SUPER SLOW SERVICE!!! Food is good and they offer a nice selection of vegan options, but if they don't speed things up, they will lose customers!! Both locations actually were slow & disorganized, so you MUST order ahead to keep your sanity!!

FYI, I came at 1 PM - lunch rush is usually between 12 and 1. While I waited 25 minutes for my order, there were 3 pickups and one customer ordered a smoothie. Do you seriously consider that a "lunch rush"??? One of your 4 employees noticed I'd been standing there for a while waiting and asked me if I'd been helped yet - even HE took note it was a LONG time. Your new employee took my order. The wrap came out first, then about 10 minutes later, the smoothie. And then, after 10 MORE minutes, the Acai bowl. Seriously, I could have made these 2 items faster!!! Plus, the Acai bowl was 1/2 empty and costs nearly $2 more than Pure Press, & theirs is quicker.
Things were slow at your other location on Monday, too- thank God we arrived BEFORE the 4 CalFiremen! Could have waited eons...
Neither of your locations is particularly close to me, so they're out of my way to begin with. The food is good (liked the Vegan Burger), but as I said before, you will lose customers if they have to wait 25 minutes for "fast food"! And, consider using fewer plastic containers!

Great Vegas breakfast burrito. I'm glad these guys are here and not Papa John's.

Absolute favorite place in Santee. This is a fantastic restaurant. It makes you wonder why there aren't a million of these places! So good.

Soooo good. Cooked fresh and very little wait time. Super friendly and clean. Can't wait to go back and try new items!!

It was ok. One person working the register and phone. She seemed to have a hard time prioritizing what to do first. Our fries sat for 10 minutes while our sandwiches were being made. Then everything sat for another 10 minutes while she answered the phone and tried to assist other customers with the menu.

Asked for a wrap without tomatoes-got extra tomatoes.

One of the best and only healthy options in Santee. They do breakfast, lunch and dinner. They do a great job with the food.

I was nervous about going here, went with a group, my daughter has some food allergy so going out is a bit stressful. Ordered my daughter a chicken Cesar salad, she absolutely loved it! I ordered a build your own bowl, DELICIOUS & super fresh! Will definitely drive all the way back to Santee to bring my husband. PLEEEEEASE bring one to Mira Mesa!!

So thrilled to have this in the Rancho San Diego area! The food is fresh, delicious and affordable. They way they've set up their menu, there are triple the choices you'd have at another restaurant, while still being easy to understand. Plus, who doesn't love all day breakfast! Portions are huge. They have a great sense of balancing the amount of each ingredient for a delicious overall effect. I'd say the ambiance is great, but right now it's take out only and the service was so fast, I feel unable to speak to this. Online ordering system is one of the best. It's super easy to customize.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. Love the food and have always got great service. Wait can be a little long, but worth it.

Tonight was a different story. I ordered 4 items in store for my wife on my way home. After about 20 minutes my order was up. Well only 1 of the 4 items was correct. When I pointed it out to the young lady behind the counter she gave me attitude. She said" That is not what you ordered" I politely let her know exactly what I ordered with the whole time she was shaking her head. When I finished she said "no it was not". At that point I had her cancel my order and asked for a refund. I was even leaving a 20% tip for a to go order. This type of customer service does not deserve my hard earned money. My wife and I were extremely disappointed because we were looking forward to the meal.

Yum! These are not your run of the mill wraps,. these are a cut above. Delicate, nuanced flavors and textures. Very imaginative and pleasant, streamlined clean environment. Healthy and tasty!

1)The service was friendly.
2) If there are 5 people or more in the joint, plan to wait nearly a half an hour for your food.
3) They don't have descriptions of what is contained in each wrap. I'm sure I can gab at the counter and ask what is in each wrap, but I don't like to keep hungry people waiting, including myself. The menu is deceptive. I ordered a Santa Fe Wrap. My expectation was something that would hit my palate with spice and zest, maybe some onions and peppers. But it didn't even contain cilantro. I googled "Santa Fe style food" and in large text it describes cilantro as being a defining characteristic of the dish. Instead, there was first a layer of cheddar cheese followed by a layer of feta, then some very pale, wimpy lettuce and sad dull red tomato SLICES, with cubed chicken breast that was actually the best part of the meal, but then there was bacon. I'm sorry, feta and bacon were terrible in combination, I extracted the bacon post-haste. And I can't believe they put slices of tomato in their food, I need to be able to bite into a wrap without causing it to fall apart. Poor experience for me, and I really had my hopes up.

