We were with the motorcycle in August 2016 in the Cristallo in the neighboring house Aaritz including half board. At that time we were enthusiastic about the rich and excellent buffet in the evening. For this reason we went back there this August.
To our disappointment there was no longer the delicious buffet with seafood etc. There is only a small selection of vegetables and salads left.
The dinner in the evening includes 5 courses, but sometimes you have to wait a long time for the next course. Dinner is from 7pm to 8pm. Unfortunately, a short period of time when you consider that you often go on excursions and you can't always plan everything exactly when you come home.
The breakfast buffet is still very good.
However, the parking situation in Aaritz has become miserable. About 24 rooms but only 10 parking spaces .....
WLAN works every now and then, you have to log in several times until it works.
The equipment could also be improved: TV has neither USB nor Smart function, there is no fridge / minibar in the room. On the positive side, the staff are very friendly.
