I cannot believe this is the HQ. The taste of food is good. Cafeinated beverages are over priced. Things are very slow when crowded. I wish the service staff was trained better. My friend ordered a Special Tea but then ordered the tea of a custom menu by the register. The cashiers did not let her know that there was an upcharge for this. I paid for her, but when I brought up the issue that I was not notified of the up charges. It did not seem to the cashier or the manager that there was no ADDITIONAL PRICE listed anywhere. Yes it was just a few cents but it's the principle that troubles me. They did not do anything to fix it, not even a sincere apology. I then walked in with my backpack and laptop and set up the laptop in a table near the cashier. I ordered my drink. I the asked the barista what's the WiFi password. They said the WiFi is not working (not the first time this has happened ). Couldn't they have told me before I set up everything and ordered my drink? This was just 2 of many negative experiences I've had at HQ.
