I always appreciate their prompt and professional responses.
I've lived at Westwind Townhomes since 1996. Maintenance fee was $156/mo. then. It is now $226/mo. Excellent ratio of fee raises over 23 years! Property extremely well maintained. Its been painted about 3 times with 2 brand new roofs installed as well. They keep getting better deals on our contracts with vendors as well. Creative is careful with our $ and always provides a complete accounting of expenditures at the yearly owners' meeting. Maintenance requests are handled on a timely basis. I am very pleased with this company's performance.
Everything I have asked of them, they have done for me with a smile.
Roxanne is doing a great job she returns emails and calls promptly it is a very nice change. She hasn't been on the project long to give an excellent but I am sure next time that is what she will get!!
Horrible I have lived in Red Oak Town homes, been having issues trying to get help! I have been calling and leaving messages for over a week now! Still NO RESPONSE OR RETURN CALL! I PAY ABOUT $350 A MONTH TO LIVE HERE ON TOP OF MY MORGAGE! YES I OWN! AND THEY COULD CARELESS FOR EVEN RETURNING MY CALLS EVER! ABOUT A YEAR AGO, SAME THING NO ONE WILL EVER RETURN CALLS BUT JUST SEND LETTERS...NO RETURN EMAILS OR CALL WHEN NEEDING HELP! THIS IS HORRIBLE BUISNESS THAT TAKES MY MONEY EVERYMONTH AND DOESNT RESPOND TO THEIR RESIDENTS!
I have a joyful experience in dealing with your staff, she is helpful and she answered my questions promptly and courteously. This is what I customer service is all about. Great job.
Everything went very smoothly and didn't take all day.
High HOA fees ($450 for big 2bed, $470 next year), not much of commitment. 1) I was told to pay to get Hoa policies, can you imagine that? This is totally unlawful. I got them free of charge. 2) it took 4 months to paint shutters and door as property manager didn't take responsibility for orders 3) it took 2 years for them to fix common pipe under the building and 15 years to arrange foundation repairs!
I think for the most part everyone is staying in touch and we are getting things set up and figured out.
Roxanne is a respectful, polite, and diligent property manager.
The most worthless unprofessional group,these are the people that give HOAs a bad stigma. If you complain it's your at fault for contacting them, without saying nothing changes. They also share your personal information with others.
Working with Creative Management is always a pleasure. They are always professional, and take care of business promptly. They answer the phone when I call, or return phone calls and email promptly, usually within a few hours. I highly recommend them.

This company does care for their properties. Doma Chase Condos to be exact. The management never answers their phone. The property looks trashed and abandoned. Gate doesn't work and landscaping looks poorly manicured. I don't understand...where is the money going? Are the funds needed to maintain the property being allocated property? Because the things that need to be done are not being taken care of. This company does not operate satisfactorily.
I have always had a great experience in dealing with Creative Management's Work Order Department and Connie. The property has done a 100% turnaround in the last few years. I wish the monthly fee would not go up-but I know that is life. Keep up the good work!

Judith is one of the best customer service reps of any organization that I have worked with.
Very poor at acting as the intermediary between the homeowners association and the residents at the properties they manage. Fond of arbitrarily enforcing policy with no discernible pattern. Threatened me with several hundred dollars worth of fines for not repainting a light fixture and then proceeded to repaint the entire complex two weeks later. Very low standards of customer service. Property management company was also completely unable to even explain the parking policy that they are enforcing when asked.
I am especially appreciative of their timely emails informing residents of current problems. I want to thank them for the repair/replacement of the drain line which had been flooding my unit and the unit above me.
Creative mgmt managed this particular downspout drain installation. Check the photo out. You decide for yourself what quality of work this is. I have asked Creative Management to fix this since July 2019.

After many calls and emails without help or communication I finally spoke to Jennifer Duran. She answered all of my questions and was extremely pleasant. She is definitely a credit to your organization. Your receptionist however is not. I found her to be very short, uninterested in helping and quite rude. If she was working with our organization and treated a patient like she did me she would be fired immediately.
Have been pleased with response back to me when I have had problems.
Great customer service. I received a call the same day of I requested the HOA statement of account so that I would receive the correct information, Jennifer verified that my request was for a refinance transaction and not for a purchase transaction.

Creative work request works like clockwork. Early in week reported sofa dumped at dumpster. Later in the week sofa removed.
I was very satisfied with the promptness I received on my work order request. I have spoken with Freddy and made an appt. for service.

