Food awsome atmosphere great price not bad. The only thing I would say it needs is a manager who makes people work the 3 people working the counter seemed to be more interested in there own conversation and phones then getting orders out. I over looked this as the food was great.

I love this place. The atmosphere is cozy and rustic. Everything I want in a coffee shop. You walk in and the baristas are genuinely friendly. After all that they can throw down a mean cup of that brown stuff. You name it I've tried it and it's all been incredible.

Another thing I love: They have a local events board that is always filled and up to date. This is your quintessential neighborhood coffee shop. Love Love Love.

electrical sucks, dont feel safe pluging in my laptop

I cannot believe this is the HQ. The taste of food is good. Cafeinated beverages are over priced. Things are very slow when crowded. I wish the service staff was trained better. My friend ordered a Special Tea but then ordered the tea of a custom menu by the register. The cashiers did not let her know that there was an upcharge for this. I paid for her, but when I brought up the issue that I was not notified of the up charges. It did not seem to the cashier or the manager that there was no ADDITIONAL PRICE listed anywhere. Yes it was just a few cents but it's the principle that troubles me. They did not do anything to fix it, not even a sincere apology. I then walked in with my backpack and laptop and set up the laptop in a table near the cashier. I ordered my drink. I the asked the barista what's the WiFi password. They said the WiFi is not working (not the first time this has happened ). Couldn't they have told me before I set up everything and ordered my drink? This was just 2 of many negative experiences I've had at HQ.

Nice place for great coffee and basic food...sandwiches, fries, etc.

Really like the house blend coffee and because I have a "spot" vacuum mug I get the 16oz less than $2 !!!

Think of this as the opposite of starbucks but not in a bad way just more relaxed and lenient. Very cozy and quaint. Try the cinco shake and thank me later.

My favorite place to study/hangout on the weekend. It's never that busy like the Elmwood location

Nice place, very good coffee, but I feel like it's gone down hill the last couple of years. Doesn't feel like it's a local place anymore. It has become commercially uncomfortable, too many hard wood furniture pieces. Starbuck across the street feels more like a small local coffee shop than this does. I used to love to bring people here from out of town, or meet up with friends to enjoy lunch or a coffee, and sit in comfortable chairs.

This is a street corner Spot that gives a good view of traffic and people coming and going. I meet friends here and it has a nice living room-like atmosphere with the cozy couches and a beautiful lamp. The two-seater tables gives plenty of opportunities to have a quiet coffee of lunch.

I love Spot coffee. Great place for meeting friends and business appointments. The pistachio muffin was fabulous!

Right across the street from Starbucks, and a lot better atmosphere.

Good food, a little pricy for the offerings. Primarily seems to tailor towards the gluten free/organic crowds.

Cinco Shake was terrific. I usually go to Starbucks but this was ON POINT!!

I've always loved this place, I've been a customer for almost 20 years. They have a roastery on site and glass doors to it from the inside so you can watch what they do in there. It's very neat. It used to be more homey with couches everywhere but they have changed that to more tables but it's still very comfortable and the coffee is amazing. I don't tend to get food there, my son does and he loves it.

fast service pleasant environment. parking can be a little challenging.

Great location for when I come into town on business. Their roast is excellent and the menu is ideal for lunch. The setting is spacious, comfortable and eclectic. Will be back!

Spotless franchisor like it always is the people that work there are very courteous extremely courteous it's always clean in there and I hope that everything continues to stay the way it is

On Thanksgiving day when they get a ton of foot traffic and they didnt have a working toaster which eliminated a lot of the menu items and it was very disappointing. I recommend Tim Hortons!

I liked the atmosphere of the place. Plenty of seating. Friendly staff. The coffee itself was OK. But I had Mocha too which was much better. Also try their cookies, they're quite good.

Spot coffee is great. Nice atmosphere good coffee. Pretty clean considering a festival had just ended outside.

Great place, with good atmosphere. Staff is polite, but sometimes they don't get your order right.

Very delicious sandwiches and panini's. It can get a little loud so I would recommend keeping it under 5 people.

Great coffee shop, right across from a Starbucks, but doing great business. We had spinach-feta omelots that we're improbably delicious, and the coffee was excellent as well. A great place for a cozy breakfast for two for $20.

For those who sail tall ships and need some space, this is the place to be. The baked goods are great, and there's a good tea selection (no dark roast coffee today, or I'd be able to comment), and overall the atmosphere is comfortable - it's roomy enough for anonymity, but you can also find space for the crew to sit together. Close enough to Canalside to walk, but far enough that you can't see the masts. Definitely recommend.

This place is amazing and the clerks are incredibly helpful and right on the spot with my order. Is very accessible for people with disabilities and they are willing to help bring your orders the table when you're not capable of carry it yourself. It's a fun by vibrant place!

Comfortable place good atmosphere and great coffee. Unfortunately they used to have an infestation of homeless that were there at all hours. But it seems like they've corrected that problem which is good because I do like the place because it has the feel of the old school family owned coffee shops. I especially like that you can get your coffee in a ceramic cup instead of paper like most places. Another bonus is the location, which is perfect after a long night at the clubs.

I do miss Spot coffee .. this location is a must when in town .

I was traveling with a friend from Canada in Niagara, after sending her away I had nothing to do it but hanging around the streets in Buffalo. I have to say it was a little depressing here, I didn't feel comfortable and decided to leave. Before leaving, I came to this coffee house, and had their homemade coffee, it was good. The atmosphere is great, warm, comfortable, the lady on the counter was really sweet and have a great smile. Spot Coffee saved my day and my impression on Buffalo. I just want to say thank you.

This hot caramel drink took the chill off during a cold day of running around downtown Buffalo. When adulting is unpleasant, stop by spot for a good drink.

This is a really great coffee shop right in Downtown Buffalo.

Their food is good and so are their hot drinks. Mike's sandwhich is my favorite food item. The wooden chairs are uncomfortable tho.

It's always great at spot coffee. A bit on the high end but always on point. Their protein shakes r great for the summer. I love it

Loved the coffee drinks, great atmosphere, and Nice staff. Everything was nice! I was there on vacation and they where welcoming to new people.

Went here later tonight and had an amazing barista. Gave good advice for drink orders. Also such a nice chill place to habgout to. We played a game of monopoly deal before heading to our next stop.
