From the start when I had made the appointment for...

From the start when I had made the appointment for my 2017 Envision- which I had purchased from Capital Buick, I had stated that I worked until 6pm and I would be picking up my vehicle after work. I was told that this was not an issue. I was called during the day to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Again at that time I had confirmed that I worked until 6pm and I would need to pick up my vehicle after then. I was told it would not be an issue. I had also requested pricing and availability on a block heater for my car.

Much to my surprise when I arrived at the dealership around 6:20 pm to find the Service department closed. I went to the front doors only to find them locked as well. Needless to say I was not impressed. Luckily enough I was able to get the attention of a salesman who was still in the dealership who after hearing my story let me in. He was helpful in locating the work order and after a bit of time finding someone who was able to take payment. I then went out to the lot to get my car and head on my way. After reviewing the completed work order it was noted that they had found a nail in the right rear tire and that they had removed the nail and rotated the tire to the front left. After inspecting the tire before I had left I noticed that the nail was still in the tire. I was extremely disappointed by this. As well there was no parts quote for the block heater that I had requested.

I had tried to contact the service department after my appointment and was told that I would receive a call back. I am still waiting. Shortly after my appointment I received a follow up email about my service where again I had stated my issues. I never received a call back following up on my complaints.

To this day over a month later I still haven't received a follow up. I now have a check engine light on (code P16DC Battery Module Monitor) and my tire is still leaking. I understand the check engine light is a new issue but it still requires the vehicle to be brought into a dealership.

Having reached out twice to the dealer( service manager, service foreman and the GM) I have still not heard back from anyone to help rectify my issues.

Having purchased my Buick at Capital (which wasn't the best experience either and was never followed up with) it was my first choice for service. However that is not the case now.

We bought a brand new 2017 buick enclave last year...

We bought a brand new 2017 buick enclave last year of october.Last month we noticed that the paint under the car was feeling off.I dont understand how it will be like that if the car was brand new.We are paying for the price of the car and we trust those people who aold that one to us but why we are not satisfied for what we are paying.We work hard to purchase that car and we will just noticed that ita not in good condition.Im addressing this comment to whom the right person who can help us to fix this issue.My car is still under warranty..Hoping for immidieate action

The absolute worst experience I've ever had buying...

The absolute worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. We were rushed to make our purchase, we even asked to see vehicles that were larger than what we were originally looking at and were told "oh we've got the one you asked about all washed and ready to go." My husband asked if we got a full tank of fuel and we were told " we aren't commission, we are salary and don't give out gas cards like those go auto places." The next day my husband called them and said we weren't happy with it and wanted to upgrade and he was told he had to live with his decision. Its been a week and our experience was so bad we already traded in the car we bought on something that was going to work for us. Thank you to Ford for working with us on finding something that was going to work for our family.

I came here from BC and I was looking for GMC Acadia 2019. They got 0 down 0 interest deal which was offered by Jay Kapoor. Never thought buying a vehicle will be such fun. Recommend this location and I am definitely coming back

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Their carelessness nearly ca...

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Their carelessness nearly caused multiple accidents/injuries. Went in for a winter tire swap and when they put the tires in the back of my truck they didn't close the tailgate properly. I pulled out onto 34 ave, my tailgate dropped and two tires on rims fell out of the truck and went bouncing across the street. Multiple cars had to swerve to miss hitting them. Then I had to run out in the street to retrieve the tires.

I go back to the dealership to speak to the service manager and she is too busy on her phone to speak to me. Will NEVER buy another car there or bring my vehicles in for service. STAY AWAY!!

Service manager refuses to honour the extended war...

Service manager refuses to honour the extended warranty on drivetrains. Was also informerd that the front differential on a friends truck needed to be replaced. We inspected the diff and noticed the service crew never even removed the drain plug. This place is a joke.

Shout out to Jatin, He is a great person and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make my experience fantastic. His knowledge about the product was commendable. I loved his enthusiasm for his work.

