Great, very lovingly designed hotel. Wood and, above all, stone pine is the predominant theme here and the great smell pervades the whole house.
Staff is super friendly and hard-working. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the evening menu is also delicious and not off the shelf. Wow!! Outside there is a pool, whirlpool and plenty of loungers. Wellness area with two saunas is beautifully designed and invites you to relax. Designed for active vacationers, you won't miss anything here in the hotel. Underground parking for mopeds and bikes, screwdriver and cleaning corner, bike rental, tour suggestions, everything is there.
Prices for food, accommodation and drinks are okay for what you get.
Points are deducted for having been assigned a room that was under our reservation, and on request there was immediately another beautiful room.
Unfortunately, it has to be said that neither the coffee from the machine nor the filter coffee was good. And that in Italy. :-)
That spoiled the enjoyment of the bombastic breakfast a bit.
Nevertheless, customer service is very important here, I whine here on a damn high level. We would love to come back.
