Brilliant estate agents, sent the agent round on the Monday night after I enquired on a property I was interested in buying through them, however this property had sold but they asked if we wanted a valuation on our property we were selling so we said yes. The agent they sent was very professional and seemed to know what he was talking about so we signed the papers. He was back on the Tuesday to photograph the house, which by the way made my house look gorgeous (I nearly did not sell it haha) By Wednesday our house was up on rightmove and springbok's site and Thursday we had 7 viewings one after the other. On Friday we received a good offer which we were willing to accept. And it was as simple as that as far a springbok were concerned.
Yes they are a bit more pricey than other agents, but you pay for what you get and that's good service and a very very quick sale (2 days in our case). We bought our new house through Tepilo (who are known for being cheap) and it showed in every way. Springbok were a breath of fresh air in comparison to these cowboys.
I even recommended a friend and received 150 pounds worth of love to shop vouchers. Thanks again Springbok for your fantastic service.