Wrap shack is very good. They do take some time to get food out to you when they are busy but the quality of their food is awesome. My kiddos love their kids meals. Their kids wraps are great but the options they give you with them really show their attention to detail and quality. Their kids fruit salad is real fresh fruit and you get an optional dessert of chocolate pudding "dirt and worms" that is always a favorite!

Fairly new restaurant. Seemed to have worked out most of their newness challenges. The BBQ Chicken Mango and the Advocado, Bacon, and Tomatoe burger are EXTREMELY delicious!!

My new favorite local lunch spot. I've been a half dozen times now. Each as great as the previous. Friendly and prompt service. Great quality food items. Delicious. I've tried a half dozen or more wraps. I still can't wait to go back to sample others.

I came in on Tuesday of this week, and ordered a Santa Fe Wrap for 9$. It was one of the biggest wastes of money I've done in my life. The bacon was burnt, and the rest of it has mediocre quality. I've heard good reviews from friends about this place, I'd just hope they clean that problem up so others don't have the same experience as me.

The food is darn yummy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wait time is short and you can order ahead for pickup. They have nice vegan selections including soup. There is outdoor seating available. Lots of parking. Very enjoyable. I will go there again.

I love the food at Wrap Shack. I occasionally get lunch and sometimes take dinner home. I wish there were a location near home. Then I could stop by on weekends, too. The staff and owners are always pleasant. The store is clean.

Food is ok, but service is slow and there is no excuse why there is 3 employees and the dining room looks like a dumpster was tipped over with only 2 customers in store f or over an hour. Better options are available

Awesome. Got a coupon for xmas. (I think 2 for 1)I know strange but really good. The kids loved their "Mud" something or other on the kids menu. I loved my wrap. That's the important part.

The WrapShack serves the tasty and savory food. I love the breakfast burrito and if you haven't tried their salsa, you are missing out!!

I have only been here once. Ordered two wraps; one for my girl, and one for me, and we shared halves to taste both. Both were delicious. The food here is a little expensive (two wraps and nothing else = $25 meal), but it's quite good, and a nice break from anything else you can find for lunch in Lakeside. We will certainly be back for more.

Many healthy choices here...but still tons of flavor! I took my water polo players here and they each could find something they liked and they all ate enough! Very friendly owners too!

The Wrap Shack has some of the freshest and best tasting food in the entire state. It's quick, consistent, and great value. The portions are massive and the product is such high quality. I could eat here every day! Thank you!

Super happy to have such a delicious and healthy place like The Wrap Shack here in Santee! My favorite is the 'build your own bowl' with tri-tip and their Thai peanut sauce. The ingredients are always fresh and everyone there is super friendly and welcoming. My kiddos love their 'everything' smoothie too!

People r really nice an the food is great a little pricey but worth it

Have been here a few times last year but I hadn't been back for a while so figures it was time. Got acai bowls, delicious. And grabbed a "build your own bowl" for my dinner. Every thing I have tried from their menu I have loved.

My first visit here and it won't be my last. The food was good and the service was great. The menu was large and price was compatible with other like minded restaurants.

Ordering was easy. Customer service was great. But not sure if I just chose the wrong sandwich to try for my first time here... or it just was an off day. I LOVE wraps and can never find a spot that caters to solely wraps. After reading numerous great posts about the food- I was hype!
Took a 25 min drive to go pick up our lunch... and we both were disappointed. Got the pesto wrap.. though it was filled to the gills ... the chicken was swimming in pesto...causing the wrap to fall apart.. The chicken tasted funky and I received some pieces that were chewy and fatty. Feeling defeated.

I didn't even know this place existed and I live in Santee. I am vegan so it's really hard to find places with vegan options. I found out about this place and I've been going a lot since then. Such a cute little place with awesome food! Definitely recommend. All very nice workers as well!

We've eaten at this place a handful of times and have always had a good experience, with good food.

However, we ate there last night 11/18, and basically everything that could go wrong, did.

While we were ordering we watched the girl taking our order drop someone's food, that had just been made, on the floor and pick it up and put it back on the kitchen window, she also pulled out a receipt from the trash and put it back up on the kitchen window. There was only ourselves and one other family there and she gave our food to them, then picked it all back up off their table and gave it to us. That girl does NOT need to be working in food service.

