Wonderful hotel. New rooms, very friendly, first class food

Top hotel with a catering of the highest standard.
We were there on a motorcycle holiday and were absolutely convinced.
For motorcycles is a huge garage with stage, lift stand, compressor and all tools available.

If it brings us back to this area, definitely Cristallo.

Good motorcycle hotel.
Unfortunately, a few unnecessary organizational details have reduced the enjoyment.

The Cristallo is a modern hotel with friendly staff.
I particularly liked the generous underground parking to accommodate motorcycles.
Also very successful is the sauna area, small but lovingly decorated and hardly visited in the evening, it is accordingly quiet there.
If you visit this hotel, you should not miss to go to the roof platform. From there you have an incredible panoramic view.

3-star hotel but of much higher quality. Courtesy, cleanliness and TOP services. Easy to reach with ample parking for cars and covered parking for bikers.
A few minutes from the historic center and just over one kilometer from the lake, is in an excellent position to achieve what you want on foot.
Prices adapted to the type of accommodation. Possibility to have dinner in the restaurant hall inside.
Beautiful pool and solarium on the outside.

Me and my friend have stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We were very happy with our room, it was perfectly clean and the beds were really comfy. Pool and wellness area were nice, although we did mot really use them.
Breakfast was served as a buffet. Although the buffet was very good and included a wide range of food, we would have wished for a bit more fresh fruits (there was only watermelon and some sweetened peaches soaked in sugar).
Unfortunately, the staff at the reception desk was not very friendly and welcoming. At the beginning of our stay we have asked for information about things to do in the area, especially hiking tours. The receptionist was not very helpful and told us she did not know anything and just handed us over a hiking map. Furthermore, we had a bit of an issue as there was no electric water boiler in our room and apparently it takes 3 people and 2 days to get one.
When we checked out and made our final payment, we did not even receive a Thank you for your stay or hope everything was fine . The receptionist did not even say goodbye.

We did not understand such a behavior at all and sure the facilities are nice but we cannot recommend this hotel.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. There is nothing in the least to complain about here.
The location of the hotel was good.
The ambience of the entrance area as well as the entire ground floor was very nice. Lots of wood and it smelled very good.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the rooms. We got unrenovated, old rooms "- as an alleged" upgrade ". But they were very reluctant to stay in them. Unfortunately, that had nothing to do with the expected rooms (on the homepage).

Not bad the hotel, in my opinion some things to improve.
Jacuzzi with jets that are too concentrated and cause pain rather than well-being. The information inside the room flipped to one side is a sign of lack of professionalism.

Great hotel with good food, I have been there several times with the motorcycle.
The area is great for motorcyclists, however, South Tyrol is boring. :-)

Unfortunately, the good food has to be taken back.
This year (2014) the food was not very good

Facility with a lot of potential, but not all the staff are up to par!
Recently renovated, but some rooms (like ours) have toilets that really need to be changed.
We would also like to take a few more precautions for the gluten-free breakfast as we have guaranteed that we can manage people with this food problem.
For dinner, however, everything was good and they were more organized in managing our needs.
A little more attention to the customer never hurts!

Super Biker Hotel in Levico Terme. The hotel was mostly visited by Germans. Some Austrians and English were in the hotel. The majority of the guests are bikers, the rest cyclists and hikers. In hotel is very much equipped with pine wood, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are modern and clean. The cleanliness runs through the entire hotel. The staff at the front desk is very nice and always helpful. The staff in the dining room was nice too. However, I had the impression a bit disorganized. The food was consistently good. Only salad / vegetable buffet could have been more variety. The prices for drinks are o k. For bikers there is an underground car park, screwdriver corner, washing area and a drying room. I can only recommend the hotel.

This is our second time here and we are very satisfied with the room and facilities. The staff is very helpful
and friendly. Unfortunately, the noise of the juice machine and coffee machine creates a large canteen flair
like at a motorway service station. Internet connection consuming.

Very kind staff, excellent cuisine with a vast and choice menu for vegans, nice rooms with all the comforts, functional pool and wellness center. I will return willingly.

