Super accommodation for us bikers racing cyclists, nice people nice staff great food. Is worth a visit highly recommended

Excellent welcome and great and young staff. Location near the town center and 15 minutes from the lake.

Highly recommended. We spent a wonderful weekend here. The hotel is spotless in all its areas, from the rooms to the outdoor spaces to the spa to the restaurant. The service was courteous, hospitable and available to all our requests. The breakfast buffet stocked with refined and high quality products. A heartfelt thanks to Afra and Anna who collaborated in surprise for our friend.

This was our second time at this hotel and we were hoping that the things that we noticed on the first visit would have changed. The hotel itself is very nice and a lot is new. Provided you have a room in the new building. Important!!!! The breakfast is really underground. The coffee machine cheerfully mixes coffee with cocoa and other things. An insult to Italy's coffee culture. Fortunately, there is a filter coffee machine right next to it. Don't you dare and take a large cup for your coffee. These are tea cups !! In South Tyrol, where the apple was virtually invented, a morning fruit salad consists of canned pineapples and peaches. All things at the buffet are sometimes gone and maybe only there today. You can drive nails into the wall with the light rolls. Whole grain rolls were there for a short time and were also good, but not available for the next few days. The scrambled eggs are so golden yellow that it is very likely that they are powdered eggs.
The wellness area is really nice and I enjoyed using it.
The chambermaid cleans the room depending on the day. Sometimes towels are missing, sometimes cups.
However, since the hotel is very, very well visited, I don't think anything will change anytime soon.

Excellent structure for a pleasant holiday in Levico (very close to the center). Cleanliness and courtesy on the agenda. Excellent breakfast with local delicacies for any palate. I will definitely return for the next bike tour ...

I stayed two nights, Room in annex. The hotel is beautiful, breakfast for all tastes with fresh products and freshly prepared, central location. The dependance room had an ancient hair dryer that was very little and the shutter was permanently stuck and I had to pull it up on the chair, I would say that it is not serious but it is not in line with the hotel ... other neo all foreigners in the spa turned naked and we Italians do not like very much ....

Nice hotel all new or renovated I don't know. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine, rich and healthy breakfast. Bread with wholemeal flour, extractor for fresh juices.

Me and my wife spent three unforgettable days in a comfortable, clean and well organized. We were pampered from the first moment. young and helpful. The modern spa and equipped with everything you may have to relax. The 3/4 board offers a hearty breakfast, a rich and varied snack and a dinner buffet with so much choice and courses served at the table very well attended. Location lovely returning in motion view that the structure is well equipped with garage and the possibility of seeing their bikes on the room TV thanks to a dedicated camera. They also have a dedicated area with a small workshop for small repairs and a bike wash area. We came with 2 other couples and they too were very enthusiastic. Highly recommended

Very nice clean welcoming environment I would have preferred a more comfortable room but I'm not complaining there is no lack of food services that I know an ice cream a sandwich I who ordered various aperitifs did not give another flaw I would say otherwise excellent even the well-kept dinner the chef was really good boy. I would definitely recommend it for so many reasons

I was a customer of this facility for 2 years and it was a wonderful discovery in everything especially its splendid sauna is absolutely perfect ... now it is in total decay: poorly maintained pool area with rusted speakers and untreated wooden beams, water dirty and very very low compared to the pool itself especially never changed the water in 4 days, smelly and dirty sauna area, rooms clean x half and bad, food absolutely below the average normal and taken very slow, inadequate and unprofessional staff ... they didn't give any customer the basic information on arrival ..the phrase "... sorry I'm new ..." NEVER SAYS IT ... They didn't know how to make a normal transaction with payment POS ...
You have been a wonderful discovery but now never to see each other again.

Super nice people, breakfast good. Dinner VERY GOOD !!!! Room, pool, and the whole area very clean and comfortable. Bike garage with tools, air pump and many sockets for charging the e-bike's.

Hotel recently renovated, equipped with spa and bike rental service, suitable for those who want to enjoy a dynamic holiday with the comfort and services of a good hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a superior room with a private sauna: fantastic!

The hotel is beautiful, very suitable for old and young. The staff is very friendly and can speak any language, from Italian to German. The wellness area is very inviting to relax and you can really relax. The hotel is great and the lake is also worth a visit.

We had booked an offer for a weekend in the neighboring building. And when we checked in, they gave us an upgrade - a double room in the main building.
The room was tastefully, modern, natural and functionally furnished with a lot of wood. View of the wonderful mountains. The beds were great. Wi-Fi / WLAN worked great and was free.

The sauna facility: everything new, and included. There was always plenty of mineral water.
The breakfast buffet was really terrific, we didn't miss anything, so princely. Dinner 6 courses and then a buffet!
So for a relaxing weekend as well as for a sporty (hiking, racing bike or MTB) this place is really recommendable! Close to the town center too. Simply great!

