Ordered some shoes online to be picked up. Estimated time is 4 hours, it s been now 6 hours and if I had not called, they would have never done their job to check to tell me that they don t have them in stock.

This place is just alright. The shoe selection isn't that great in my opinion. The heels are basic, the boots are decent, and the sneakers aren't my style. The handbags are nice tho. I don't know where the warehouse prices part factors in because the store is still a bit pricey. Also the lines move way too slow, which is annoying because they can get real long. Especially during the holidays.

It's ok, I didn't find anything I liked,and not any good sales even on the rack

This store feels depressing. Maybe because it is half empty or maybe because the staff are not very attentive but it just feels unwelcoming

I just want to say a special thank you to Ebony. I was there a few weeks ago, and she was beyond helpful. I could only find 1 shoe to a pair that I had been looking for, for months. At one point I was ready to give up but she wasn't she had people looking in the back for me, in the system. She was so lovely and so patient. We couldn't find it, and nothing could be ordered so she had someone find a similar style for me in my price point that wasn't on the floor. It was really above and beyond customer service. I know that this wasn't just with me, because as I waited for one of the ladies to come back I watched her with the other customers and she was just as kind, just as patient and just as pleasant. Thank you Ebony for your hard work and great attitude, it's noticed and appreciated.

I never find anything good here. Prices are OK but not great.

Prices and selection are decent, but that's it. They're slow and disorganized, and it took 20 minutes of people waiting in line and waving and calling to employees before they figured out that it might make sense to open another register even though the line was 30+ deep. I'd only go back if I couldn't find any better options.

Where did you get those shoes...majority of my shoes are from here great prices... to me they never seem to have sales.

Although its a cool place to go for shoes its an eyesore to look at shoes.

It's a dump. Shoe displays are unorganized and everything is strewn around. Waste of time

Dsw good store to shop for shoes or sneakers. I just didn't find a pair of shoes i was looking for my friend spring shoes. Mayb next time.

They have good deals and really expensive stuff. I couldn't buy more than 2 things when I go there, because even though they have good stuff you really have to dig deep into your pocket. Really not for the average person.

Well, the shoe was good, but for some reason, they send me just one single shoe...what does that supposed to mean?

The prices where pretty decent but security made me feel very uncomfortable he followed me and my home attendant around we ended up leaving

This place is unorganized. Shoe box open wrong size inside boxes, shoes on the floor not one employee there around to assist you with any questions you might have not friendly at all. This establishment needs to train these employees here at Dsw to be courteous and kind to customers. They must improve on there customer service.

Okay so I ordered a pair of Steve Madden sneakers AT THE STORE. I showed them the blush color shoes and I specifically told the person behind the counter that I wanted these shoes but in OLIVE GREEN. I know they heard me loud in clear because they said ok olive green. 5 business days later I receive my package...1. THE SHOES WERE WORN, like ew. 2.They sent me black. I just don t understand how you get black and olive green mixed up seriously.

I haven't ever gotten a bad pair of high quality shoes here.Some people make it sound like it's shoes that didn't sale because of quality.But I have gotten keens, and the thick H2 type 150$ one's for 50-60$. Have lasted me 3 years now.I got 160$ Asics for about the same price and I wear them everyday. 2 years now and the bottom is not thinned out yet. As for the store,it's usually clear in the isles,and the employees on the floor work hard to put shoes back.And the cashier's and security are very nice.And they have alot of accessories e.g belts,earrings etc....I love the "Joules Wellibob navy blue and white rain boots.And they introduce you to new styles&brand's. Update:Today 6-3-19 I went for my annual pair of keens. This time I was able to get the keen whispers.Snug as usual.And the manager was awesome. And I could not find them. She looked them up and took me over.I tried on the size to make sure.And then she led me to pay. In&out 15 minutes. And she was multi tasking at that.I respect that type of service.But I'm so happy.I love keens.And as per usual the floor staff was very nice.I can't imagine putting up shoes that people should do on their own. Just because you can,doesn't mean you should. I praise this location. The store manager Lissett sets the tone for what a stalwart buisness manager should be.I am happy she came across my path. Her energy was infectious and she was happy to serve me. However the store dsw. Does not sale exactly cheaper brand's for a better price. My keens were the same price I would have paid if ordered from Germany.I had never gone to their website.I guess I was getting Clarence keens.But I'm not complaining about that at all.But I will from now on only buy clearance keens.

Love DSW! This is my go to store, 95% of ny shoes, sandals, boots, leggings are purchase @ DSW. Love that they have variety of syle, designers, several store locations. Love the rewards program and now u can donate your shoes (it goes to people who can't afford or don't have any shoes) and get points on your account... Love it, Love it, Love it!

Variety of shoes for every occasion. Reasonable prices especially with coupons.

The store is a mess with shoes strewn all over the aisles. Most of the staff was pretty rude and very slow at the register. It's worth it for the deals here, but don't expect a super nice shopping experience.

I found a pair of shoes, however I was upset to see that the store was not in the best of shape. I was surprised to see the store like this.

The attitudes of those individuals at the cashier!! Oh my goodness. If they don't like their jobs...just quit. The public makes your money. So change your attitudes and be a little more engaging.

This may not be the store's fault, but literally every time I've gone there, each customer on the line before me has some huge issue that takes ten minutes to deal with. I've had two people in front of me and waited twenty minutes. It's ridiculous.

Very bad customer service not even a smile with the manager. I went there last night to buy a choose with a picture of a copon they sent me. The manager refuse to take it, at first she said you have to take the picture of the back of the copon too when I said I can get it, she said actually you have to bring the copon we don't accept pictures. I m a customer of that place for more than 10 years and I always take pictures for coupons and it works. Very bad customer service. Not even a smile

I tell you. If you are looking for a size larger than life (like my feet) this the place to go. I found a pair of shoes that was very comfortable and not expensive. Honestly I was willing to spend for comfort. I deserve the best so I get the best. Ladies, if you want comfort while mobile, check DSW Shoe warehouse out.

The line was long and slow. There was problem with the card reader. All the cashiers were on the phone with tech support.

Great store. Wonderful sales associates LOVE THEIR SHOES/BOOTS.
But never have size 11 in the clearance racks nor on the floor. bummer

Great store, their shoe selection is fantastic in my opinion.

A good place to buy shoes. The bad thing is the closed bathroom and cashiers that tell you go to the bathroom of MC DONALS

The selection is pretty good and the staff are helpful, but I can never find what I'm looking for, they never have size 11s, and often something will say it's in stock here online and when I show up it isn't available.

Sold me a $90 pair of shoes that broke in less than two months and told me that the best they could do it absolutely nothing. Never using them again.
