I was a customer of this facility for 2 years and it was a wonderful discovery in everything especially its splendid sauna is absolutely perfect ... now it is in total decay: poorly maintained pool area with rusted speakers and untreated wooden beams, water dirty and very very low compared to the pool itself especially never changed the water in 4 days, smelly and dirty sauna area, rooms clean x half and bad, food absolutely below the average normal and taken very slow, inadequate and unprofessional staff ... they didn't give any customer the basic information on arrival ..the phrase "... sorry I'm new ..." NEVER SAYS IT ... They didn't know how to make a normal transaction with payment POS ...
You have been a wonderful discovery but now never to see each other again.