A few things,
The sidewalks are unevenly paved and every time it rains, puddles are formed and leaves a big dry mid pike on sidewalks. Fix it.
Sidewalks and buildings need washing. Fix it!
The trees are way too much and needs to be trimmed or cut down because they are destroying people's patios, leaves and excess tree debris are falling all over the place.
The landscaping is horrible and only once a week. Leaving the place to look like a dump for a whole 7 days. Fix it, fix it, fix it. Unless this company will be reported TO the higher ups.
This neighborhood has gone from worse to worse. Do something about it

I have only dealt with Creative Management representatives a few times since they have taken over our HOA management. So far I find everyone friendly and helpful when I call.
I think Creative is doing a very good job. Especially in the person of Nichole, here at Trophy Club.

You call this management company??? I call it FRAUD!
Be prepared to act as if you are in 1970! They only accept money order or checks! In 2017, a world of crypto currency, they want me to go to an office, pay cash, get a paper, then come to their office to hand the paper. Poof!
Also the website states $125 for a HOA resale certificate (discounted from $300) but after I pay the $125 and receive the certificate (2 business days later) I find out, by reading the document, that my fee is actually $250, so I'm still due another $125.
Sharon has always provided top notch customer service and is a pleasure to work with.

I have been very happy with their work with our townhome association. They are attentive to details and responsive to questions.
Everyone in our office agrees that Creative Management is the easiest HOA management company to work with. Not only is the service and turnaround great, but it is very clear what is needed, and the separation between the HOA quote and resale cert / condo docs are very well explained, where with other HOA management companies it is not very clear. We also get personalized service with the benefit of big company technology.
I got the help I needed quickly and everything was fine.
I installed an new water heater for my unit. Unfortunately, the situation rapidly deteriorated because the plastic shut off valve to the water meter in my garage broke. The plumbers found a way to shut off the water but it was a temporary fix only. I called Judy and Lyn at Creative Management and they immediately jumped on it. They quickly assessed the situation, returned my phone cal,l and organized a shut off notice for the rest of the building so the valve could be repaired. They suggested an experienced great plumber as well. It worked out so well, honestly, I could not have asked for better support in a time of crisis from the property management team. I cannot thank them enough.
How do you diagnose a water/pipe leak issue from over the phone? If every and all issues are going to be my responsibility THEN WE DON T NEED TO PAY A HOA every month for maintenance. At the least, I requested to have the HOA send their service out to diagnose if it is an internal pipe issue, and the property rep Ray Garza was completely dismissive and proceeded to exert his 10 years of phone plumbing diagnosis before I could get out my complete issue. Such an unprofessional, and our community needs to select a better company. And HOAs need a regulating entity other than these incompetent managers who are being paid to not assist. ZERO STARS. NEGATIVE STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Really pleased with efforts to make the Briargate townhouses a place residents desire to live. I see improvement. Both on property and in management. I thank management for your efforts
Horrible! The most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Everyone there is extremely rude. If you have an issue with your property, good luck trying to get it resolved. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are terrible.

I'm quietly selling my units at a loss....just to leave Creatives Management. Luckily, I own all my units out...can you afford Creative.
I can and still leaving...think of that when you buy into an HOA...If you can't wait them out....leave.

