I'm a resident of 3805 SW 79th AVE. Miami Fl. 33155. The thing is that we've been without hot water since 10/18/2020 (10 days already), then I called today after the 6th time through the week and thanks god the finally picked up the phone. And I talked to Carlos who's the one in charge of the situation and he told me that they have a meeting on 11/12/2020 (15 days from now) to set and assessment for the job and then, they'll fix the problem. At that time we'll have been 25 days without hot water. He told me that he was as desperate as we are because he gets a bunch of calls everyday regarding this situation. Really Carlos??? You take a hot shower on daily basis!!! So you're not... you're not in the same situation!! Not even close. I haven't taken a hot shower in days as every single person in this condo.

this association is a fraud,they make assesments without said nothing about to owners,they never send a propossal for nothing and tgey shouls send ot to every unit with at least 3 estimates from 3 different companies and any other documents you ask for like the insurance wich every owner has the right to ask for... and with more reason when the association before stole our money and we had a debt with the water department....the only thing they do is get mad when you ask for it and Carlos the manager is a very dificult person if you ask he got mad at everything,he does not like you ask for nothing its like if he is hidding something ...something he doed not like that you ,as owner want to get inform

Very good property management, useful information after Irma Hurricane

It is really difficult to work with this property management company. The property manager hung-up on me during a phone conversation regarding a simple repair to my condo unit. Very rude, unhelpful, and the office refuses to provide supervisor contact information. I will certainly contact the board regarding this behavior.

Called 4 times to check status of my association application no one answers. Management is a COMPLETE MESS.

I would like to give them NO STARS but there is no another option,rhey lied ,they were charging and getting money from a supposed assestment that never was aproved for th owners abd board and when board found out nobody knows where the money goes ,and when you call Carlos de mnager he answer in a rough way and does not give you any explanation,last year they did not pay the water and the county was foing to declared the building inhabitable and we were charged for na assestment dor 10.month to continue the living there .If you are looking for an honest management for your building SPM its not the one you should choose thats why next year they will not continue with us.

Horrible service double charged for parking stickers they never answer the phone EVER and they obviously don t check records. I have a crazy guy living in front of me who i have to call the cops on every other month ! Ridiculous management!

Horrible the property manager does absolutely nothing and the parking sizes in tower 4 is not even within the proper parking measurements and the association president is as bad. Place is falling apart with an elevator that breaks every week leaving the handicap elders basically stranded.