Since we knew how hot it gets there in the summer, and we were there three years ago, we booked a room with air conditioning. The first night came and it was unbearably warm. The front desk in the morning and informed that the air conditioning is not running. Feedback: everything is running. Next night, warm again. Window open to the street, loud and bright. In the morning, back to the front desk. We were told: The air conditioning is turned off at 24 o'clock and again at 9 o'clock. So the air conditioning is only running when we are not in the room !!!!! What is the meaning of that? Why do I pay for a room with air conditioning? Statement was: it is too expensive to run the air conditioning around the clock.

Clean hotel, nice new room, good food. Outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool and wellness center available to customers. Too bad that the bar opens at 4 pm and does not offer any snacks along with the drinks and that counter-current swimming is not available.
Overall though fine, I recommend it.

Very nice, modern environment .. Luminous dining rooms all wood .. Clean and well maintained rooms .. Spacious outdoor area, small outdoor pool, lookout area to see the village and the lake. We found ourselves well, being in motion we have appreciated the garage with adjoining corner of small maintenance, hotel and restaurant really good.

Great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room, in the annex, was comfortable and spacious: I would improve the pillows. Breakfast really tasty and plentiful, with choices for all tastes. Well maintained SPA area.

To say 3 stars hotels is an understatement ... In my opinion they can very well have 4 ... breakfast in the morning is an immense and well-stocked buffet ... For all tastes, from dessert, (the homemade apple pie is super) salty ... A treat is the chance to have freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and centrifuges ...

Beautiful and very spacious rooms ... The wellness suite with the suana in the room is a pearl ...

In the basement there is a gym, billiard room, massage room and a wellness center with attention to the smallest detail.

Do I recommend it? Obviously...

Valentina at the reception is extremely helpful and brilliant.

Great hotel, I stayed three nights on a half board basis and that is very good. Walk away from the village 5 minutes and the beach of the Levico lake less than half an hour. Nice pool nice staff underground garage for the motorcycle and this is closed at night.

The place is nice but too cold pool, whirlpool dirt and Spa can not be called such, includes two saunas sun, showers and one thing that was not possible to understand what it was, there are no explanations except in German and given that at least half of the guests are Italian, this makes no sense. In addition the catch: the email booking confirmation said "the price includes a dinner more flow ..." and then at the bottom "(for 3/4 only)" by any part, however, it was explained what it was and the same girl at the reception could not tell us where it was written that our pension was 1/2 and therefore without dinner, which if added, was 28 euros each. We spent 136 just for a hotel room and a breakfast (which I must admit is abundant)

Nice hotel .. very friendly reception staff but before the renovation of the hotel the food was much more abundant and good while now the dinner and breakfast buffet is also very poor

Great room, breakfast was okay, fresh fruit for cereal missing, dinner unfortunately only menu, not alla kart. Great location, in the guest room is a lot of wood installed very loud. Many motorcycle riders in the hotel.

Been four days and we'll definitely be back. Village is very cozy. Food in hotel is very extensive and very tasty. The breakfast is also excellent. Small but nice swimming pool and jacuzzi and nice sun beds. More than excellent facilities for cyclists and motorcyclists, but also when you are not cycling or not riding a motorcycle, it is very worthwhile! Rooms are luxurious, beautiful and very clean and beds sleep super nice.

Folks, young and friendly. The hotel is really very clean and with a modern and very pleasant style. Even if the hotel would be ideal for those who want to take a sporting holiday, they have a bike maintenance workshop for the customers and guides ready to help you both with mountain bike itineraries and hiking.

We were here during the low season (early May), and except the weather everything was just awesome :-)

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, nice wellness area (very welcome after getting soaked while biking), good choices for breakfast (well ... except the coffee).

I also need to mention the flexibility: we had a late arrival (midnight) and late check-out (late afternoon), and the friendly receptionists made this possible without the slightest hesitation.

We were in Aaritz, everything was perfect. The room cozy, clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. The food was great and the care by the staff was great! Shelters for motorcycles and trailer optimal. We will be back.