Association fees are much to high considering the improvements and service I have seen to our complex. Very little to no regard for the tenants and home owners. When I have called in the past out property manager is always conveniently out of the office, I doubt he is at a property considering he has never been to our property to address any issues I know of. Our townhouse building suffered some foundation damage and we were told that an engineer was hired and the problem was fixed. I have been asking for the report showing that the foundation was fixed for over five years off and on and at one point was told that this was not the responsibility of the property managers to keep up with that information it was the boards responsibility, a board that changes members every six months to a year. Even when I asked for supervisors name I was given the response that they would just forward my issue to the property manager that I was having issues with. Unprofessional, unorganized, excuse making, unresponsive and completely unwilling to help a client in need.
I'm pleased with the upkeep of the property and I have always had a prompt response when contacting the office with any issue.
Terrible terrible services, each time you try to call them, they try not pick up the phone. Usually after leaving messages, they still do not call you back. They do not want to come to the site to see what is going on. They try not understand you. They do not want to do much or any at all. Lots of things left undone for our community. I do not know why our irresponsible HOA should pay them on the job for so many years? and become obstacles? My questions: Do you still want the job? Do it or leave it. Go home if you are not in the mood of providing services. Let those who are willing to work on the position. Very regretful of homeowner's HOA fees wasted for nothing. Who is responsible for this in our HOA? They are too creative. How can our HOA even choose this company? Unbelievable.
Well, services are back to bad...today is 4/1/2019, and I just got an email from a new rep I never dealt with before, Kelly Futral, who told me that she is done emailing with me because I insisted that she send the HOA plumber due to the fact that we had a pre-existing plumbing issue that is happening again which previously involved the HOA plumber. Kelly says the two owners should resolve this. But that means that Kelly is trying to keep the information of this pre-existing plumbing situation from the new owners when a more responsible HOA would have tried to figure out if this is the same problem, and had the party at fault reimburse the HOA if it's not a common pipe. That's what my other HOAs do, at least the HOA's that have good property management companies.
Today is 11/2/2018: Creative Management services have greatly improved since my complaint from 2016.
I got an email today (6/6/2016) from Monique Garza, the collection manager, explaining why she had the receptionist lie to me this morning. It was while I was paying the overdue HOA today for an owner who lives in Hong Kong. He had trouble making payments because he still hasn't gotten his U.S. bank set up. When I got to the office and asked for Monique, the receptionist told me she was on the phone. After I waited, the receptionist now told me Monique was at lunch. It was 11:19 am. I was instructed to pay the receptionist. While I don't mind paying the receptionist, and skipping a visit with Monique, I do mind being lied to by the receptionist so that Monique doesn't have to get up, leave her office, and meet with me. I told Monique I would be there today several weeks ago for the owner, and I emailed Monique in advance that I was on my way today. All Monique had to do was tell me drop the check off with the receptionist and not lie to me. It's disrespectful and it's instances like this that show how property management companies are becoming useless and should be obsolete. With the right property management software, any complex can become self-managing. For instance, my HOA is self-managing and I got my HVAC fixed within one hour today, so I couldn't help but compare the two. That never happens when there is a property management company involved. I hear about things weeks and months later for my Hong Kong owners. Property management companies make you wait in line for your repairs. Self-management not only reduces the time spent on repairs, we don't have to share the repairmen, or wait for quotes. Self-management also reduces HOA fees. We did have to change our by-laws to be self-managed, but we had an overwhelming majority that wanted to go to self-management. It works great, and today's experience with Monique proves this is yet another complex not getting the attention and assistance they are paying for.
I have been working with Adriana to get a refinance on a condo completed, and her service and politeness in helping get what was needed was top notch. She was very polite and friendly and really went out of her way to help me which in turn helps my customer in regards to the information requested. She was great and I hope I can try and assist someone else in the complex and get a chance to work with her again. I really did appreciate all of her help.
Generally, we have been pleased with your services. Recently, however, we were sent a notice about weeds in our landscaping. The notice arrived the day after the weeds had been removed. We wished that the inspector who reported the weeds would have been as observant of the trees and overgrown landscaping that existed (and still exists)
along the perimeter fence along 12th Street. We are concerned that they compromise the fence and in several instances the overhead Comcast lines.

Kelly did an outstanding job in helping us to get a new recycle bin. She was polite with me and never gave up in getting the guys to drop off a new green bin. She exhibited great customer service and professionalism in getting this done for us. It has been a long process... several months long to get a new one. Again, I'm very grateful for her assistance.

I think our particular issue here in Tanglewilde South II is one particular property manager, Ed Cheek. He seems to lack the time, motivation, and people skills, as well as written skills, to follow up on issues properly. If you have a problem, he doesn't let you know they are going to work on it, doesn't get all the information, and there is no followup unless YOU ask. Perhaps this management company is good, but we can't get past Ed.

I have lived at Briarpoint since 1998 and have been on the Board most of that time. Since Creative has become our property managers there has been great improvement in the physical look of the property as well as the financial look. We had Penny as property manager until she retired in December - she was the greatest!!! It will be really hard for anyone else to live up to her standards - but Connie (our new manager) is doing a great job too. I look forward to working with Creative for a long, long time.............
I am an original owner. I feel that they have been the best, overall, management company. Their responses have been quicker and better to the needs we have had.
Jennifer has always been outstanding! Her turnaround time when I send a request is SUPER FAST and she has always been professional and courteous!
I own a condo at one of their managed complexes. After several break ins to several tenants including myself, I called the manager. The manager never calls back. I've called over and over and over again and the manager refuses to return my message. What's the point of having this management company if their rep isn't going to be available for anything? I've owned other properties at places managed by this company and the manager was always in top of things. Not here. This manager is worthless and needs to be replaced or cmc needs to be replaced by a company that will have their managers do their job. Whomever answered the phones at the office is rude and wants to talk over me instead of hearing what I've got to say. I pay my dues for a reason not to be answered by rude employees or be ignored.
They are the best. Thanks to Sharon, Jeff, Kelly, and Judy for all their help . We could not manage out here without Sharon. She is the best, and a friend to all of us.
