Staff named Yolanda ( if that truly is her name when she finally said it, since she kept saying creative management when i asked for her name) need to work on her communication skills and active listening. Instead of really listening to the inquiry, assumes and direct the call to automated message or hangs up the call. Really rude. I hope the rest of the company makes up for her lack of professionalism.
Fyi the female staff working on 9/17/2020 from 8 to 11am in case management wants to follow up with the staff.
