I am pleased with all aspects of the loan process and the personnel I dealt with. Spring EQ was truthful, efficient, and communicated promptly. I am however extremely surprised and disappointed that payments can NOT be made online! Hope they take action and provide this service to customers soon! Overall it was a smooth transaction and I am satisfied.