Serving Community with good work and assistance in car repairs and sales. I have been their customer for 17 years. Prices for repair are quite costly, so that the only thing that does not make me happy. Otherwise the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

At first I had to walk away due to the high monthly cost not fitting in my budget but after a week of the sales team and myself working on it we were able to come to a satisfactory deal. I love my very first brand new car and I m so happy with the service I received.

I had bought a new truck off them in April 2018 but it was stolen here recently. I called them up and they immediately gave me even a better deal than last time. Once the insurance came through I was very happy overall at the level of service from the manager, sales and finance. Will be going back on my 3rd in a few years!

He even talked to me and I could still smell the weed into his mouth. It's been only a month since legalization and this guy already smoking weed into workplace Hopefully, this company doesn't condemn this act because I could be talking to a cop right now.

Typical dealership experience. Brought a vehicle in for service and repairs which were completed with some issues.
Would recommend taking pictures of everything before having any work done.

One of my rims somehow broke so I had to source my own from Kal Tire since they could not get anything similar to the rims I have. Bought two rims so that the front matched and the back matched - specifically told them to put all used or worn parts in the back including the rims.
They did not - They completely disposed of one good rim which I could have used to replace one of my existing rims (they are now discontinued so I can't find them anywhere).
Tire pressure was not filled to vehicle standard when I arrived. They also disposed of the TPMS that were in the rims that were thrown away instead of putting them into the new rims. The little things make for a less than pleasant experience and more work and $$.

That being said JT was able to help correct a few service issues - he recalibrated the two TPMS that were left alone and filled my tire pressure to what was listed on the door of my vehicle. Unfortunately he was not hired as a service technician, but I wish he was.
A service manager also promised to reimburse me for the good rim that they disposed of, but we will see if the cheque comes in - will update later if I remember.

Overall, I had an average experience. Could not follow instructions and only some of the service was completed to standard upon pick up. They do get good pricing for new tires but the service could be better.

Was very very dissapointed with after sales service and communications with sales dept getting problems remidied i finaly had to go to Wheaton GMC and get my parts and service completed and was very fast and efficiently completed very pleased with Wheaton GMC

Just found out my vehicle was a PREVIOUS RENTAL vehicle
asked the dealer about it and they said they have no responsibility to tell the customers of the past uses of any vehicles
said to bad its my problem
SO SAD THAT A GM dealer has this kind of ETHICS to the customers

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and offered a coffee, the customer service was amazing, I was able to check out the cars without feeling like I was being hassled. Went to this dealership to BROWSE for possible SUV on a Tuesday we left with a 2018 GMC TERRAIN FWD on that same Friday.. This deal was a very smooth transition which h is a big surprise as you hear from other people who have had bad experiences and horror stories of being at dealerships 8 to 10 hours getting the run around till they have put you in something you cant afford, done to many credit hits lowering your beacon score so bad that no one will get you into a vehicle of your choice and that you dont want and then you are stuck with the vehicle.

THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL. As we were browsing this lot we ran into a Product Specialist named CALEB FISCHER who did not hesitate to assist us as we were on the fence on what were looking for. Caleb was very intuitive to what we were looking for and even though we advised him we were going to Team Ford down the road and it was almost his closing time he said go there and if we dont find what we are looking for come back and see him. He asked us what our price range was, what year, make and trim of vehicle we were looking for plus included features we request the vehicle to have and take a test drive before we make a final decision and provided us with his direct contact info.

While we were at the other dealership he emailed us some potential vehicles that we were looking for with full specs, features, actual pricing and carproofs in our pricing range.

We were so impressed with the service and the engaging knowledge that he possessed that we went back that night and did a test drive. All the staff were engaging and inviting we were offered beverages and desserts and a walk through of the entire dealership.

We then sat with Caleb and ran figures and stats he found us what we were looking for gave us options to 2 different trims at different cost made sure we saw all figures made sure that we could afford the vehicle and proved he was on the level with no hidden fees, no upsell of services, no add ons that we didn't need & we weren't pressured just solid business. He even had options on what it would cost at the end of the term.

On Thursday we test drove the vehicle we decided to take and met with Team Lead BRETT MEADEN who walked through the process and reassured us and answered any lingering questions he had. Brett is also very friendly, quick on his knowledge and comfortable to speak with.

