Sport&Wellness Hotel Cristallo (DAIMP Gestioni S.r.l.) Review

We stayed at the Cristallo Hotel in Levico (TN) from Friday to Sunday. The description of the structure - Sport & Wellness - does not deny expectations; in fact we find a gym equipped to meet all needs (from weights to the free body), as well as a wellness program complete with saunas (both infrared and chromotherapy) and a hydromassage pool.
It affects the cleanliness of the rooms and the availability of all staff.
The choice fell on a "half board"; in this case the nomenclature betrays. In fact, in addition to the international breakfast with typical and "homemade" products and dinner (appetizer, vegetable buffet, first, second and sweet), the afternoon was offered a soup and a sweet and savory buffet, to make up for the absence of lunch.

A must try!

Very nice hotel with extensive facilities, especially for motorcyclists. The food is delicious and the sauna really cozy.

Quiet and relaxing place, furnished with style, friendly staff at the reception and helpful, the bar staff should learn to remember the client's requests. The chef's dishes are very accurate ... overall good ...

I stayed the days of Easter and I have to say a great Hotel in all aspects, room, relaxation area ... the food is also excellent, the waiters are very kind and cute.

Exceptional hotel: great both for those who want to spend a holiday on the move (it is located near the two lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo, excellent places to go for walks / rides, and close to a bike rental) and for those who want to relax (it has a swimming pool discovery, of Spa with three different types of saunas, and of a massage center). The room where I stayed was new, large and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide choice of dishes both for the sweet and the savory, and included in the price was also guaranteed a snack from 16 to 17. What to say, you feel just pampered! Recommended.

Very nice hotel located right in the center of the city, near the main point of tourist interest, for the rest you have what you would expect from a hotel of this category.

Was driving to MTB here. Great against and also the hotel is the finest. Very friendly staff and clean rooms and first class food.
I will gladly come again

We had one of the rooms with upscale amenities. It was really nice. The breakfast was great, the dinner also, only the lunch with the eternal barley soup was boring (the soup has not been changed in over 6 days).
After the current expansion also outside beautiful - if now the actually nice, but ice-cold pool is a little heated is also recommended. The hotel manager is a cyclist and you can tell that everywhere. As a motorcyclist you are welcome, but in the priority clearly in second place.

Hotel in a great location, nestled between the Trentino mountains. The room is not well furnished and modern but still clean and comfortable. The pool is small and chilly. The heated whirlpool is very relaxing and the view around is splendid. The Spa is simply wonderful. Fabulous breakfast and afternoon snack!

Nice hotel room ok polite and kind staff. Unfortunately, being both my wife and I being celiac we didn't find much more uninformed staff on the subject. So I don't recommend it for people who can't eat gluten. PS. Notified hotel when booking there was no problem. For gluten-free.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel. Attention to detail, welcoming in all its spaces with typical wooden furniture.
The rooms are very basic but very nice and cozy, all in wood, the bathroom is beautiful and spacious.
The restaurant part is very nice with the possibility to have dinner without going down to the village. The excellent breakfast is served in a beautiful location with everything.
The well organized wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and outdoor pool with sunbathing possibilities.
The only (perhaps) flaw is that in the sauna you can only access without a costume ... maybe a little restrictive as a thing.
Anyway I would definitely go back there and recommend it to everyone absolutely!

Very well located and quiet location, in a few steps you are in the center, great and modern rooms, rich breakfast. 1 star deduction for inadequate breakfast preparation. But otherwise, always happy!
