Dr Rocha is knowledgeable and very good at his job. After my first visit I already experienced some relief from my back pain.

The reception staff are pleasant.

There is plenty of parking within walking distance near the office.

I was in a life threatening accident on the 401. Long story short I had to do about a year and a half of physiotherapy and without them I dont think I would have recovered the way I have. This was a first for me and the are very welcoming. They same hi by your name offer hot towels for any pain area well you wait. You dont have to wait long appointment are when they say not like the doctors office. They also know how to deal with insurance companies. They could get me what I need with out me having to ask like a tens machine, bands for at home, gym pass and so much more. If I missed a appointment they call and rebook me no problem. After a few times being there it felt normal and I was very relaxed. The staff is great and Alvino can open up my back and shoulder everytime. They encourage you to move forward and got me into a gym. I would just like to say thank you from my family to yours. Highly Recommended!!

Highly recommended! Very professional, knowledgeable, clean and friendly. From the time you walk in you're treatment can start with a nice hot towel (if needed or recommended by the therapist). I was assessed, explained to what the issue was then some manual stretching was done. After that a cream was massaged in for appx 15 mins. My shoulder was taped back and I was given an exercise to perform at home, do's and don'ts explained.

I was in a bad way & in unbearable pain. After being referred here, the misdiagnosis I received from another Physiotherapist was identified & my treatment & prescribed exercises have helped immensely. This Physiotherapist is thoroughly professional.
