How do you diagnose a water/pipe leak issue from over the phone? If every and all issues are going to be my responsibility THEN WE DON T NEED TO PAY A HOA every month for maintenance. At the least, I requested to have the HOA send their service out to diagnose if it is an internal pipe issue, and the property rep Ray Garza was completely dismissive and proceeded to exert his 10 years of phone plumbing diagnosis before I could get out my complete issue. Such an unprofessional, and our community needs to select a better company. And HOAs need a regulating entity other than these incompetent managers who are being paid to not assist. ZERO STARS.
