A hotmess. Just after 11am and the store is trashed. Probably from the people who closed the night before. I can't believe NYC pays $15 an hour for ppl to disrespect their jobs like this. Disgusting, unacceptable and a horrible way for the opening shift to start their day. I bought nothing because everything was out of place and I couldn't find the right shoe.

Pick up was smooth and the attendant made sure I checked to see if it fits.

I'm not a fan of shopping in general, but this DSW is huge and has a fantastic clearance section (especially if you're a size 8, which I'm not).

Long aisles, but a serious lack of peds, so bring your own to try shoes on!

Last time I went, however, it was hard to find regularly-priced shoes in a size 10, but I won't give up going back here, especially with Rewards coupons!

Large store with decent selection, but the stock is often chaotic and disorganized which makes shopping more like hunting. The bargains are barely worth the amount of effort and yet I still come here to buy my sneakers.

Too many shoes. Too many choices. Name brands for less. One could easily lose ALL sense of control when you enter DSW. Wow.

Went to return an online purchase and they cashier helped me in no time.

Decent store and following social distancing but the line is always long and there only be one register open which makes no sense if you know the line can get lengthy at times. The sales staff are alright and some are helpful in knowing the merchandise so it makes it easier when asking about a certain brand or shoe.

I found the right booties and backpack there. Both came I under $100. I'm pleased.

I do like to get my shoes here but I kind of get annoyed with the line to purchase. They need to streamline the transaction process if possible.

They were out of a lot of shoes. We need more in person shopping items. It preserves jobs and give people an excuse to get off their couch

It is first place where I use to come to buy new shoes. If you want to buy good shoes go there

My favorite DSW to visit, staff are actually helpful and very friendly. For a shoe lover thats just every thing. Its a plus that the location is convenient.

Never have my size in store in ladies, so I can't try on anything. The staff don't seem to appreciate that having to order, wait for and then send back ill fitting shoes over and over is not only inconvenient but really depressing if you want well made shoes in a size 12. I've never bought anything for myself here.

The actually shop is well laid out and typically clean with a wide selection of styles.

If only they carried my size...

Ughh, where do I begin. I hadn't been in this specific store in a while. There are many blown out light fixtures, it looks gloomy and dark in certain areas such as cash register area. There was such a mess everywhere. I did'nt really see anyone working on floor that you could ask for help, let alone have them clean up aisles with people leaving open boxes of shoes, shoes and inserts all over the place. The kids area....I saw the sample sneaker I liked for my son and when I looked below the boxes were not there or in any other section, again looking around for help and no one. The kids shoe section was not there before, so I guess the store had to make space for this, but just very disorderly. I actually went in to do an exchange from an online purchase other than that I would not return.

I was home for Mother's Day. Brooklyn New York. This store had everything. Very large selection of shoes and sneakers for women. I was very pleased.

They made a mistake with the price it was not my fault, but I love the shoes so i had to pay a little extra to get it.

I wandered among long rows of shoes and could not find a quarter of a shoe !!!

I'm not sure what happened to this place. Shoes are misplaced completely, really confusing, and there are only two cashiers and a big line of costumers waiting. What's going on? I always had a good time coming to this place?? Definitely not considering on coming back unless something changes.

My last 3 visits to this store:

Staff on the floor are much nicer to Customers compared to the Cashiering Staff who look depressed, tired, and slow paced. Although
Great and reasonable prices, be prepared to wait in line. On every visit, I ve seen at least one or two customers drop their item(s), walk out, and leave irritated. Good luck finding a shoe; it looks like the Tasmanian devil passed through there.

What happened to this location? The staff both cashiers and on floor were always helpful and cheerful.

The overall service is great, but they have a very limited selection of men's shoes.

Great product with good price but no smaller size shoes like under size 6

I was so surprised this is a DSW compared to other locations. Clutter tight space just not good, can t find a worker for help the cashiers are not friendly

This DSW had a sale when I visited and I felt it could be a little more organized during that period. I did like that the selection was slightly different from the DSW at Union Square. Overall this is a good to find name brand shoes at reasonable prices.

This DSW has a reasonable selection of styles and sizes and isn't usually a madhouse.

Honestly who's going to have a perfectly organized store during Sale. Customer expectations are so unreal and irrational. I give respect to anyone who has, is and will be in retail industry especially in storefronts. Customer service is one of the most challenging jobs out there especially in vis-a-vis in retail storefronts.

I am a shoe lover but I rarely can find my size since I wear an 11. So I have to order my shoes and pick them up in the store

Love coming here to shop. Best shoes in town. Always have some kind of sale. I never go home empty.

Had difficulty using my Visa Card. Had to use ATM before I could actually buy the stuff I wanted

Line moved steadily, they now introduce a new thing to their store where you can ask an employee for a size if you don't see the one you want. The store changes according to season so things keep moving around and coming on to the shelves so it's a store to come back to if you don't see anything the first time. The cashiers were friendly and fast paced.

Is ok but not inexpensive,the return policy is not great it is really limited.Spending a bundle on a pair ,yet not ensured if I can return it.

Lots of options sneakers, boots, booties, slippers, adults, children, toddler sizes. They also carry accessories such as purses, I believe they have wallets, some other women's accessories, not sure if they have men's accessories I wasn't really looking for any. They have socks, tights etc.

Very poor customer service.
The cashiers are rude and slow. This particular one named Nadine is the slowest of all.

Good selection, definitely messier than the union square location. Conveniently located in a mall though so you can hit up target or Payless if you don t find exactly what you re looking for here.

Selection of men's shoes are great sometimes, eh other times

I buy shoe for my daughter from target she is 4 then i go to DSW to get my shoe i saw kids shoe section so i just try to have a look at it i find the same shoe that i bought for my daughter $30 ...from target i find the price $40 so its huge difference of $10 ..but over all i love the quality n variety n brands u cant find them anywhere else

I usually fine more on line. Maybe my timing is off. I like the company.

Staff was helpful to return a pair of boots from online. Lots of selection to choose from at the store.
