This place was hard to find. I didn t have the best experience but maybe they were having a bad day. Went there to pick up a remote to open the gate to our housing complex. When I finally got it, it didn t work. Fortunately Lynn came to the rescue, delivered a new remote to our condo that worked and has been a great help ever since.

I have not had a good experience with this company. We had a condo in Houston and had the hardest time contacting them and getting a response to request for repairs. When we sold the condo, they charged me for not painting the front door the color of the fence when I had made a special trip from Louisiana to do just that within the time frame they specified. I've contacted them twice about giving me a refund and have not received it yet.
We have so many things to address. I think we are on track with the help we are getting.
I'm grateful for them taking such good care of our community.

2400 McCue Apartments is a nice and quiet complex, the common areas very nice but the management is horrible!!!! There are two managers who are not helpful and are very rude with the residents. I've encountered several residents living here complaining about the same. They abuse their authority and instead of helping and facilitating life for residents they impose a lot of rules that make your stay pretty disappointing and uncomfortable . We've tried to address our concerns to their supervisor (Jeff) but he seems to be worst!
Good Day, we have been tenants of Brae Acres for about 2 yrs now and this is our first time having to contacting the Homeowners Association. We recently experienced issues with trash pick-up. We received notice about our trash, but not knowing that the Association wasn't aware of the schedule that the private hauler was keeping. Immediately we contact the HOA regarding the letter we received from the HOA and informed them of the issue. The HOA immediately responded and our notice was cleared. I say to any tenants or owners if you are having issue please don't hesitate to let them know what is going on. If you don't inform they will never know. CMC keep up the good work.
Nichole R. is doing an excellent job managing Trophy Club Condominiums. She considers each issue seriously and takes appropriate and timely action. Nichole is both professional and kind. She listens patiently. Sometimes, in difficult situations; we just need to be heard. When I talk to Nichole, I always know that she hears me, understands, and will do whatever she can to resolve an issue. We are very fortunate to have Nichole managing our property.
I have lived here since 1978, and most of my experiences have been good. I have seen many management companies during that time. I have found Creative Management to be responsive and efficient when I understand how to contact the right area to get the best results. This has been extremely helpful to me this past year.

By far the worst experience I've had in the real estate industry. Having been in mortgage lending and real estate investment for 15 years, I've had the opportunity to interact with thousands of property managers, brokers, bankers, title companies, investors, etc. This is hands down the worst experience I've had. They took over management of a condo unit that I own in May of this year. They insist that mail is the only form of communication that they use, even though it is 2014. Rather than make several other attemps to reach me to change the auto-debit that I previously had setup with AMI, they sent me to their attorney to pursue foreclosure. They had the wrong address! A simple google search in the day and age and you can find me! Logic would tell you that if someone has not ever been late on a payment in 8 years and all of a suddent they miss a payment, that there is some sort of miscommunication. Not with Creative Managment! Instead, they decided to pursue foreclosure. Remember our judicial system being based on innocent until proven guilty? Not at Creative! For the record, payment has been made and it was never an issue of finances, just a major lack of communication. Fortunately in business, I've always assessed situations from a from both a profitability standpoint and a human standpoint. I mean, have a heart! Pursue foreclosure because of a lack of efficiency in your business? Shame on whoever it was with the Piney Point Place Board of Directors who chose to change managing agents from AMI to Creative Management! If you own a condo and have any say in your managing agent, avoid Creative Management. Go to the meetings, do whatever you need to avoid this from happening to someone less fortunate than I am. Anyone in the media or with the Better Business Bureau would have a field day with this company. Read the other reviews, there seems to be a trend.

We recently hired Creative Management Company to run our HOA for bookkeeping purposes. They are amazing and I am very impressed with this company! I mainly work with Jamie and he is very professional, responsive, and dependable. He has helped us greatly with an easy HOA transition and gives good suggestions and makes sure we are on top of things. I am so glad our community switched to Creative and I highly suggest them.
Worst of the worst people work here and run this place. They will rip you off by getting work done on your place without telling you or asking and then send you a bill. Most of the 5 if not all of the 4 & 5 star reviews are fake. They usually only have an avg of 1 or 1.5 stars. in all my years of living on a property they manage and keeping up with these reviews how all of a sudden do they have 4.4 stars and lots more people reviewing them in the last couple months. Unless you have a friend on the board you get screwed. Without going into details because of a lawsuit that s in the beginning stages i will have my day in court and get my money back.
Judith is an outstanding employee. She got right on my problem with gas line leak, referred Best Plumbing to me who fixed the problem and replaced the line immediately today, the day I called.