Recently renovated hotel, beautifully done, all wood, spacious and welcoming Vigolana room, good wellness area, spacious sauna with 3 rooms. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Excellent for those who want to bring bicycles or arrive by motorbike, fully equipped, possibility of ebike rental. Breakfast room and large restaurant with outdoor terrace, rich buffet with homemade bread and cakes. For the 5 stars only the heated swimming pool was missing, however good

I was there, in addition to last week, 3 and 2 years ago. Returning to the third year in the same hotel must surely do you honor, however this year I have found that the buffet was VERY small, dinner still excellent but you cannot offer a pizza as a starter for the chef, it does not do you justice. Water from 1 liter increased from 2 to 4 euros and, at the time of payment, although on the site it is indicated that the presence of pets is accepted at a cost of 13 per day, as the dwarf poodles were 2, they initially asked for 13 a dog, my complaints and after checking on the site, they asked me for 15 a day. I do not like to make discussions for a mere 16, but I would never have asked a client of mine, acknowledging a real mistake, 16 instead of 0. Unfortunately for 16 you lost a customer who paid 90 times more for a great week. However dear tourists book quiet, the place is relaxing, clean, they are very kind and your vacation will be beautiful. If you have come in the past years you will notice a slight deterioration (from the quality of a 5 star it has become 4 and a half, but remember that you are paying a 3superior). I thank all the staff always available and friendly.

To avoid, do not trust! Lack of professionalism and customer service. They resort to lies to entice you and then fail to deliver on what they promised. Very bad experience!

Nice hotel, which we used in our mototripu. Possibility of parking in a large underground garage with a reserved part only for motorbikes - great! Lots of bikes in this garage. Hotel fine as expected including dinner and breakfast. Dinner seemed more expensive to us.

Compared to previous years, the services of the hotel have declined. The excellent appetizer buffet has been replaced by a boring vegetable buffet. Breakfast rolls there are only 1 sort. Bread was missing in one day throughout. We are 3 motorcyclists from Hanover who visited the hotel for 6 years. We will not be back.

I would definitely go there again. The rooms are very nice, large, perfectly kept. The hotel has recently been renovated and is close to the main structures of the country.

For our September tour with the motorcycle, we chose the Cristallo this year. Awarded 4 helmets as MoHo. The hotel is relatively large and the rooms are perfect. Only the hangers were made of plastic and couldn't really withstand the weight of heavy motorcycle clothing. The food was a bit strange at the beginning because colleagues got different or different portion sizes. There are dishes where the size is biologically predetermined. However, a good kitchen should be able to serve the dishes at the same table.
The accommodation was otherwise perfect. Underground parking for motorbikes included. Washing area and lots of curves in the area.

Great for motorcyclists. The rooms are newly renovated and smell wonderful because cedar wood was used.

A top hotel for MTB, with sustainable, regional cuisine. The dinner is best South Tyrolean cuisine, the breakfast with freshly squeezed fruit and orange juice also top. Unfortunately, the coffee is not the same quality, the fruit for the cereal comes from the tin, but the owner will change. Phenomenal what he has invested in recent years. The newly renovated rooms with pine wood are a dream. I slept better.
Overall a top hotel, highly recommended.

Stayed here 4 nights in June with colleagues on a motorcycle trip through the Dolomites, great hotel! Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast and bar. The hosts were kind and the underground parking for (motor)cycles was ideal! Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Trento region.

A memorable experience, my girlfriend and I found ourselves very well. The interiors have been redone recently, very nice. The room was clean and with all services working perfectly (not to be taken for granted even for hotels with more stars). The sauna area is large and efficient, always perfect temperature. The pools (outdoor pool and indoor whirlpool) are decidedly modest but better than nothing. Better note: the food, the night we stopped at the restaurant we found ourselves very well but the honorable mention goes to breakfast and in particular to desserts (those who prepare those wonders deserve the Nobel Peace Prize !!! ). What was new and much appreciated for us was the afternoon break (16-17) in which sweet and savory foods are offered (eg soups or cold pasta). For the price: 10 and praise.
