I wanted to write a review to share my experience on the excellent customer service from Caley Douglas. Why am I not surprise there's others who did the same? Ms. Douglas was professional and very polite over the phone. She answered my questions of concern and assisted me in reaching a resolution. In addition, she made it so convenient to resolve the issue over email. Thank you Creative Management for being innovative with the use of technology and hiring pleasant people like Mr. Douglas.
