Like other review said, they will hire a third party appraisal so they can say that s independent opinion; if the appraisal comes in too low? No problem, give them another 700 for a full appraisal. Without anything, here goes almost 1000 bucks.
When I told them we won t go with them and asked to delete our important documents from their site, here is the arrogant reply They are secure and encrypted will not go anywhere .
I learned my lesson in a hard way and I hope you don t fall in this trap as I did!