The hotel offers a lot of information to get around and find out everything you need to know in the area. Especially if you are a biker.
The hotel offers saunas, whirlpools, massages, bike rental, GPS, helmet camera, bike washing area, free maps, and if you turn on the TV ... you will see the cameras pointing to the garage where you left your bikes and motorcycles :-)

The rooms are large and comfortable. And the hotel is very nice with large rooms for breakfast and lunches / dinners with an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. The breakfasts are plentiful and with everything you want. The dishes were not only well presented but also very good and with delicate tastes. Nice and friendly staff.

we stayed as a group of 9 cyclists and were blown away.. great value and close to some classic rides. the garage was secure and you could leave your bikes overnight
plus give them a light service

We had room 405 that head great corner views to the dolomites. It had a good top area with stunning views.

Goods for mountain biking here. Everything is taken care of. Bicycles can be locked in the basement, the hotel provides all the tools needed for large and small repairs, there is a drying room to wash and hang the wet clothes after biking. Class sauna area to relax. In addition, great staff helpful and friendly. We were warmly welcomed by Valentina and cared for, thank you again for the great stay :). Achso almost forget that breakfast is also great !!

We were guests of the Hotel Cristallo for the bridge of S. Pietro and Paolo. Very warm and cared for environment, the staff is always attentive and friendly even in suggesting interesting visits around Levico. Delicious and very varied breakfast, to try the really delicious homemade desserts !! Highly recommended even if you are a bicycle or motorcycle enthusiast, in fact the hotel offers services dedicated to these two categories of guests. The restaurant offers a typical Trentino menu of first choice, we will definitely return.

Everything fits . Underground parking for approx. 60 motorcycles. Great food. Optimal base hotel for motorcycling.

The saunas are very nice and the breakfast buffet is rich. The rooms are tastefully decorated and are very comfortable. The raised position with respect to the center of the village of Levico makes it perhaps a little uncomfortable for those who want to spend a lot of time at the lake. From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view. To avoid the dinner, low in courses and excessively expensive.

If located in the main building, the hotel is excellent, if you are located in one of the annexes (200 m of which 100 m flat and 100 m uphill) you have the flaw of having to move to the main structure, to take advantage of all the services available (really wide choice) including meals or breakfast if chosen in the package. However overall a good structure.

Very well equipped for mountain bikers and motorcyclists. High quality breakfast buffet with many organic high quality local products. Great location. Family leadership.

The starting point is ideal for extensive pass tours, the staff was friendly and courteous, the facilities in the hotel leaves nothing to be desired, here we like it ..., even the motorcycle has a secure parking space in the garage, - what more could you want.

Room simply but perfectly adequate with great view from the balcony, location ideal for a day or mountain bike tour, food very delicious and very nice staff, most speak at least a little German

A nice hotel in a picturesque place. The rooms are well furnished, the food is delicious (sometimes the breakfast buffet was slow to replenish, especially with the cereal) and the staff is friendly and helpful. First choice for everyone who wants to take an active holiday.

sopno was a guest in this hotel for 3 nights and I must say that I found everything perfect, from the welcome on arrival, to the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the beautiful lake view, the spa and everything else. I highly recommend it to everyone and then the huge breakfast and the fantastic chef. I will definitely go back there.

Great, very lovingly designed hotel. Wood and, above all, stone pine is the predominant theme here and the great smell pervades the whole house.
Staff is super friendly and hard-working. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the evening menu is also delicious and not off the shelf. Wow!! Outside there is a pool, whirlpool and plenty of loungers. Wellness area with two saunas is beautifully designed and invites you to relax. Designed for active vacationers, you won't miss anything here in the hotel. Underground parking for mopeds and bikes, screwdriver and cleaning corner, bike rental, tour suggestions, everything is there.
Prices for food, accommodation and drinks are okay for what you get.
Points are deducted for having been assigned a room that was under our reservation, and on request there was immediately another beautiful room.
Unfortunately, it has to be said that neither the coffee from the machine nor the filter coffee was good. And that in Italy. :-)
That spoiled the enjoyment of the bombastic breakfast a bit.
Nevertheless, customer service is very important here, I whine here on a damn high level. We would love to come back.

A week of relaxation. Given the nefarious period of this year we chose for a place in the mountains and, the most pleasant part turned out to be the courtesy of those who work in the structure, from the boys in charge of meals to the people in charge of renovating the rooms, from the reception to all the rest.

Returned yesterday from three wonderful days in this hotel. We had a great great about the excellent rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner cleaning. They are very kind and nice. Very good breakfast. Room absolutely ok. Only during our one-week stay the sink was not cleaned and in the shower were hair from other users ... that is an absolute minus point. Very highly recommended! Price performance fits !! (We are motorcyclists). At the check-out we were not asked to what extent we liked the stay. Hence this information about this portal.

hotel to recommend. courtesy, cleanliness, availability. many services included in the price, I really enjoyed the card with free admission to museums, castles and exhibitions. the terrace offers a beautiful landscape. the location is a great destination for motorcyclists.