Everything about our order was completely wrong, which we had to go back up to the counter to have them try and fix it twice. We got simple hamburgers, (we'd gotten them there before and they were great), but the patty was chopped up (wth?) and half the ingredients we asked for were missing. ($30 for two hamburgers, 1 order of fries, and 2 water cups).

Two more families came in while we were eating, and both of them, including the other one that was there when we were, all had wrong orders as well, which we overheard while we were eating.

We were going to walk out after seeing all this, but just ate our food and left, as it was late and we were hungry.

But by the middle of the night, both my boyfriend and I were puking sick with food poisoning. And now I'm missing a day of work home sick.

This place used to be good, and I don't know what happened, but guaranteed we're NEVER going back there again!

The food tasted amazing. The food poisoning however was the worst experience I've had to date. Myself, my husband and my 4 year old ordered from WrapShack on 12/21 luckily my son didn't eat anything we ordered once we were home.

Wow! I used to love this place since I live walking distance to it but the service is so horrendous. Just tried calling to place an order for (1) breakfast wrap/burrito and was asked if id hold for a brief wait...well that "brief wait" took 10 minutes and all i could hear were the employees laughing and chatting away. I finally decided to hang up and try calling back. Funny thing is, they never hung up on their end so my call could never go through. They'll be missing phone orders for at least 30 min because their employees are quite frankly idiots. In addition, this isn't the first time this has happened..This has happened on multiple occasions but today was the last straw. Learn how to manage and train your employees on customer service and then maybe ill be back. Sucks to lose loyal customers because you can't take a simple phone order.

I ordered the Black and Blue Tri-Tip wrap and my wife ordered the Thai Chicken wrap. We used one of our LocalFlavor certificates that we purchased for $10 which was good for $20 in food. It was one the best meals that we have had.

Maybe I was unlucky, twice. Twice I have been in the past two weeks both times disappointing. $10 for a wrap of mostly iceberg lettuce. Today I had the tuna avocado wrap. Tasted like soap and only, what seemed like, one slice of avocado. I didn t feel good afterwards. Going to pass going forward.

Thank goodness I live in Santee just so I can go to The WrapShack. A friend introduced me to The Wrapshack cuz she couldn't believe I had never been there. Well I've been there 4 times in the past two weeks. I've had the Pear Warm Tri-tip salad...DELICIOUS, I've had a tri-tip bowl...FABULOUS, the acai bowl...YUMMY ans the buffalo wrap...OH MY! What will I have next....IDK but I can't wait

This place is excellent. Hidden gem in Santee, their wrap menu is creative and everything I've had on it was good. Try the black and bleu'! Everything tasted super fresh, generous portions and friendly service. This is my favorite place to grab a bite in Santee.

Food was very delicious! But the wraps aren't closed on either end... so there's no way to eat it with your hands

Excellent salad! We got the crispy chicken which has Mandarin orange slices, walnuts, cranberries, feta cheese and your choice of dressings. They had peach infused water for free.

So busy when we went in at about 1pm. However even with dozens of incoming phone and to go orders our food was prepared fresh and very quickly, the wait from time of order to leaving was less than 10 minutes. Very impressed at the quality of the wraps. The price was quite decent for the quality/amount of food, but I was most impressed by the friendliness of the staff, even with an overwhelming amount of incoming orders. Will definitely be coming back.

Awesome place there wraps are fire it reminds me a lot like CBW I miss that place keep on doing what your doing. We need more wrap restaurants like this super bomb for sure going here more often.

Tasted very greasy. I ordered the salad with vegetables pasta and shrimp and the food had no flavor and sooooo greasy. 16dls not worth the food.

If you want a great tasting alternative to the same old burgers, come here. My visits for lunch have been outstanding so far the food great tasting, made fresh to order. The meat lovers wrap is my favorite so far. Go try the food, I did and love it.

This is now on our short list for Santee dining (for us that is salads and lunch fare). Great lunch menu with tasty food and the owner is more than willing to work with a request for a low sodium meal. The Chipotle salad was indeed boldly spicy, just right!

Delicious! Great portions too. I had the Vegan Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my husband got the make your own bowl. I love that they have vegan options and meat options too.
