue to get work done caused by a hurricane and I finally turned it over to my insurance company. Let them sue Creative. P.S. the board had instructed Ed to do the job but he just didn't.
I am the Secretary for Westbury Gardens and work with on-site maintenance. My work is mainly with Connie and Judi. They are both extremely helpful and professional. Couldn't do my job properly without their help and input.
The employees are very helpful and honest but they are very busy. The best way to reach them is by email and wait for response. They do not answer phone call easily as they are most of the time in field. In general the service is very good but needs some patience and time.
New HOA has come with a surprise of great service. Their website is clean and easy. Monica has helped me via e-mail and been very helpful and amazing to work with. Many thanks for the great customer service.
I have been very pleased and impressed with the high degree of professionalism and integrity exhibited by the staff and our property manager since selecting CMC as our management company.
Creative Management Company sent us a letter of violation because our neighbor stored wooden pallets under his patio. They simply cannot count high enough to match the right address with the right patio. We called and explained their error, only to receive a second notice of violation. This one states that we will be fined if we do not comply with the deed restrictions. When I try to call the company, I am transferred to a number which no one answers. No one has called back.
If your in the clique with the board, then it is wonderful. If you speak out against the board & or cost creative management Bonus money, then they ignore you, they love to say are you a professional or expert in the field of that problem you are having it in. Wow the people with real names hate the place & those with fake names love it. Can not wait to move from this place that I do not rent from. This place was 10% renters now it is over 30% & getting worst because at least 15 yrs ago they cared & fixed problems; not now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
