I honestly cannot believe that someone left a bad review here. This is a locally owned mattress manufacturer! They like their family makes repairs delivers and sets up your new bed which will last twice as long as it is flipable! Do your research ! When businesses like this go so does our community! Not Kidding ! Some of the most honest most reasonable people you will ever meet!

We always buy mattresses from Bender's. Locally owned and operated, great prices, and can custom order. Mattresses are fippable so last you a lot longer. They are made right there and delivery is reasonable. Friendly, knowledgeable service. Kyle was fabulous!
Had to buy a frame and related supplies for a family member. This was the second place we tried, but should have been the first! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were extremely reasonable, about half of the national chain place we tried first. Would recommend to anyone who wants friendly, personal service at great prices.

I recently purchased a queen sized mattress from Bender s Mattress Factory. My previous mattress was also from Benders, it was over 10 years old. Even though I thought the old mattress was still in decent shape, I knew it was time to replace it. When I went in to the store to see what was available, Tom Bender had me lay on several different styles and firmness options to see what was best for me. I was amazed at how different one mattress can be from another. They all felt great, but I really had to try to relax to make sure I got the right one. After my selection, it took a few days for them to make and deliver it. It has amazed me how much better I sleep now, I should have replaced it long ago. My shopping experience was good, and I would recommend Bender s Mattress Factory to anyone.
Purchased an adjustable bed at Benders on 6-12-12 The motor broke 5 times in 6 months. On 12-3-12 Tom Bender stated he would replace the bed- not done
Date purchased 6-12-12 for 1,196.25 for adjustable bed.- Twin x80 Silhouette adjustable bed with Supreme pillow top mattress. The motor on the bed broke 5 times - each time Tom Bender referred us to the manufacturer- Leggitt bed company. After the manufacturer was called and fixed the bed 5 times they refused to come out any more. Mr. Bender stated that was his mistake on December 3, 2012. Mr. Bender admitted he had sold my husband the wrong bed and stated he "dropped the ball on this" Mr. Bender stated he would order another bed. On January 17th after repeatedly calling Mr. Tom Bender with out success. We purchased and had a new bed delivered from another company on the same day. today is April 23rd and still Mr. Bender did nothing to compensate for the faulty bed he sold us. He even repeatedly called me a liar and stated I should be ashamed of saying he should honor the warranty for the bed.
Wonderful experience. Have bought mattresses here for the past 30 years. Delivery is great and very helpful and respectful! They also have pillow top mattresses that you can't find in other stores. Very knowledgeable and helpful with clients with latex allergies and other allergies.
Quality Product With Fantastic Customer Service! We've purchased all of the mattresses in our home from Bender Matress Factory. We've always had a great experience there and have always really liked the mattresses. When we needed a specially sized mattress for the camper van we're converting we went to Tom Bender. Tom was able to help us through the process so that in the end we got something that really works for us. He was super helpful. I went to Benders to shop with my mom for a new mattress, she will be 89 soon. They really listened to her questions and issues with her old mattress and made great suggestions for what might work for a new one. As a factory they were able to adjust height and firmness, the kinds of options you will not get at a regular mattress store. And the delivery guys were amazing! Brought the new set up to the second floor and took the old stuff away.
Just made my selection. Friendly informative. Cant wait for the matress set.
