First of all, this place is terrible and the place is full of scam artists. Everything about what they do is shady and this "3.9" rating that this place somehow has, is horse s***. Ide be willing to bet that at least half of these positive ratings they have are posted from management covering for their terrible customer service. However that is only scratching the surface of what a terrible place this is. I was employed there for a short time as a "tester" as they called it. And it was one of the worst and most unsafe work environments I've ever experienced. Any state or federal investigation that looks into this place would have a field day. My Co workers were consistently high on everything, and mountains of garbage surround my work space daily. Don't believe anything good you hear about this place.

You get items exactly how they are described! Trust them completely, they have never let me down. Don't miss out because of doubt :)

Read the descriptions and you'll know what you are getting. What they sell are returns and claims department type items plus display and some used items. "Handyman" items have known defects. They test what they can. I've dealt with them for years and usually find the items better than described.
I'd recommend picking up your items in person, you never know what they'll have available in their store section.

Seller (C. Romanowski) does dishonest business. Sells heavily used items (BL740 in my case) as "new (opened box)" on ebay, refuses to do refund afterwards & responds reluctantly. Lies about not receiving the item back. To any future purchasers! DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER, VERY DISHONEST. AND IF YOU DO, MAKE SURE TO RECORD EVERYTHING BECAUSE HE'LL BE LYING ABOUT EVERYTHING JUST TO DIME YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY / GET OUT FROM PAYING YOU REFUND. I opened up an ebay case, and right away it was resolved in my favor by ebay. Can't stress enough how dishonest this seller is. His unfavorable reviews all over the internet are legit. Check out his condescending/bogus responses to sellers whom he refused to issue a refund. Urls aren't allowed in reviews, so just search for usr/empire_liquidators on ebay.

I bought a jewelery box from them..and didn't realize that it was pick up only...i tried to call several times and got the run around of to call back and someone would call me back..no one ever called me back and everytime I called no one knew what I as talking about..but they knew they got my money. Thanks for scamming the single parent and keeping there hard earned money..don't waste your time with these people you won't get your product and keep your money..

Do not deal with these rip off artists. Empire Liquidators is not interested in fair business practices. They are scammers and bad news all around. I purchased an item that was not as described via the web from them, eventually PayPal refunded me, but not until after Empire Liquidators liquidated my faith in humanity.

they are a terrible Distributor and a terrible work place they dumpster dive then sell whatever they find they are the worst employers to work for as well the place is very dirty they have cats everywhere that piss on some of the products they sell

These people are scam artist. They lie about their product. Ordered off eBay I as suppose to have gotten free shipping. Didn t get it so I asked for my money back. Was given the run around for the last two months and still haven t received my money.

I have been dealing with Empire Liquidators since their location was on Fuhrman Blvd. This is a great place to find good deals on many different types of items. Reading the other reviews it seems that a lot of people are upset about the quality of their purchase. Empire is not a store front selling brand new items. They are a liquidation company as stated in their name. The sell, returned, open box, damaged box etc items from big box stores like Home Depot, Walmart, Kmart (based on products and price tags still attached). If you're looking for things from appliances to home furnishings to clothing just name a few categories this is a great place to look if you don't mind a crushed or open box or sometimes a gently used item. They are very transparent in their descriptions of items online and never try to pull the wool over your eyes in my opinion.

Horrible place ... you think you will find a lot but you will only find a lot of garbage ... the descriptions of the items on eBay that they sell are not clear ... and since they do not offer shipping you must necessarily go to the damn place ... seriously. .Pure trash ... they put down photos of the internet to sell the products ... but they deceive you. Bad experience ... the place itself is disgusting and disorganized. This was my personal experience ... it doesn't have to be everyone's.

I have been shopping here for years. I get better product and service then other stores that charge much more. They have great customer service and the do a great job describing product. They are friendly and knowledgeable regarding products. Great Place never know what's going to show up next!

Great place for ebay purchases as long as you read details on what you are buying. Straight forward and honest, just have to do your reading and research.

Item was supposed to be new came used pieces missing and no packing stuff to protect item box open terrible.

I purchased a television from these people not realizing it was "pick up only". I live in Los Angeles, CA and had no way to pick up the item. I ordered through my PayPal account and neither PayPal or myself were able to receive a refund so now they still have the television and my $133.00. This has been since March of 2020. I even went as far as calling a Senior Abuse center and Brian never returns calls. These people are ruthless and I would never recommend them to anyone. What a ripoff!!!

They try and pass off junk merchandise to unsuspecting eBay consumers, then refuse to take any responsibility for doing so. Stay away...far away.

They are rip off artists!!! Do not buy from Empire Liquidators!! They took my money and didn't give me anything!! So far I've spent dozens of hours attempting to get a them to even deal with me over the phone no avail. "Brian" is the current manager in Nov 2017.

I bought a kayak online thru eBay , item was as described the guy at the counter was friendly . All in all great experience I will def be doing business here again!!!

This place has great deals. It will make you buy things you don't need!!
