We are sad to add our voice to those who found this company to be unresponsive. After applying-we heard NOTHING from the company for almost 3 weeks. No responses to multiple emails and phone calls. Although their products have merits you might want to consider, we suspect that it will be a long process before you might know if you are approved or not. In our case, we were not approved, but it took three weeks before we were notified of our status; time that could have been spent pursuing other options
