It was a hot mess in there if I could give it no stars I would

A large and orderly store, and besides the usual prices there are reasonable, there are sometimes deals that lower the price to the floor

This review is for the Atlantic Terminal store located downtown Brooklyn. I visited this store a few months ago and then today and was so disappointed in the way the store is kept. I have never seen anything like it before. The store is a such a mess, boxes everywhere, shoes are not organized, you cant even walk in the aisle without the possibility of tripping on something. I really don't understand what happened to this location. I use to frequent this store all of the time in the past and never had any issues. DSW is a great brand but I will not return to this location, it just seems like no one cares.

Ordered a pair of shoes online, went to the store to check if they had arrived, the shoes were already there, they never emailed me to let me know, and instead, they had put one of my PAID shoes on display! I asked for my money back.

Cool place to buy shoes! I always go out with at least three pairs of shoes!

EXTREMELY slow for check out. Store looked like a tornado hit it...Staff complaining about the managers in the aisle...Would rather take my business to Nordstrom's Rack.

It was messy. Shoes on top of each other. Nothing to choose from

U can always get a good deal on mens shoes at a reasonable price nice selection of Cole Hahn's shoes