We were then sent to Finance Manager CHRIS YOUNG he made the experience worth it not only was the paperwork easy to do with him every step of the way he extended other services that benefits us the customers first and got us a great interest rate and warranty for the life of the loan when we picked up the vehicle on Friday he even advised us that he had gotten us an even lower interest rate and worked for us the whole time even though a day had passed. We signed deal got some great pullover hoodies to take home a trip for 2 of our choosing.

We met and shook hands with all of the staff and service departments and toured service and parts bays directly and each one we met congratulated my daughter on her purchase and welcomed her like family.

So if you are looking for quality service, great engaging staff with good wit and humor, a good rewarding experience and a solid deal with no hidden agendas or fees this is the dealership for you.

I would rate my overall experience 10+. The service 10+. The cleaniest of business 10+. The deal structure 10+. Take my word for it THIS WAS A WOW EXPERIENCE AND I WILL BE A FUTURE CUSTOMER. GOOD JOB STAFF OF CAPITAL GMC. THXS FOR THE SERVICE & TIME YOU OFFERED & MAKING OUR FIRST BIG PURCHASE A WORTHWHILE TIME.

I only gave 5 stars so the bad news can get to the top.
Slippery and Slimy dealer, plain and simple
I learn now that the only LAWS THEY BROKE were failing to fully disclose damage on vehicle and selling a vehicle that had a deposit on it. NBD.

We are filing a complaint with AMVIC on the dealership, sales manager and salesman.

My wife put a deposit on a 35k 2017 car , and then wanted to see the paper work, two copies just barely illegible showed up (like fargo style). The a Carfax showed $5000 in undeclared damage by dealer. Then airwaves silence. In the morning, the called claiming to have "mistakenly" sold the car out from under us. It is still on autotrader and when requesting more info from a different email, they were more than willing to push a 2019 of the same vehicle instead of this one.

Slippery and Slimy, beware and go in with your eyes open.

Went to try and buy a car but couldn't get quite what i was looking for but did manage to sell my Truck to another person that happened to show up while i was trying to make a deal on new car. Saved me the hassle of trying to trade it in.The staff were all great and easy to work with. One of the better dealerships i have dealt with. They are also one of the few that aren't pressuring you to make a deal just so they can make more money. They truly care about making the right deal which is refreshing compared to almost every other dealership out there.

Family friend of mine (Andrew M) helped me out to reach this place. Without him I don t think I could ve really found a car that could replace the old one and looked almost similar

Do not take your business to Capital GMC. I was wondering if I was the only one who was treated so poorly. It seems as though most positive reviews were either from the sales end or when the dealership was Southgate (that is ironic because their General Manager told me that they have nothing to do with each other now). My GMC truck was still under new warranty and the drivers side seat was cracked so I took it in for repairs, the front line service people & service manager agreed it was under warranty and we set up a day to get it repaired. The general manager Tony Plett then called me to cancel my appointment since they had done warranty work on my truck before & he said I obviously wasn't happy with Capital. That was not the case. I did have to push the issue to get some warranty concerns dealt earlier with and their service manager Curtis was great, agreed and with me. To be clear I was not rude either on the phone or in their shop, I never swore or raised my voice. I could not believe things the manager Tony was saying to me on the phone, it was bizarre. GMC Canada customer service was supportive & I took my truck to Sherwood GM Buick & they agreed to fix my issue immediately under full warranty and were very polite. I am relieved that I had my issue sufficiently dealt with but do yourself a favour avoid this place & go to Sherwood GM

Service is top notch, but communication on follow-up appointments was off for me, I had to phone them to see if my part was in, which it was, but no one called, so my repair was delayed, which was inconvenient.
Near perfect service otherwise!

We bought our truck here a couple of years ago now...

We bought our truck here a couple of years ago now, but we didn't regret it one bit. Both sales people we were dealing with were excellent, and I honestly don't think we would have gotten a better deal anywhere else. By far the best truck buying experience we have ever had.