I think they need a forensic audit, the feds, the health department , and the IRS to pay them a visit.
We have corroded, rusted, expired plumbing, rusted carports, rotten wood, rats,and large cracks in the foundation. However- our HOA board and finance committee seem to have very beautiful, new, expensive, renovated Townhomes that they live in.
We had a building burned down, a brick wall collapse,and multiple,daily plumbing breaks.
I came home and and found my dishwasher drainage pipe unhooked and laying on the cabinet floor. My dog would not wake up, and appeared drugged. I filed a police report, So now we don't have as many plumbing issues in our neighborhood anymore. Imagine that.

The president's boyfriend found out I thought he was shady and that I dont believe that his "business" is a legitimate one. He has one rusted out tow truck that he doesn't seem to use....and zero employees ( thats according to public records) His signature is on financial vouchers ( instead of the managers.)
He seems to like attention. I think he put the spotlight on Georgetown HOA and Creative Management.

I don't trust Georgetown HOA, the finance committee, Creative Mangement, or Best plumbing. All of these reviews that are good are from "Google user".. the good reviews seem fake to me. 225 reviews?? Most of the good reviews from " Google user" ?? Google doesn't seem to audit their reviews.
Whoever happens to answer the phones is extremely ignorant and not customer service skilled. To rudely transfer someone to the wrong department is extremely unprofessional. She needs to be trained on how to deal with the public or she needs to work in a field not dealing with the public. I work for a Fortune 500 company if I gave the type of customer service she gave I d be living under a rock. Wish I could leave no stars.
I have gotten prompt attention to work orders I have sent. Thanks. Also, response to violations I sent were also addressed promptly. I appreciate the responses I have gotten.

Creative has never been good to or for the community I live in. Its been grossly neglected. We pay association fees every month. I attend the meetings but they never produce any results. I live in the Briargate Townhouse Community. It has potential, but right now the neglect is turning it into a dive.
I wish all the companies that we request statement of accounts of HOA information would be as prompt as this company.

People here give you the run around, won t return your calls. I just moved a week ago and now I have to deal with this. Not looking forward to dealing with them. I ve been calling all morning, nobody seems to know who the manager is for my property, nobody can answer my questions, I left 3 people voicemails and nobody calls back. Horrible

You can not send any thing by fax especially insurance renewal, send it three times they say didn't recived ,
What they do through away at the end of the day if you Luky it goes in the computer. If not they send you a letter they will charge you because don't have insurance update..

Almost none of the messages left get returned, I can't say I've ever spoken with the property manager its always her voice mail and you just have to keep calling until they get tired of your messages and call you back a few weeks later.

Rude, aggressive, unresponsive and uncaring about the homeowners in my opinion. Furthermore, it is my opinion that they do nothing to actually maintain or increase neighborhood value. It is companies like this that give HOAs a bad name.
I haven't been able to contact the person in charge of my subdivision. When I'm transfered to her extension she never answers. I left 3 voice mails, no call back from her yet...

Nicole Rowan is immensely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when it comes to simple requests about safety hazards. It is unbelievable that CMC still allows this nuisance to continue. So many residents who are unhappy and displeased... when will it end?

We would like to thank the maintenance department and the office management at Creative Property Management for the quick response to out request. Our walkway to go homes have been fixed, there is no more puddle of water during or after it rains.
Since day one my partner and me have been experiencing harassment by the two property managers Pam and Joy (2400 McCue Apartments) . The AC unit was not working and they denied access to the AC repair man we called to fix it, according to them after 4pm nobody is allowed to do repairs, so the AC repair man showed up on a saturday to fix it and they denied his access again because they don t allow repairs on the weekend. We understand there are rules everywhere, but there is also a human aspect involved here, there was summertime and the apartment was so hot and humid! We ended up one week without AC and had to book a hotel those days just because these 2 power-tripping managers don t want to be flexible with some rules . The worst happened when we were expecting some medicine for cancer treatment and when the package arrived the managers refused to release it because according to them the label was not right so they thought it was for a different resident. We were begging the security people to release it but they refused because they had orders from the managers. It is a shame because this area and the building are so nice but the managers clearly are so arrogant and have harassing us all the time.
Poor response to resolve issues, seem to mainly ignore and pass the buck. Wish there were more management companies to compare to.
I reported water leaving problem on Wednesday, October 12,
2011 and no one came to fix the problem since then. The service is VERY poor.