The recently renovated rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished.
A wide range of local and organic products is available for breakfast.
The restaurant offers a menu with many typical dishes and high quality local wines. The welcome and friendliness of all the staff are excellent reasons to return.

Structure with great potential for its location, in the center of Levico and a few kilometers from the lake of the same name, and for the architectural features and the large spaces decorated and furnished with pine wood finishes that give and release a unique scent.

The recently refurbished wellness area offers three different types of sauna, emotional showers and Kneipp path, very nice also the jacuzzi and the swimming pool, located near the bar and framed by magnificent vine plants, a pity that they are a bit distant, although connected passage inside the structure, compared to the Wellness area with saunas.
Impeccable breakfast, which can satisfy both sweet and savory palates, as well as offering a wide variety of fine herbal teas and teas and local products such as hazelnuts, honeys, apple juice and much more. Dinner served in a rigorous manner by a staff attentive to the customer, tasty dishes although not particularly complex and presented in a simple way.
Staying in this hotel you can see the meticulous work of all the staff and owners, attentive to the customer, the environment and enhancing the Val Sugana territory.

A half point deduction because a bit too much guests with small children are on site and these often just scream - which a little disturbs the otherwise very quiet atmosphere.

Modern with a lot of natural wood furnished hotel, where you immediately feel comfortable. Very nice helpful staff. The garden with pool is small but nice. For bikers and hikers there are guided tours, for the bikes garage and laundry. Very good breakfast. The food in the hotel is mostly prepared with organic products from the surrounding area. We were at Easter for two with our MTB here and are thrilled.

Room, food and service are very good already the sixth time here

A place to feel good. Charming and very attentive service - from the reception to the restaurant staff to the cleaning team.
The food tastes very good, the menu selection is sufficient and the drink prices are reasonable, the selection is very rich. The rooms are clad in stone pine and are very well equipped. TV, fridge and kettle are available. Open shelf cabinet.
Large terrace and lawn with lots of loungers. Well-equipped underground bike garage, with or without a motor. Only transport trailers are usually parked a bit away. Very well-kept indoor and outdoor area. Pool could be a little deeper; but the size was sufficient for the number of rooms.
The location a little above the town center is quiet.

Our vacation at the Hotel Cristallo was again fantastic!

We mainly use the wonderful area of the Valsugana. for trail running, mountain biking, racing bikes and hiking, as well as simply to unwind.
The Cristallo offers us all possibilities for this.
The varied breakfast buffet with fresh regional products, homemade jams and freshly baked bread gives us a good start to the day. A small afternoon snack (sweet and hearty) allows us to bridge the time for dinner after a day of sports.

The wellness area with saunas is very lovingly laid out. In addition, the outdoor and whirlpool invites you to relax.
The dinner convinces with a varied multi-course menu.

The rooms with stone pine and granite radiate an unbelievable cosiness after the renovation. In addition, the cleanliness of the rooms as well as in the entire hotel is definitely to be mentioned.

The staff is very friendly and tried very hard.

We look forward to our next vacation in the Hotel Cristallo and the beautiful Valsugana.

I stayed x work one night. The hotel is very clean and tidy, with very Nordic furnishings, but nice and tasteful. Large bathroom and shower. I have used the spa in the basement very well taken care of and relaxing and also the swimming pool area, a whirlpool and an outdoor area. Breakfast is alternated with many desserts made by them and also with the salted portion cooked on the spot by them. I put a few stars because the wifi is really bad and many times the connection goes away. Many will be interested in this as I am here to relax, but for those traveling on business it is a flaw.

After our room of the size did not correspond to the booked and we complained, we were offered a room exchange. We rejected this from the effort. When paying we were then unsolicited a refund in the amount of the difference to the smaller room - great service!

We were with the motorcycle in August 2016 in the Cristallo in the neighboring house Aaritz including half board. At that time we were enthusiastic about the rich and excellent buffet in the evening. For this reason we went back there this August.
To our disappointment there was no longer the delicious buffet with seafood etc. There is only a small selection of vegetables and salads left.
The dinner in the evening includes 5 courses, but sometimes you have to wait a long time for the next course. Dinner is from 7pm to 8pm. Unfortunately, a short period of time when you consider that you often go on excursions and you can't always plan everything exactly when you come home.
The breakfast buffet is still very good.
However, the parking situation in Aaritz has become miserable. About 24 rooms but only 10 parking spaces .....
WLAN works every now and then, you have to log in several times until it works.
The equipment could also be improved: TV has neither USB nor Smart function, there is no fridge / minibar in the room. On the positive side, the staff are very friendly.
