This was our second time at this hotel and we were hoping that the things that we noticed on the first visit would have changed. The hotel itself is very nice and a lot is new. Provided you have a room in the new building. Important!!!! The breakfast is really underground. The coffee machine cheerfully mixes coffee with cocoa and other things. An insult to Italy's coffee culture. Fortunately, there is a filter coffee machine right next to it. Don't you dare and take a large cup for your coffee. These are tea cups !! In South Tyrol, where the apple was virtually invented, a morning fruit salad consists of canned pineapples and peaches. All things at the buffet are sometimes gone and maybe only there today. You can drive nails into the wall with the light rolls. Whole grain rolls were there for a short time and were also good, but not available for the next few days. The scrambled eggs are so golden yellow that it is very likely that they are powdered eggs.
The wellness area is really nice and I enjoyed using it.
The chambermaid cleans the room depending on the day. Sometimes towels are missing, sometimes cups.
However, since the hotel is very, very well visited, I don't think anything will change anytime soon.
