This is absolutely the dream place where you wanna study.

Very beautiful and well maintained campus with good infrastructure. Very good faculty. Nice computer lab in learning centre.

India's oldest B school established in 1949 stands tall with time. Excellent curriculum, excellent faculties and learned professor. Excellent infrastructure added with lots of placement across world.

It is one of the finest B Schools of the country. If anyone unabled to secure admission in IIM (ABC) then go for XLRI.

Apart from students from IITs,NITs,BITs a decent amount of MBBS students too take up this course here. It is indias oldest Bschool and also known to be "Asia's best HR school". XLRI alumni in CXO positions is larger in number than that of IIM Ahmedabad( As reported by Linked in survey ).Apart from BM and HRM program where admission takes place through XAT , it also has a reputed global mba program which has a Gmat cutoff score of 735 (out of 800) .

XLRI is one of the best management schools after some IIMs. Good educational atmosphere, highly professional faculty and staff, awesome infrastructureand facilities, and best of the best placements make it a highly sought after B schools in India.
Situated just near the jubilee park and the zoological park, it can boast of being situated in one of the posh regions of jamshedpur city.

Been here to this good campus as a Judge two three times for their BPlan comp, was looking for great support, must say, amazing student and great ecosystem around. Nice greeat play ground and super cool football ground.
The gusthouse is good and so as the food quality. But somehow I feel, it needs more vibration for the startup community here, it needs proper Industry connect for the in campus startups.

Compared to other B-Schools it might be better however compared to the Internet and MOOCs - Massively Open Online Courses , it's nothing...Times have already changed and in 2016 it is the Internet which is the best academic institute. Be it XLRI or IIM , they cannot compete with the Internet. You need the degree from these institutes only for 'job' purposes. ..however as a source of knowledge and information, the INTERNET has already democratized education. People's mindset need to change.
